Kitchen sink was clogged. Called on New Years day thinking it would take a day or so before they could come out but they out that day! The team that came out had informed me I was going to need to replace the line due to the conditions of the pipe. We have had several clogs and previous plumbers had either caused more issues or fixed the clogs. The team at Pro Plumbers wanted to correct the problem not just clear the clog. I am so glad I found them and wish I had found them sooner.

I had a really bad problem with my kitchen sink. Like it was not draining at all. Id had plumbers from another company come out and all they did was run a snake through the sink drain and charge me a lot of money. Within a week it was stopped up just as badly as before. Anthony, from Pro Plumbing Plus was very knowledgeable and professional and told me what the problem was and how they would fix it for me. We booked a future date and he and his apprentice came out exactly when they said they would. They even called ahead to tell me they were on their way. The job took several hours of crawling around under the house replacing old pipes but in the end everything is working perfectly. Anthony was very meticulous about explaining things to me what they were doing and tidied up after he was done, even putting everything away back under the kitchen sink for me. (Did I mention that they both wore pink booties over their shoes to protect my floors both times they came out?) I recommend this company to anybody who wants an honest & professional job done on their plumbing needs and will definitely call them first if the need ever arises for me again.

These guys helped with changing out my toilet and both faucets, they called before arriving, which I always appreciate, roughly 10-20 minutes before arrival giving me time to get ready. They are not overly expensive to use their services so if you’re like me and don’t have a lot of money for projects they are fantastically good. I would like to send a very big thank you to pro plumbing plus electric. I called them yesterday to come diagnose a problem with a leak in the shower. I had been waiting weeks on my home warranty company and the warranty company kept saying they couldn’t find anyone. After a long fight with them they finally said I could find my own plumber. I called pro plumbing and they got someone out here next day! And best part, the fix was super easy so I ended up not having to deal with the warranty company at all because going through them would have cost more and took more time. Gave me numerous options to fix my issue and returned on Monday morning as promised. I came across the calling card for this company in a local supply store. When calling, I was given an appointment the very next week--and they showed up!!!!!! Branden & a helper, on the electrical side, came and within a couple hours, the electrical problem was solved. Today, Anthony, on the plumbing side, is working. It is such a relief to call a company and have them actually show up!!!! My jobs are small, and so many of those Ive contacted will make an appointment and never show, never call, and dont remember my call--when calling them back.The workers are courteous and want to make sure I am happy with their service. After looking over the job, they will let you know how much it will cost first. Sometimes, they can fix it on the spot, or make an appointment to come back. For sure, I will keep Pro Plumbing Plus on my cell phones quick dial because they can be counted upon to keep scheduled appointments. They also call a half hour ahead to let you know they are on the way--just in case you might have forgotten. I can tell you what a relief it is to work with this company.I thought this was posted. However, I had a new experience with Mike either last month or earlier in May. He also was so professional and fixed the problem. He also checked a couple other places that needs an electrician, and said he would be happy to come back and do these jobs. One of these jobs reflects a company, who will not call me back. So it looks like Ill be calling for Mike to fix a problem that should have been done correctly when a unit was installed. I’ve had two experiences with Pro Plumbing Plus Electrical. The first time I was attempting to replace a 44-year old tub/shower valve cartridge. When it was time to install the new cartridge, I couldn’t get it to work, so I decided to call a real plumber. Since the job wasn’t an emergency I was given an appointment for the next day. Nick and a helper were on time and went right to work. They spent at least 15 minutes checking the work I’d done and then said that I was doing a good job on my own and the problem was that I’d bought the wrong cartridge for my valve. They encouraged me to finish the job myself with the correct cartridge and didn’t charge me a cent for their time and advice.The second job was to install a sewer clean out fitting between the house and the septic tank. That was a job I had no desire to do myself! Nick and his helper did a great job installing the clean out and an online search for the typical cost of the job convinced me that their quote was reasonable and fair.I’ll definitely call Pro Plumbing Plus Electrical the next time I have a problem.

I called for service on Monday and the first available appointment was the following Thursday between two and four. I was told I would receive a phone call when they were on the way. At 4 o’clock I had not received a phone call nor anyone had shown up, so I called the company and was immediately sent to voicemail. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was called by the actual technician who said they were on the way and would be there in about 20 minutes. After about 12 minutes they showed up the work was done fast, efficiently and correctly. For the price this was a good experience.

