I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a company. My water main began leaking and then burst a couple days later. Throughout the entire process Luis, the owner, was beyond helpful and even offered to lend me a loaner tool if I needed to temporarily turn my water back on.When his guy arrived the next day for the repair, he was professional, courteous, and did the repair so fast! Amazing!!! From initial contact, Guy Avino explained well what the installation of a water softener would entail and an estimate. That same day, he texted a reminder of the appointment: date and time. On the morning of the instalation, he texted when he was on his way and included a picture of himself so I could identify him. He showed up on time, prepared, smiling, friendly, and introduced himself. Then, he walked me thru the process and allowed me to ask questions. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up the area, removed all boxes and materials, took payment, walked me thru emergency or manual shut off, and still smiling left. 100% recommend without any doubt or hesitation. We worked closely with Guy Avino who went above and beyond to explain the process involved in completing the job and provided a fair cost estimate before starting the work. He completed an install of my RO and soft water systems and ensured I had a good understanding of how to work everything before he left and set proper expectations for when to change filters etc. I was impressed with the concierge level of service provided including cleaning up a disposing of the boxes. We’ve had the unfortunate experience of needing plumbing services for leaks inside our home 3 times in the past year and there’s no question that going with AZ Quality Plumbing has been the best choice to get these issues resolved quickly and at a very reasonable price! They’re very responsive, give accurate time windows of when they will show up and send you the name and photo of who is coming which gave me peace of mind upon their first arrival. Luis was also extremely accommodating when I requested we try approaching a leak inside the wall in a way we both knew probably wouldn’t work but would save me some headache. He had come over to replace our leaky water heater and while we were waiting for the heater to finish draining I inquired about how much they would charge to replace 2 broken water spigots. I then texted my fiance the price and he had me find out if he could fix it today or if we would have to set a separate appointment. Guy quickly answered that he could fix them right now while the water heater finishes draining. 10 minutes later he was done installing both of the faucets, by then the heater was drained and ready to be replaced. Less than 30 minutes later he was completely done installing the water heater and we were back in hot water!!! 😂🔥I was quite impressed by how fast he was done and even more impressive was the quality of work done. Found these guys as a referral from my neighbor when my hot water heater started leaking. From the first call to the completion of the job can’t say enough positively about them. They were able to get me in quick, price was reasonable, and they answered the phone and showed up when they said. Guy was great and was efficient but he also didn’t just put it in and run. He actually stayed to make sure it was good and that’s when he found the new unit had a defect and was leaking. I really appreciate that as it would have made them make another trip and for me to reschedule my day. As with any story, when you have to call a plumber it’s usually not good. In my case, my hot water heater stopped heating. Since it was Sunday night I waited to call Monday morning and was greeted professionally, given a quote on the phone and a time the plumber would arrive. My plumber, “Guy” showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He looked over the issue, explained what he had to do and went to work. In a little over an hour he was done and everything worked. Guy cleaned up some residual water, wiped everything down and removed all old parts and his tools. The price was exactly as quoted and my wife is happy again now that she has hot water.. The world is right again! I highly recommend AZ Quality plumbing and will be calling them for any future needs.

We were getting notifications from Global Water for excessive leaks and was referred to AZ Quality Plumbing from our neighborhood page on FB and we are so happy we called! Not only did they come out as fast as they could due to the Christmas holiday but they were extremely professional and located the leak in the water main leading to the road immediately and came back the next day to remedy the leak. Their first quote was double what we had paid and was expected to take hours to replace. We ended up paying less than half of that and they had the pipe replaced in less than an hour. I let my leak go on for 1 month in hopes to save money, despite all my attempts at saving money and trying to fix my shower myself, I couldnt get the shower cartridge out. I can’t say enough good about how quick this company responded to my needs. I had a water line leaking in my bathroom inside the wall. I called at 11:30 am and he was at my house by 2:00pm. We had to open up the wall to find the leak next to the valve going to the toilet. He installed a new copper line with an easy to replace shut off valve to the toilet that anyone with any plumbing skills can replace in the future. I called Luis originally because I thought I had a water leak I had absolutely no water pressure. My Global Water bill was getting outrageous. I called him on a Thursday I didn’t think I would be able to get anyone out until the following week. Luis surprised me he said he would be able to come out that same day. He looked at my Water softener and he knew within 5 minutes that it was my water pressure problem. He asked me what we wanted to do about it. We decided that we were going to replace it. He called right away got one ordered. I got a call a couple days later. It was ready for installation unfortunately I was not off for a couple more days he was so patient waiting for me to have a day off. He came first thing in the morning to install it. It was working perfectly. I went to get my nails done I came home at 5pm. I had no hot water I asked him if I need to look somewhere to turn it on. He said I’m getting ready to go out with my family. As long as you don’t care if I drive my personal Vehicle I will stop by and see what’s going on. He arrived 15 minutes later. We found out I have a tankless water heater that rusted out and stopped producing hot water. Talk about timing! He helped me with a Temporary fix until someone can come out next week and see what’s going on with the tankless water heater because it’s under warranty. I felt horrible that he was missing time with his family to come out and help me. I have never had such amazing customer service in my life! I asked him how much do I owe you for coming out for the tankless water heater he said nothing. I have never had someone go above & beyond the call of duty like Luis did. I called them because 1 of my toilets needed to be reset due to incorrect installation which had rusted the bolts, my main water line valve needed to be replaced and my master bathtub faucet never gave me hot water. 1 guy came out free of charge, assessed the issues with everything within a few minutes and within 2 days both him and the owner fixed everything in less then an hour with no issues what so ever. Very professional, very affordable, very informative, very fast, perfect quality work. No damage to anything, absolutely taken back by how awesome these guys are! Plus they garuntee their work and it comes with a 2 year warranty! DONT call anyone else but AZ Quality Plumbing, you wont regret it!

Weve used Luis and his team twice and both experiences were great! The first time Luis helped us with disconnecting and reconnecting multiple sinks when we were replacing our countertops throughout the house. The second time was with installing a new dishwasher that a previous installation team from Home Depot said our valves needed replacing and refused to install it. Luis sent one of his guys and found nothing wrong with our valves and helped us install the new dishwasher. Well definitely be using AZ Quality Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend!

I initially thought I had a quick fix it myself project to unclog my disposal. Little did I know my 13 year old pipes were hanging together out of pure luck. I ended up needing an emergency visit to fix the huge leak that resulted in my plumbing attempt. They were quick and professional. Because it was after hours it cost more but at least my issue wZ resolved quickly. Very pleased, and both gentleman wore masks and kept their distance to help ease our need for distancing to due to at risk family members.

I called Luis about a water leak I had in my garage. Initially he told me he was not going to be able to do it until next morning, however he called me about 30 min later and told me he could do the job right away. He fixed my water leak, gave me some good tips, and did not leave until he made sure the leak was fixed. This guy is honest, does quality work, and has good prices. I definitely recommend.
