I recently had a home energy assessment, and I can’t say enough good things about Markus, who conducted it. He was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how thorough he was—he left no stone unturned when inspecting every aspect of my home’s energy efficiency.On top of that, he took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the findings and recommendations. His knowledge and ability to break down complex information into actionable steps were impressive and much appreciated.Overall, his dedication to the job and genuine care for improving my home’s energy efficiency were evident. I feel much more confident in making the changes he suggested. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a home energy assessment!

When my last HVAC tech didnt take my calls for an Xmas eve emergency and another said I needed to be an established client for an after hours call, Endless so very graciously took on the job and I mean really took it on, like a quest until it was completed! The tech went above and beyond providing information about my home - what was happening, why and what to expect...and did so with compassion for the stress it caused, which I experienced also from the dispatcher. I am glad to now be an Endless Energy client.

This review is only for Brad Shuker, who came all the way to Chestnut Hill to see our home and advise on options for installing mini-split heat-pump systems. I consulted 4 HVAC contractors, since its a big project and a game changer for our old house. We did not hire Endless Energy since their offer came in second place.But I wanted to commend Brad for his professional knowledge and experience, his diligence, patience and discipline. He examined our home methodically, took pictures and measurements for calculations, responded to my numerous emails quickly (even on a weekend), was open minded to consider different options and adjust the quote.The quotes were sent as links by email, each one opened into a detailed description and specs, where you can compare options. That is much better than some other contractors, who just email you a PDF. The photos here are my sketches for the layout; none of the contractors I consulted provided graphic images.This company is well established, organized and professional, recommended !

Endless Energy did a fine job throughout the process of replacing our old gas furnace and central A/C unit with a heat pump system.Our first contact was with our account manager, Chad, who gave us a clear and thorough description of the entire process and presented us with several different proposals designed to meet our needs. We had a number of follow-up questions, and Chad patiently answered all of them. Another thing we appreciated about Chad and Endless Energy is that they took the lead in preparing the paperwork for the Mass Save heat loan and rebate, which saved us a ton of time and aggravation. Other companies we spoke with would have pretty much left us to fend for ourselves.In terms of the installation, James, Zach, and the other members of the installation crew performed professionally and were a pleasure to deal with. We had one concern about the placement of a line leading to the outside unit, and it was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction.The crew members did a good job of explaining how our new system worked, but we naturally had a few follow-up questions after the fact. We also needed a couple of adjustments to the thermostat’s settings and had one minor issue with the installation. Matt in Quality Control promptly came to our home, took care of everything for us, and answered all of our questions.To sum up, we were very happy with Endless Energy from start to finish and highly recommend them.

Recently worked with Endless Energy on an insulation project in our attic to reduce what feels like an endless amount of money we are spending on electricity and oil. The crew was hardworking, polite and focused on the work that needed to be done. Working with fiberglass insulation is not fun but you’d never know that with Matt and his crew from Endless Energy. It feels great to have this work done and I should start seeing immediate results. If you are thinking about a similar project - do it with Endless Energy.

I would just like to share my experience with Endless Energy. I had a heat pump system installed in my home . The crew that came here were great. Very professional and polite. They were here for 5 days and 2 of those days were in the attic. I cant say enough about them. Cleaned up after themselves every day. I had questions about certain things and they answered every one.They installed a new electrical box and left the place looking great. Thank you to Hunter and Jimay and the rest of the crew. Endless Energy recently completed a massive insulation project at my home in Framingham, totaling over 4,000 square feet of attic, wall, and crawl space insulation. The technicians, Todd, Carlos, and Stephen, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently for almost two weeks, taking the time to explain the work they were doing and recommend the ideal approach for each area of my home. They were punctual, respectful, and maintained a tidy workspace throughout the entire project.As an engineer, I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail. They carefully sealed every nook and cranny to ensure maximum energy efficiency. They also took great care to protect my belongings and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Since the insulation was installed, my home feels much more comfortable and Im already noticing a difference in how well it retains heat.I wholeheartedly recommend Endless Energy to anyone considering insulation work. Their team is top-notch and they deliver exceptional results!

In the beginning, things were going well but with time, the service deteriorated with changing service personnel and their qualifications.Some parts of my delivery (i.e wifi modules) were not delivered or installed. Few times, the technicians walked around my house with shoes forcing me to do heavy duty clean up.As of today, the heat in my house has about 8 to 10 deg variation without a solution.The COO promised for follow up for a great service which fell flat on its face with messages and phone calls not returned.Overall my experience is mixed with the onus on endless energy to prove to me that you deserve a 5 star rating.

