I called Cleverland Plumbing about 2 pm on a Saturday. I had broken the pipe going to a spicket and there is no way to isolate that spicket, so had to turn the water off to the house.Cleveland came out within an hour and dropped his quote in half because it was easier to fix than he thought. He also installed a garbage disposal at the same time.He didnt take advantage of the situation and he didnt charge me anything extra for the weekend call. I would recommend Cleverland Plumbing to anyone, he treated me fairly and the house was only without water for about 2 hours.

I can’t say enough good things about Nafiz and his business. He is a great plumber, very reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable prices! I’ve had Nafiz do a number of repairs and installs at my house over the last couple years and have been nothing but impressed with his workmanship. We had a leak inside our walls which had been misdiagnosed by a leak detecting service. Nafiz at Cleverland plumbing, not only found the leak within a short time, he fixed it all within a hour, which included cutting into drywall. He’s knowledgeable and his services were very reasonable. Would most def use him very any other plumbing issues.

My water softener went out at 330am day after Christmas and he answered. Scheduled a time that same day and he came out looked over everything and made it to where we can still have water, said we needed another softener and showed me my options which I knew we needed to get a new one. Answered all my questions and Scheduled installation of a new combo water softener and conditioner. The next day. He came in did the installation and answered all my questions again as I had many to ask. Walked me through everything he did and even installed a filter before the softener combo to help with the hard water.I need a new RO system too but wanted his advice on it and he educated me on that system too since I have never been in a place that I needed such a system. So he will be coming out to install that system too for me. He was very informative and kind. He answered all my questions even answered question from a neighbor that used to do this for a living too as he didnt seem bothered by either so this lead me to see how professional he is and now has a client for life. I totally recommend his company. Thank you for getting this done and made it less painful for me.

Mr. Nafiz is an excellent plumber, I have used him for a water main replacement and a Shower repair just today. Punctual, honest communicates very well, no hidden fees etc. Response times are excellent, estimates are precise and extremely fair. Want a great plumber, this is your man!!
