    We have had Kooline do other jobs for us in the past and we werenā€™t really impressed. However, we gave them another try. They sent Chris to us and he was so great! He has so much experience and knowledge, we really felt he knew what he was doing ā€” he even suggested some things nobody else had ever mentioned before in order to avoid this same problem in the future.

    As a disabled Marine Corps veteran with chronic pain, I faced a major challenge when my main water line sprung a leak just before Christmas. Despite being fully booked, Kooline Plumbing went above and beyond. Technician Christopher, a fellow veteran, patiently walked me through solutions and arranged for a technician to come out the same day. Don arrived, made temporary fixes, and stayed late to ensure I could shower that night. Later, owner Mohammed personally called to wish us Happy Holidays and promised a full fix. On Christmas Eve, three Kooline employees arrived early to resolve the issue. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, my holiday stress was alleviated. Kooline Plumbingā€™s service was exceptional, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and genuine care.

    I donā€™t think there are enough words to express how thankful and appreciative we are for Kooline. Such an amazing company with very hard working and passionate individuals. Our AC stopped working on Sunday and they had someone out to our house within an hour. After one of the techs (Steven), Roy the GM, and Scott spent countless hours trying to diagnose the problem, we learned that it would be more beneficial to just replace our unit. Scott took the time to go over everything with us. He had so much patience and answered all of our questions. The next day we had Claudio out replacing our unit. He worked so hard, answered all of our questions, and educated us on ways to be more efficient, and things to avoid so our unit lasts a long time. Kooline has excellent warranties too!     The best service youll get!When the company puts an urgency to a down unit call and gets you a visit same day, you know its the right company to use.Scott came out to service our AC unit same day and really made sure we knew what was going on with the unit. He was extremely thorough and respectful. We decided on replacing the HVAC system, to which Scott patiently answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. Long story short, they had the old unit removed and new unit installed in a day & we are happily enjoying the cool air once again.Bonus: Kooline goes the extra mile to give you great warranties for your units & referrals to address any drywall repairs that need to be done. Ive never had a company take that extra step to make sure the customer is taken care of & satisfied.

    We recently used Kooline Plumbing and Heating to replace our HVAC system in Casa Grande AZ.First off I would add that I am a homebuilder and renovator im Canada,so dealing with trades and contractors is what I do so I know all about the dealings with trades and suppliers.That being said , Kooline were wonderful to deal with and a shoutout goes to Scott, who came on very short notice to check our system and identify the issues at hand.They worked with us through awkward scheduling on our end, as we are from out of country, and they held the pricing for an extra two and a half months until we made it back down to have the work completed.The two techs that came to do the work , Claudio and Stevie, were an absolute pleasure to have on site and in our home.They were respectful, clean and discussed any pertinent questions that we had in regards to our system.They left the work areas clean and tidy behind them.Also want to say that their office team was very helpful and looked after all of our communications very well.We highly recommend Kooline Plumbing and Heating !

    This company goes above and beyond. Let me explain why. Originally I had countertops installed so all I needed was a kitchen faucet installed with the plumbing reconnected. This price was a bit on the high side in my opinion but I needed it done so I could use my kitchen again. I expressed the price was high but agreed to the price. They did great work but didnā€™t stop there. In order to go above and beyond their service, they did an AC tune up and even helped to adjust the price. I will ALWAYS use this company for any plumbing needs. They earned a customer for life!

    One Word, amazing! Called Kooline on Wednesday they were able to book me for today Friday between 1pm - 2pm for an ac tune up. Stevie was my ac technician he arrived between the time frame given, presentable and respectable. He cleaned my unit and then went up to my attic to check make sure everything was good as well.     Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. First, they replaced my water heater. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well after themselves! Then I came back from IL to find my AC was not working properly. Scott came that day and checked it out! He then gave me a few options. I chose to replace the AC unit with a new one. They had the new one installed in 2 days! Very reliable and fast service by very friendly and professional guys at the best rates I have seen!

    Our air conditioning went out in the middle of July. We are in Arizona city and not many service the area.The unit was 22 years old so we figured it would need to be replaced. We had a couple people come out to make sure. I called Kooline Friday morning. Mike was there in an hour. Super polite and friendly. Decades of experience. Office staff super responsive and friendly. They hustled to secure a unit in Phoenix that afternoon and Mike installed our unit the next morning on his day off. Sandy in the office was great helping us apply for financing within minutes as it was an unexpected expenditure. Getting us warranty info and making sure we schedule our two free tuneups ove the next 2 years.I can not recommend them enough.