Had a very good experience with Endless Energy -- a thorough walk through of all options as I considered the project; once scheduled, the work was done as promised and all Endless Energy personnel were professional and pleasant. They were also very responsive to all of my questions -- and the office was on top of scheduling the inspections as well as a follow-up fix that was needed. I would recommend this company for heat pump installation.

Endless Energy did a good job insulating our basement, but it turned out there was no need to insulate our walls (how did the first inspector missed it?) All people I got a chance to communicate with were friendly and helpful, but sometimes there were some communication issues and misunderstandings. Like I had to wait for my appointment to be scheduled for a long time bit then it turned out that they didn’t receive a contract signed by me. Also the first inspector told me they would fix the siding if they happen to break it, but the contract says they won’t. Also, the guys who did an insulation itself have scratched my bedroom walls a bit (pictured). But overall the job was done well and I can’t complain about that.

We would absolutely recommend Endless Energy to anyone thinking about converting their existing heat system to a heat pump. The entire crew was professional, considerate, informed, communicative, careful, and diligent. Tina and Jeffs consultations were valuable and insightful. Alex and Ryan were efficient and experienced. Chris figured out how to get our massive old system and our large new system in and out of our attic without ripping apart any of our woodwork. Zach and Abby were knowledgeable and experienced plumbers. Matt and Jeremy were efficient and skilled electricians. Everyone took the time to talk with us about how to get the most out of our new system, maintenance routines, etc. And everyone was really considerate making sure our two dogs were safe during the construction fracas! We havent seen our utility bills yet but being weaned from fossil fuels feels amazing. These folks are really good and they really know their business.

The initial heat pump installation was not properly designed, but I give them great credit for returning and installing a new well thought out system without any cost to us. The solar company they initially subcontracted for our job was NOT a reliable outfit, but kudos to Endless Energy for changing to another company that was wonderful and did an excellent installation job.So, while things did not go smoothly at first, Endless Energy proved themselves to be a reliable and trustworthy company that followed through with their promises to make everything right. We are extremely pleased with them and are happy with our new systems.

Today we had the second team of endless energy technicians come after getting heat pumps installed in May . Today was the Mass Save team. They did an incredible job with insulation - so thorough, so thoughtful, so clean .. and so nice. Highly recommend. Thank you Joaughn and John K!I would also like to review the initial team from endless energy that came to install the energy pumps in May 2024 . Alex, Ethan and Jimmy and Hunter were an awesome crew.Tina , the account manager was great as well helping us figure out the system we needed.One piece of advice that I would have if you’re considering heat pumps- understand the size of the units and where they are required to be placed per your town regulations. The units are tall. Apparently, my town requires the installation on the back of the house rather than the side where the existing unit was. There are additional requirements about how how far away they need to be from other things like dryer vents, and water spickets. As such, Your options for placement of the external heat pump unit could be limited. It worked out fine for us because the crew from endless energy was very patient with us while we disconnected a water Spicket that would allow the units to be placed in a better spot visually. So no complaints from me other than the ridiculous Town rule requiring placement in the back of the house

Im incredibly satisfied with my new minisplits and the installation process.

Today, Endless Energy installed a new hybrid heat pump water heater. The whole team was professional, considerate, communicative, and pleasant. I’d say friendly, even. Thanks to plumbers Zach and Caleb, and to electrician Mike. I’ll be using and recommending Endless Energy for plumbing, electrical, and energy system upgrades in the future.This job was in December ‘23:Endless Energy installed four mini splits in my condo and did an *amazing* job all around.The whole crew was great: installers Zack and Harrison, the electricians led by Matt, Dan who did the final walkthrough, and especially Tina, who led me through the planning and purchase.The service was great. They started and finished when they said they would. The installation was efficient and clean. We had a slight miscue about location of one inside unit, but Zack fixed it quickly and well.The price was very competitive with the other quotes I got. AND Tina helped me structure the purchase so I could claim maximum tax credits. She saved me $2000 right there.I have already recommended Endless to everyone else in my condo association. I’d recommend them to everyone!

