Unfortunately, I called to cancel my oil delivery service with Trinks brothers today.My boiler failed and Im going to make some changes.But I just had to leave a review for Trinks Bros.By far, the best oil service that I’ve ever had.Super reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. I’ve never spoken to someone from the company that wasn’t friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I’ll never forget last year when it was snowing like crazy and due to my own stupidity; I wasn’t on auto-delivery, and I realized last second, mid snowstorm that I was below an eighth of a tank of oil.I called Trinks to schedule an appointment for the next weekday (It was a Saturday) just hoping that I would make it until Monday because I didn’t want to get an emergency delivery. I was sure that Trinks Bros had actual emergencies to deal with and people in much greater need than me.Several hours later, in the pitch black, I get a ring notification on my front camera and hear a bang on the side of my house.Despite the fact that I didn’t have a delivery scheduled until Monday, one of the kind drivers from Trinks bros came out on a late Saturday night to fill me with oil simply because he “was already delivering to a church down the street, so why not?... And they did all this at no extra cost.I ran out to tip the driver, which he conveniently refused repeatedly, but I forced him. Absolutely amazing customer service, and perfectly exemplary of what and who Trinks bros is as a company.Thanks again!

I cant reply to you so Im editing my review. Thank you for getting back to me. I reviewed the amount charged, and you are correct. It was the discounted price. On the receipt, the regular price was circled so I assumed that meant that is what I would be charged. Thank you again. My only complaint is that sometimes you do charge a little more than your nearby competitors, but i understand you have to make a living. Im sure there are reasons.

I would strongly recommend this oil company over the competition! Pricing is very fair and the customer service department is excellent!I checked my oil guage randomly and to my surprise I was out of oil. I called Trinks and they were able to get a delivery out to me the next day. The delivery driver Wayne was very helpful and professional as well! Glad I choose this company over the others!

We ran out of oil and the flame to our furnace went out, after-hours. We called and left a message about our situation that night. Trinks arrived first thing in the morning and helped us get the furnace going again. We were so thankful for such quick and helpful service!

This company is the best and will never go anywhere else. Very caring to their customers called on Friday before a winter storm would come in on Monday for a delivery and unexpeditely they showed up on Sunday to deliver (thought I was dreaming). Also all of the staff are so friendly. Keep up the good work!!!!

Years ago, after constantly dealing with oil companies who lacked competitive pricing and customer service, I had called Trinks on a recommendation from a friend who said theyre constantly the most competitive priced oil in the Greater Hartford Area. Honestly, that was the best call Ive ever made. Trinks totally has their act together in all regards... the friendliest staff and technicians Ive ever dealt with, always on time for deliveries, ALWAYS the cheapest oil prices when I call around, and theyre even proactive in calling me sometimes when they think I may need oil (theyre usually right too), even though Im not on any scheduled automatic delivery program with them. Do yourselves a favor and stop dealing with anyone else; this was the best recommendation Ive ever acted on, and Im sure youll find the same results if you act on my recommendation.