    I called several plumbers to repair our leaking garbage disposal, but was unable to reach anyone on a Saturday. Kooline plumbing had an answering service to contact them during non business hours. I received a prompt call from the ownerā€™s wife and she dispatched a plumber to come and repair our disposal. We couldnā€™t use our sink whatsoever. The plumber was prompt, respectful, and installed a new disposal quickly. They even have a military discount! Their prices are very reasonable. We are very happy and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

    I had a great experience with Kooline. We had several handymen tell us they didnā€™t want to get involved in fixing the tub in our new(to us) home. Whoever remodeled didnā€™t hook up the tub or plumbing correctly at all. Another plumber quoted us an outrageous amount AND was so rude about what needed to be done. Kooline to the rescue!! Not only was he pleasant and friendly, he knew immediately what to do and never treated us like we were a burden. As first time home owners we could not be more thankful. I called every plumber around and half didnt answer and the other half didnt service my area or didnt have anyone available for days.     Had a horrible leak under kitchen sink, didnt even know I had it tillMichael found it, had a hose off and had ran water for an entire day!! Michael fix the hose back on and replaced my broken knob on my shower...He was very helpful and professional.     Had a leak at main water line. Made an appt to have someone come look at it and Rick came the following morning. He had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Great dude and great customer service.     I had to share my recent experience with Kooline Plumbing. I had purchased a home that had been remodeled and moved in the first of January. From the day I moved in I was having issues with my toilet upstairs draining extremely slow. I had several people including other plumbing companies come out to service the issue. They did everything from a hand held snake to a powerful large snake machine, but no luck resolving my issue. They informed me the problem was in my pipes downstairs in the ceiling above the kitchen and the drywall would need to be cut out, pipes repaired and drywall replaced (which they did not do). I even contacted a contractor that does plumbing and drywall he quoted me $3500 to fix the pipes which he claimed were closer to my living room than kitchen. He also said he would need to completely repaint my whole living room which had just been done in November. I was shocked at the quote so decided to get another one from a different plumbing company. On Ahwatukee 411 I read great reviews about Kooline Plumbing and decided to give them a try. Eric arrived the next day and advised me the only way we could know what and where the problem was would be to pull the toilet and run a camera down the pipes. So a week later Eric, Hubert and Josh showed up on time to do just that. By using the camera they quickly found out it was what I expected construction rags/debris including a piece of tile were the culprit. By using the camera and their equipment they determined my clog was under my kitchen floor and not in the celling, which meant removing my new hardwood floors and jackhammering my concreate. All I could see was $$$ signs. They could have very easily just gave me a quote for the repair and a bill for the service call. But not these guys they were determined since the knew where and what the issue was to try one more time to see if that could break up the clog and get the water flowing. After about 15 more minutes THEY DID IT!!! Once again their equipment was able to tell them clog was long gone from my home and outside in the main pipe. It is wonderful after almost 3 months to have the upstairs toilet working without having a construction zone and paying a fortunate for these results. Such a great team of men and I thank them for their perseverance and success in solving my problem. I highly recommend this company Sincerely Lisa Summers

    The owner was kind enough to come out on a Saturday and check our water heater, as the pilot light had went out and we could not get it to start. We must have just missed a step because he was able to get the pilot light started immediately. He was super-nice and walked us through the process again and provided some helpful feedback on the particular water heater model we have. Although he was not already in the area when we called, he did not charge us a service visit fee for coming out. Kooline Plumbing will be the company we call for all of our future needs.

    Got a message from my neighbor that I was leaking water into their yard. Found I had water running from my main even when I shut it down. Panic mode went into effect cause we all know water is expensive in the desert. Gave Kooline a call and they were initially not available to come out then however they made some arrangements to come take a look and review my issue.     Moe and his team rescued me from a tight spot. Both my toilets were backed up and my wife was organizing a dinner party the very next day. Moe spent half an hour trying to fix the problem and we realized it was more serious than we thought and I had yo get new toilets. Moe promised to send his tech later that evening to install new toilets. They were at my house promptly at 7pm and were done very quickly and the price was great. When I initially called Moe, he did not have an opening in his schedule for at least 3 days. But when I explained my situation, he decided to fit me in his schedule.     Kooline Plumbing replaced my main water line from the meter to my house, which was leaking. They were two out of five companies who were able to come to my house on the day of the call to provide me with an estimate. They had the lowest estimate of the two companies, and also the shortest time to repair, since I had to turn the water on and off at the meter when I needed water in the house, otherwise the yard would flood. Within 2 days of the initial visit, they replaced my line with a new line. Kudos to Michael Pierce for his responsiveness and professionalism.

    I had a kitchen sink drain leak, slow kitchen drain, and water supply line leak. On a Saturday afternoon no less. In the Casa Grande area, I called every plumbing service in Casa Grande and Coolidge, not a single one answered. Then I called Kooline Plumbing out of Maricopa. Jay Clayton answered, he was here in less than 2 hours. Late Saturday afternoon/early evening. He fixed the drain leak within minutes. The slow drain proved to be troublesome. I then asked Kooline to replace the shower valve, head, and drain in the master bath. Zane did a great job, also very professional and courteous.