I believe some of this was due to the fact that getting the loan check took a little longer than we thought it would take and EE wanted to get started, but because we were waiting for funding, they could not start unless we paid out of pocket

Our experience working with Endless Energy was excellent from start to finish. They just installed two heat pumps in a non-profit conservation building in Plymouth. Our sales rep, Nate M., was knowledgeable, thoughtful and really listened to our questions. He responded quickly to email and voice mail. Our building is older and had some quirky additions. I had confidence that Nates recommended equipment would meet our needs.The installation team, led by Ethan J., was outstanding. Ethan had to remove an old oil burner that was full of soot - a messy, messy job. They did an excellent job removing the old and installing two new heat pumps - one for a main building and a smaller one for the addition. What impressed me was Endless Energys depth of staffing - we had 3 installers, 2 electricians, 3 managers (install, QC, & service) on-site reviewing the work in progress.Because of the soot from the old burner, the techs left footprints on some of the carpet before they put down dropcloths. The install manager saw them and told me Endless would arrange for carpet cleaning. I even received a call from the COO saying she was aware of the soiled carpet and would have someone contact me to set up a cleaning.When the job was done, QC manager Jeff T. spent over an hour walking us through the operation and maintenance for each heat pump, including tips on how to run them most efficiently. We are thrilled with the new systems. I would recommend Endless Energy to anyone interested in upgrading to a heat pump. They really have their act together.

Highly recommend the guys at Endless Energy - Mateus, James, Pablo, Brady, Jimmy and pretty much everyone else was at our house at some point during our job (whole house heat pumps including ducts). It was a big job with some complexities and they handled everything with care and professionalism. At one point there were six endless energy trucks in our driveway! They always checked with us at decision points and were meticulous about their work and cleaning up which I appreciated. The guys were very communicative, and also very kind to us and our kids. It’s clear they have strict internal protocols about process and procedure, checks and balances within the company and inspections which is great. Seems like a well run company. They were also quick to produce a competitive proposal and start work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Their follow up is detailed and helpful in making decisions. The companies they work with to complete the jobs are also kind, punctual and knowledgeable and complete the work during the agreed upon timeline. The work is impeccable. We always use Endless Energy for the Home Energy Assessments that we are able to receive every two years. Endless Energy also has excellent customer service and it is easy to book an appointment that works with your schedule.

Extremely satisfied with Endless Energy and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to make energy upgrades to their homes.My experience started with Alycia, a friendly rep who worked with me to schedule a home energy assessment with Paul. Paul came into our home and was friendly and thorough, and explained all of the upgrades that were available to make our home more energy efficient.From there we made another appointment with an HVAC rep, Mike, who similarly to Paul, was great and thorough as well. We discussed all the options to upgrade our oil heating system to a heat pump, including multiple different packages, even walking me through the configurations that were possible for all the different kinds of units. We also discussed rebates and how they would be directly tied to our cost.Over the past 3 days, the first of two major jobs has taken place.An awesome team consisting of Matt, Robb, Hunter, Will (and many more) were great. It started with the team introducing themselves and Matt walking us through the process and what we should expect. They were very communicative throughout the process, very friendly and professional, respectful and clean (laying down tons of drop cloths and cleaning up after themselves) and the entire process for the project went very smoothly.When they were done, Rob did a final walkthrough and showed us everything we need to know about the system and how it works and he and Will answered any questions before they finished.In the end, we were left with a great new heating system (edit: heating and cooling system) and our house was left clean and tidy in the areas they worked in.We still have the insulation team showing up in a couple weeks and I expect more of the same.Absolutely a huge fan of Endless Energy and will reach out to them in the future when we need to make future upgrades.

We started off, searching for a company who serviced Fujitsu mini split heat pumps. Ours are currently not working, and we wanted to men to service them. However, we first decided to use them as energy for their mass, free energy audit to see what needed to be sealed up in the house even though we had done it in 2017. We were very surprised at how professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, the service rep was, whose name was Andy! And he was impeccable! He spent an hour and a half thoroughly going through very specific areas in a home that he thought we were still losing keep from which other mass energy auditors did not find back in 2017! I was very impressed by his candor and he also left us with information to hire and this energy for probably redoing our mini splits as they are nine years old and they had some problems but also to recommend to blow in some insulation over a cathedral ceiling once we switch out the can ceiling lights to one’s that are fire proof and that can have insulation touching them! I have a Recommended’s company for the services that I hired them for as well as the future services. I plan to hire them for which is installing new mini splits and then servicing them. The companies located in my boat and we are located and listen to her way, and they promised that the service distance will NOT be an issue. 😊

Today the installation crew for our heat pumps finished up...a day early. Throughout the four-day install, all of the crew were polite and solicitous. The crew leader, James, went out of his way to make sure we understood their operation and to seek out our desires regarding installation format. At the end of the job, he and his colleagues took time time to explain the operation of the heat pumps so that we got the most temperature control for minimum energy consumption. We were very satisfied with their services.

