    All i can say is WOW! Very impressed with My Maricopa Plumber, i had a very immediate situation (that i created :)), but the team took the time out of there busy day and worked me into the schedule. The work was amazing and professional and very honestly priced. MMP saved the day for me, and the courtesy from the front office to the actual plumber that came to the house was top rated. I recommend MMP to anyone!

    The pilot ignition unit on my water heater, which is still under warranty, stopped working. I called the plumber who originally installed the unit, but I was informed that it would cost $175 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem. I then remembered seeing the My Maricopa Plumber sign and decided to give them a call. Although it was late in the afternoon, a knowledgeable technician arrived at my home the very next day. There was no charge for the diagnosis, and the technician completed the repair that same day. I know I saved at least $175, and the repair was quick, clean, and affordable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend My Maricopa Plumber.James L.

    Excellent! Called several local plumbing companies for a leak in my wall and ended up having a call back from My Maricopa plumbers saying they could have a technician here in 15 minutes. I do a lot of my own repairs, but was not comfortable with this one. Tobias showed up, analyzed everything called for parts and said hed be right back. He repaired everything very efficiently and I was very impressed. Fair price and great service. Highly recommend My Maricopa plumber and Tobias who is professional, efficient and a very nice young man. I dont write many reviews, but if I ever face a job that looks a little hard for me, I will definitely call Tobias and My Maricopa Plummer. Customer service is outstanding!

    We scheduled an appointment on a Sunday for the next day, Monday. They came out for a free estimate. We decided to have them fix it while here. So grateful for Steve!! He was such a huge help! He even helped us get another company out to ensure no mold was present. We asked if he knew anyone, so made the call and got them out same day. Steve definitely went the extra mile.     With I had a great experience with from the start over the weekend Sunday my kitchen garbage disposal leaked. I call MMP and I received a response with in minutes followed by a Text (Great Communication). Work was completed in 3 hrs. and training and manufacture warranty were discuss.     You saved my day and life! I had a hose bib leaking out front and had to turn my main water off. You are were able to squeeze me in, have somebody here in 15 minutes and have the work done in another 15 minutes! Honestly, you were all so helpful and kind.     Have had Maricopa plumbers since 2021. The service person I had for 3 1/2 years moved on now, but he and I had professional communication concerning my plumbing issues that were to the point , especially when considering my income. Today the new Teck and I reviewed my records and discussed future aspect while he completed replacing the rod in my water heater. Again: professional, direct, discussed all aspects of the job and in a timely manner. Maricopa plumbers will return next spring to flush the water heater and reset my thermostat on the water heater. Thank you guys for your service.

    Josh Padilla and a nice young man whose name I forgot, as always provided exemplary service by installing a new garbage disposal.     We recently changed out the sink and faucet in our kitchen. We hired Maricopa Plumbers to help with the install. They dropped in our new over-Mount sink, installed the new faucet and hooked up the plumbing. Josh the installer was very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I had this job quoted out by another company, and Maricopa Plumbers’ price came in under the other company and exceeded our expectations.     Stopped in to this place on a whim... spent 20 minutes speaking with one of the owners. What great people! I had si.eone come out for an estimate for a full house water filter, water softener, and RO installation on equipment that I had purchased on my own. The official estimate was even lower than I had anticipated. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and he completed the work quickly. Forget the big name plumbing stores... this place is fantastic. Theyre my new go-to for all plumbing needs!!!

    My plumber, Steve Pearson did a great job! He came in and found the leak immediately and was able to fix it. The leak was caused by a bad original plumbing job where plastic tubing was used instead of a copper L bend. Steve told me that another line had been done the same way so he fixed the problem one AND the one that would have become a problem. We are relieved that this wont happen again later! Thank You Steve!!!

    Josh from Maricopa Plumber provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do to replace my anode rod in my water heater. He even took the time to help me select the correct rod and explained that the rod I purchased was more efficient and lasted much longer than the current rod I had in place.     Excellent customer service during a recent emergency! My water heater began leaking while I was at work, flooding my garage and when my kids called me to tell me what was happening, I called My Maricopa Plumber. They sent somebody out immediately to shut it off and drain it. When I contacted my warranty company to get it replaced, they were going to take more than a week to do so. I called my Maricopa plumber back and they were able to move around schedules and fit me in to have somebody out the next day to do a full replacement and removal for me.     What can I say but just a huge HUGE .... THANK YOU!!So heres what happened and what MMP did for me.It was my birthday and my wife was throwing me a party with a huge blowup rental water slide. The rental guys showed up set up the slide but when they connected their hose to our outside faucet the pipe snapped ... (which they took no responsibility for.. it just happened). Water was just shooting out from the house. So we had to shut the main. Now no water for the house, friends and family are coming over and I had to act fast.So I called the only plumbers I use in Maricopa.My Maricopa Plummer customer service was understanding and listened to my terrible situation. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and fix and repair the busted piping in time before my birthday party started.So if youre ever in an unpredictable situation and you need a plumber. I implore you to call MMP. Local and the best.!!!Needless to say about the rental company I used. I told them to take their water slide back but they still charged us 60 for set up... Ill never use them again. 60 for not even using it. Lesson learned.