Called pro Plumbing because we werent getting a response from the plumber who had started our task. Pro Plumbing showed up promptly, were professional and courteous. It took them a little bit to figure out the issue, but they stayed at it until issue was resolved. We were not charged for the previous two visits (trying to figure out the issue). Once the issue was figured out Nick and Brenden (sp?) quickly resolved the issue and for the first time in almost a month we have consistent hot water in the house. I have already scheduled a couple of other estimates for other projects I am needing done. Pro Plumbing will definitely be the first call I make for any other issues that come up. After explaining the situation and my concerns, I had a gentleman named Brett over to my house within 15 min. He took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work needed in terms I could understand. Handled my property with care as some cutting of ceiling and wall was necessary for replacing my plumbing. Clean work to ensure the repair to my home should not be difficult. Even saved me a couple of pieces of drywall.The job was not a quick one. 5.5 hours to be exact! They arrived late afternoon to accommodate my schedule. We called them to come out and give us a quote on a scope in the drain would cost. We had replaced quite a bit of sewer drain 20 yrs ago and lacked just a small amount from underneath house and running out but we didn’t know how far.When Jay came out to do the scope work he found the camera wasn’t working and nobody was working closely to give him one, so he scheduled for this past Monday.It was actually worse than what we thought.It was collapsing in one spot and just about crushed in another.Jay and Anthony came on Wednesday 5/17/23 and they hand dug it out.They replaced all the old pipes under the house and out to the lines that had already been replaced.The cast iron under the house coming from the tub, sinks, washer ect.. will eventually have to be replaced… but that’s not a immediate concern and this was a large job and that other will wait.They were both so nice and I was concerned that they were getting too hot hand digging it out but they insisted they were ok.I will use them again and request Anthony and Jay.10 years ago my husband and I would have done this ourselves…. But… age and disability has put the caboosh on such physical limits.We were very pleased.My husband at first was irritated that they didn’t check the camera before coming, but I told him… “how many times have you gone to do a maintenance/repair job in the past and a piece of equipment that was working suddenly was not working properly.”Yup, true…So 5+ stars and I’m so HAPPY not to have to deal with snaking the lines, only to have problems again….. in a couple months!!The camera found it, and those boys fixed it.YAY!!!

As usual we had a sewer system that failed on a Saturday morning. After hours of fighting and trying to solve the problem we resolved to call PPP. They were able to come out on Sunday and in the drizzly cold rain the tech worked to try an unclog the 60 year old cast iron pipe going to the septic system. By 5:00 he resolved out only solution was to did it up and replace. He worked with dispatch and shuffled his work around and came out on Monday. In the near freezing temperatures he and another tech dug up the old sewer line to the septic tank and replaced with PVC. They did a super fantastic job. Looks professional and is to code. Would definitely recommend and definitely would use again. As for price i have no idea if it was too high or too low or in the middle. Other plumbers were not going to be able to get us for 3-4 days. Nothing bad against them busy is good. Perhaps we paid a premium but my 80+ year old mother-in-law was happy to have it working sooner rather than later.

I contacted Pro Plumbing Plus to fix an issue with my drain lines. I had water backing up in every drain in the house. I contacted them around 7:30am and Kelly called me back at 8am on the dot. We scheduled an appointment for later that day and Clayton arrived about 5 minutes early. (A trait that I respect greatly) Clayton was incredibly professional and thorough in his explanation of the issue. He then proceeded to find, and dig up, the lid to my septic tank in only about half an hour! We both agreed that the tank needed to be pumped before any more work was done. I had the tank pumped the next day and still had the issue. I called Pro Plumbing Plus back and they were able to work me in that same afternoon. Clayton and Corey arrived, again, 5-10 minutes early, and they wasted no time getting to work. Both of them were very pleasant, respectful, and honest with me. They cleared the blockage and got my drains working again. Clayton took a great deal of time afterwards to talk with me about different options and avenues going forward. I would absolutely recommend this company and their service to anyone.Side note: This may seem insignificant to some, but Clayton made it a point to take his mud boots off before coming into my house. He didnt make it know thats what he was doing. He just did it as if it wasnt even a thing. He had the forethought to not track mud on my floors and to not wake up my sleeping 4 month old. That level of self awareness and respect for a client is truly impressive. Thank you.

Brett came out and looked at what had been done during a remodel of our upstairs bathroom. We had a7” rough in for the toilet which no one makes a toilet to fit that anymore. Gave me a quote to fix the rough in issue and fix a couple of other drain issues. Came two days later and fixed all my issues. As mayor of Decherd, I highly recommend Pro Plumbing Plus if you need professional plumbing done. They are reasonably priced and you won’t be on a waiting list when you need to get your project done. I was not given any special treatment of discount for giving this recommendation. They are just plan good at what they do.

I highly recommend Pro Plumbing—Specifically Clayton. I called three plumbers before landing with Pro Plumbing. One told me he did not fix dish washers but he “might” have time to stop by and fix my toilet in the “next week or two,” one I couldn’t get through, and the last one’s voicemail was full. I was relieved to hear Pro Plumbing fixes dishwashers, and I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could arrive the next morning!The next morning, just like they said they would, Clayton called 30 minutes prior to coming. He showed up around nine. He was incredibly polite, very thorough, detailed oriented, and patient with my questions.My dishwasher was a $6.00 fix! Clayton told us we needed one small part and told us what to look for online. With a little internet digging, my hubby found the part. The part arrived in a few days, and our dishwasher works like new!Clayton then rebuilt one of our old toilets. It was more than we expected money-wise, but it was cheaper than buying a brand-new toilet, so we went with that option. It has worked perfectly.Also in our master bathroom, we had a toilet that would constantly run. We had it “fixed” before, but it still ran, which is super annoying in the middle of the night! I wasn’t actually expecting for Clayton to fix it based on our last experience, but he did! He even went back two times to make sure it was fixed and not running.We will be calling again. They were quick, polite, reasonably priced, thorough, and professional. Don’t hesitate to call!