We did a lot of research and got several estimates before choosing Endless Energy for our new heat pumps and water heater. Meeting Brian from Endless Energy at a local sustainability fair really helped put this big project into perspective, and he took the lead on the heat loan process so even that was easier than it could have been. We had no trouble accessing the MassSave Heat Loan.Installation had to be delayed due to illness in my household, and the schedulers were understanding and accommodating. When installation started a few weeks later, we could not have been in better hands. Ethan and CJ were an amazing team: they stayed in great communication with us, explained everything clearly, found creative solutions to challenges (our house is weird), and completed the job on time. They were also just terrific folks to have around the place for a week; they sure did smile a lot and they even made friends with our cats!The water heater installation came next, and was a quicker job. Caleb and Zach did a great job and worked with the electricians, John and Mason, to set everything up.Almost immediately after installation was complete, our oil furnace had to be turned off pending repair and our area got hit with weeks of extremely cold weather. This was a great test of the new system, and Im delighted with how it works so far. Im looking forward to continuing with Endless Energy on service and maintenance into the future.

I would just like to say that this company and all of its employees that Ive dealt with are highly responsive and very professional. I had Fujitsu heat pumps installed in January of 2023. I was drawn by the benefits to the environment and the 10K rebate was a incentive, as well. In heat mode, the unit in my living room/kitchen area couldnt seem to keep up and it was always cold in those rooms. Endless Energy was very responsive to my calls and always sent techs out in a timely fashion. But, they couldnt figure out why that unit was heating properly. All their tests came back normal and I was getting very frustrated with the lack of heat. Finally, last week, one of their people figured out what was going on and how to fix it! Kudos to Jeff and to all the other great employees at Endless Energy who worked hard to figure out my problem!

The install team were great. Thanks so much to John and James who led the heat pump install. They went the extra mile to route the coolant lines in the basement so I wouldnt bump my head and make sure everything was well sealed. Thanks to the electrician who did a really nice job on our new panel despite the fact that it required some creativity to move it out of a former not-to-code placement in a stairwell. The team did great work, explained the process, listened patiently and responsively to questions and concerns, and were genuinely nice people. The house is now much cooler and more comfortable. I trust endless energy will sort out rebates and an outdoor faucet that has to be moved to accommodate the panel relocation in the coming days. I look forward to seeing how it performs this winter.

We just had Endless Energy technicians complete the insulation in our home. When they arrived, John Khoury introduced himself and his co-worker, Carlos. He then began to explain what work needed to be done. During the insulation he was very patient with the questions we were asking,and he was extremely knowledgeable. Both he and Carlos were very efficient in completing the very large task at hand. They were very conscientious about covering all flooring and furniture in areas they needed to access. On the second day of work it rained most of the day, but this in no way impeded their work and they continued to complete the insulation. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very personable and had a good sense of humor. If you have to have workmen in your house, John is the professional, knowledgeable and efficient man. Thank you to John and Carlos!Before any of this work was scheduled, we worked with Paul Fry, who answered all the unlimited number of questions we had and assisted us with forms and any applications. Still sorting out the project design detail with him.Added 2024/3/26The crew spent a week to install 4 LG wall units and a pancake with us in early March. It took a bit longer but the team was very professional and dedicated. We experienced some issues with the LG wall units over-heating or reading wrong indoor room temperature. The CEO/COO/chief QC were in direct contact with me and sent technician the next day to fix the issue. Very good company.

Excellent work ethic all around. Also, to folks in the office (Nicole, Amanda, Heather) who responded quickly to questions about payment and scheduling; and finally, to Brad who worked up the design proposal and contract. Our electricity comes from 100% renewable sources, so we have stopped burning stuff to heat and cool our home.