Today they responded to a plugged main drain that had occurred two days ago (while I was traveling). They came at the expected time and I told them the drain appeared to have auto-healed but I needed them to confirm. They ran gallons of water and about six test flushes with varying loads of paper residue to recreate the clog. No stoppage detected. I was happy and asked what the service call and diagnostic procedures was going to cost me. They replied that there was no charge as there was no problem requiring repair or equipment! I was astonished! My Maricopa Plumber will be my go-to people for life! They are honest, ethical and considerate of the consumers ability to pay. Call them with confidence!

    I had a sudden water leak from my water heater. I immediately contacted MMP, who quickly responded and set me up with a same day appointment to get it looked at and give me options to resolve the issue. I ended up needing a new water heater, which the tech came ready with, so there was no delay. He also referred me to a mitigation company who was at my house within an hour to assess the damage and start the claim process. All in all, my experience with MMP was easy and stress-free. The only thing I did not like was the price of the water heater and installation. I paid about $1600 in total for replacement, which I feel is kind of steep. But in the moment t I didnt have time to shop around d for other quotes, so I ended up paying for convenience. I would recommend MMP to others, but would caution that their prices are a bit steep.

    We received a notice from Global Water that a continuous water usage at our house indicated we had a water leak of ~5gph. Thank you Global Water for the notice 🤩.We isolated the problem to a leak between the water meter and the house supply. We called My Maricopa Plumbing and had a appointment the next day. Steve arrived on time and further diagnosed the problem. He arrived the next day to dig a trench and try to isolate the leak. He ended up replacing the water line between the meter and house.Steve was extremely professional, thorough, timely, and the work was completed for a very fair price. We were very impressed with Steve and My Maricopa Plumbing and will certainly call them again to help us with future problems.

    I had an issue with the water heater and powder room toilet was leaking due. After waiting 4 weeks for another plumbing company the property manager contacted MyMaricopa Plumber and they sent a plumber out same day within hours. When Steve came to the property he was only notified about the water heater but I told him about the toilet leak too. Within the hour he rebuilt the toilet and was able to diagnose the problem with the water heater. The property owner chose to go a different route to replace the water heater and out of concern I reached back out to MyMaricopa Plumber just to take a look at the water heater and Steve was sent again since he was familiar with the property and was able to address my concerns.     I called My Maricopa Plumber around 12am and Tobias was sent out. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, insightful and efficient. I have lived in this property for over 5 years and had only been using about 3,000-4,000 gallons per month. Global water stated that within a months time I had used 101,567 gallons. Tobias was able to walk me through his process and showed me that there is in fact no leak. He showed a 0.00 read. He then explained that this means that there is in fact no leak. He then informed that I should call them and report that there is no leak and to have a tech from Global water come back out and sit there and make sure that they are performing the proper tasks. Please if you are in need of help with any plumbing matters at all, don’t hesitate to call them. I am highly impressed and will only contact them for all future matters. They WILL NOT disappoint and will only alleviate all stress. And My Maricopa Plumber, please continue to hire people at the top tier level such as Tobias. Give this man everything he asks for. And NEVER let him go.

I called the after hours emergency line and was immediately taken care of. A technician was scheduled and made it out to my house sooner than expected. They quickly diagnosed the problem. A new water heater was required. A new unit was installed that night within a few hours of the initial phone call. These people were very fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

    They showed up as promised within the two-hour time frame as scheduled. The estimate was a bit on the high side, but we had to go with it to get the work done within 2-3 days. They replaced a main irrigation water pressure and shut-off valve outside where there was a slow leak. The components used seem to be good to average quality and the work was done professionally. I would recommend them when you have to get the work done and you dont have the tools to do it yourself and reliability has higher priority than the price for you.

    We used this company so many times in the past. Then went on a spell not needing them. Then in the course of a week they came for separate issues 3 times. They were so fast coming the day of my inquiry. They got the work done in less than an hour when the window was 2 hours and were happy to explain in detail what they were doing and why.     Fast to respond and good customer service. When the tech came to my house, he gave me a solid quote and answered all my questions with additional insight. Bonus points for not making me feel dumb considering I have no plumbing knowledge. Overall, Id recommend to family/friends and will more then likely be using them to upgrade my water heater as well.