We got a new heat pump system installed and it is working as it should so far. The experience working with Endless was generally good, though the work was estimated to take two days, and it actually took six. The crew sent to do most of the work were *very* young, some barely over 20 years old, and somewhat inexperienced. Moreover, they initially did not communicate well with us about some of the details of the work, something I believe a more experienced installer would not have done. I had to ask the foreman to walk me through the work they were doing each day to make sure it happened appropriately. Once I did ask, he was very forthcoming, so it was no big deal, but it felt odd to need to ask, especially given the extent of the work necessary. The final few days of work were done by a more experienced crew, and it went smoothly.Im guessing that with all the demand for heat pumps, Endless had no way to avoid hiring younger crews, but Id have preferred that the person in charge of the work each day was someone with more experience, especially given that our city home is old and presents lots of hurdles to easy installation of such a complex system.All in all, Id recommend Endless, but be sure to ask questions both before and during the work, to make sure it all goes smoothly.

I just had a five mini-split, two condenser heat pump HVAC system installed in our 3-bedroom 1700 sq ft ranch installed by EE. This included adding insulation in the attic, sealing the foundation/frame connection, and upgrading from 100 amp to 200 amp electrical service. Overall I was and am very satisfied with every step in the process.I dont remember the names of the 12 or more EE personnel I interacted with except Julien on the mini-splits and John on the service upgrade. Every one was efficient and polite, ready to answer any question I had, and always left the work area spic and span.The electric service upgrade posed a special problem because the original service was in two boxes connected by a narrow pipe buried in concrete, too narrow for 200 amp service. John and his electrical team did a great job of working with this unusual situation and now my electric service looks and is great, much better and nicer than it was. The mini-splits are all working fine, and look great at the locations we discussed and agreed to (EEs advice on location was very important).I have an oil fired forced hot water heating system which works fine–I actually made this change to get air conditioning for the house, built in 1953. I went with the heat pump route to minimize climate change related pollution. My oil furnace will still supply our on demand hot water and serve for emergency backup, but we are and will be exclusively using our heat pump system for heating the house.Im going with a lot of the online advice to set the mini-splits at a comfortable temperature and forgetting about it. Overall comfort is fine, and the mini-splits are very quiet–not normally noticeable.To repeat concerning Endless Energy itself, I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and of their staff (insulation installers, electrical upgrade team, mini-split and condenser installers, office staff schedule coordination). Im retired and was around all the time they were working in the house and their polite and professional qualities made it no problem while they did this large job.I would recommend the company and this HVAC system without reservation.

Endless Energy installed new insulation in our attics under the Mass Save program. The two installers arrived promptly and introduced themselves—- JOVAUGHN and GUS… they were courteous, friendly and professional. My husband and I both have serious arthritis in our knees, and clearing the attic in preparation for this job was a monumental job. Seeing the bins stacked in our dining room, JOVAUGHN asked how we got them down and how we planned to get them back up to the attic… when we said we would have to wait for family members to come and help us they both jumped right in and said don’t worry.. we will take them up when we finish working!! With that they got right to work… they covered the floors and surfaces with tarps and plastic, donned their “space suits” and NEVER STOPPED WORKING ALL DAY!!! Whenever we have contractors doing work at our house, we always provide lunch… we offered a few times to let us know when they could take a break so we could get sandwiches or pizza for them…. They just never stopped! Each time they passed through they were personable and friendly, but their work ethic was amazing! Quite honestly, we built this house and over the 39 years here, I think these were by far the BEST workers that have ever been here for any job! At the end of the day it was clear that they were tired, and I would not have had the heart to remind them about the bins that needed to go up to the attic… but they remembered and asked me to just point out which ones… and they graciously did as promised! Beyond all of this, the extent of work and quality of workmanship was impeccable… in addition to the insulation, they re-routed the vent for the bathroom fan, installed a seal on the stair access, sealed all the doors, and corrected the attic ridge vent. This company gets a 5-star rating… and I surely hope they take good care of these two workers… they don’t come any better! A++

He seemed very thorough and answered all my questions. We followed the recommendations for blow-in wall insulation. The team which did it was veyr courteous, got the job done in one day instead of the expected two, charged us less than estimated and patched all the wall holes to a point where you cannot tell at all that any work was performed. Our 1950s cape had zero insulation in the walls. It took two full days for the workers to complete the job, and they were some of the hardest workers Ive ever seen. Gus and Rob worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to well after 4pm both days to insure our home was fully insulated, and they cleaned up after themselves! Rob and Jake were great. Rob in particular was really competent, had a great eye, went above and beyond and is a really nice guy! We were not happy with the piping on the outside of the house. The mock up we received showed one line. There were actually 2 or three lines in many places and drainage pipes we were not expecting. It really doesnt look good on the outside of the house. It seemed there was no one in the office to mock up the pipe placement in order to preserve the integrity of the outside of our home. Rob was very respectful and did his best to make it as pleasant looking as possible. I gave 4 stars because the guys were really great - the company had some oversights and left a lot out of the preparation for the work. We were surprised that the mock up wasnt done accurately on a computer.

After an extensive search and self-education campaign on heat pumps (I started out knowing almost nothing), I decided to replace my oil-fired steam system with a comprehensive heat pump HVAC system. Our house is a 2000 square foot, 100 year old colonial with a basement and attic. It was a project!I talked to 8-10 potential vendors, several seriously. None was as responsive or knowledgeable as Endless Energy. We decided to use them.They started our planned 5 day installation last Monday and finished Friday at noon. I knew our system was big and complicated. I did technical marketing during my career. I expected a complex and technical install but it was even more complex than I had imagined.The people from Endless Energy were superb, every last one of them. Nor only did they all know their jobs, but they were super nice, clean and polite. As I said to a friend as they were leaving, having seen what was actually involved in the install, I can’t imagine any other company doing the job as well!Given how many people were buzzing around our house all week, there was almost no disruption. And they left the house as clean as they found it.

Update to energy saving work as part of the mass save program. Light bulbs and power strips came in last week and yesterday April 5th the crew came and installed the insulation in the Attic. Did a great job sealing it up first building a cap for the pull-down staircase and a cover for the whole house fan. Both fit nice and are easy to put on and off. Also installed the Gable and bathroom vents no more moisture building up in the attic. Crew did a great job and Ive already noticed the reduction in drafts in the house. Workmanship was fantastic and very impressed at how they kept the place clean. No cellulose in any of the hallways or bedrooms when they were done with their work. Great job well worth the wait.

Endless Energy just installed insulation in our 1950s attic, which already had old insulation, wood, debris and the top portion of a heat pump system (also installed by EE). The team lead (Mason) showed up promptly on the install date, walked me through the list of items he, and his team, were focusing on. He stopped at several points to check that what I he described matched what I was expecting. He warned me about potential changes to prices based on decisions and work to come (the price ended up below quote). He held off on several decisions that I was deferring to my fiancé until she could chime in. He also gave me an ETA on when he thought his team would head out for the dat (also ahead of schedule). When the time had come for his team to finish he gave me about a half hour heads up to plan ahead, which I also appreciated. Unlike the heat pump teams, this group brought drop clothes from the door way to the attic, which we appreciated. Good quality work, done efficiently, and communicated well. Would recommend EE for energy assessments and insulation any time.

We always take multiple proposals for major improvements and no one else could touch them. Not just the cost either, the entire experience was top notch. I had 4 other quotes. Turns out...the other guys didnt take the time to size the heat load requirements given the construction of my home. I had been quoted too much equipment by yes...all four other companies. It was easy to beat these over-sized systems but I know that even apples-to-apples I went with the cheapest $ folks. My new system was installed by EE on March 17th 2020 and given the summer we just had was fully tested...Amen! With my wife and I stuck working from home due to Covid, the timing couldnt have been better! We love our new Fujitsu mini-split heat pumps! The installation crew was amazing! I had 2 ourdoor units and 3 indoor units installed. The workmanship was second-to-none! Every effort was made to eliminate a mess beforehand and the positioning of every unit was discussed before they started as well. The routing of exterior conduits was picked for best esthetics and when done everything was perfect and functioned accordingly. Make no mistake about it...Endless Energy should be YOUR go to company for ALL your HVAC needs. I love these guys...you will too! Sorry for all the exlamation marks but they are all well deserved...

Endless Energy helped us convert our heating system from gas to fully electric, with central-system heat pumps using (and adding to) our existing ductwork. Everyone who was part of the project was professional, courteous, patient, and went out of their way to address our questions and concerns. They also cleaned up after themselves daily during construction. As with any large project, there were a few glitches (e.g. equipment being late because a hurricane closed the factory), but we were kept informed. They were also very helpful with the rebate process, taking it off the top of the price instead of leaving us to haggle with Mass Save. We are very pleased with the results, and with the company.

The credit from surplus solar power during summer pays for my heating bills using mini-splits during spring and fall, so I only need to pay heating cost using natural gas for the coldest winter days. My utility cost reduced a lot and my house is warm in winter and cool in summer. Overall I think my solar and mini-splits are well worth it. And the solar panel size and mini-split units they designed and installed fit my needs very well.
