Had my water main line leak due to old piping about 200 feet from the connection to the water main (behind the meter, so all if it is my responsibility). Art and Jason came out, gave a fair quote and worked through the best option to re-run new pipe. Worked me in fairly quickly to minimize water bill costs, their field crew was great and worked through some brutally cold weather to get it done.There was actually an issue a few days later when the weather warmed up with a big rain and the backfill in my driveway settled way more than anticipated. I emailed, Jason had his crew come out a few hours later, and issue was solved. This was after the bill was already paid, so its a good sign to me of how they run their business and care about quality/service.Im in the construction industry and wish half the companies responded / performed as well and showed the care that ADB does.

Back in January (and shame on me for taking so long to write this review!) my sister and I were told that part of our sewer line had deteriorated, and our local plumber told us that it would be a huge job to repair, possibly requiring our furnace to be moved to access the pipe. Even though we are outside of the area normally serviced by ADB Construction, I called and spoke to Art, who scheduled his guys to come and do camera work to get a good look at the pipe to see if we were a candidate for relining. They came 2 days later to do the camera work, returned the following day to do descaling, and returned again the day after to do the actual pipe relining. From the initial phone call to the job completion was exactly one week - and they did an amazing job. Every single person that we dealt with was friendly, knowledgable and professional and they went above and beyond to resolve our problem as quickly as possible while providing us with detailed information on each step of the process. They were very accommodating considering the distance they had to travel from Manchester, and we felt that the total cost of the job was very reasonable. We have recommended them to our local plumber as well as all of our friends and neighbors! Thanks again guys!!

Had an emergency call for a clogged main drain on a Saturday. ADB was recommend by a local Plumber who couldnt make the call.ADB responded within 30 minutes (on a Saturday at 4:00pm!!) unbelievable today. The worker was named Junior, who went right to work and cleared the problem. He was very informative and professional. I would recommend ADB to my friends. The price was very reasonable.

Fantastic experience with ADB! First started with an issue with my septic and Nick came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a feeling I would have to end up hooking up to the road and this Team is outstanding. Within days of Nick coming out, I had the pleasure to meet Art and Michelle who came out to my house to discuss what it included and give me a quote. Art was very upfront with what it includes and things that could happen. I greatly appreciated this so there were no surprises. Also there was no pressure and never felt rushed. I then received an email with a detailed quote and was very reasonable. I then spoke with Michelle who was super patient with all my questions and what I needed to do with the town too. Then very quick turn around on having the project completed. Cody, Nick and team showed up and was very pleased with their professionalism and again I had a ton of questions and Cody was very patient with me. Very detailed on what they would be doing and walked through my yard discussing where they would need to dig and making sure if there was plants etc. that i didnt want to lose. Cody was sure to touch base throughout each day to let me know what was completed and what next steps he/they were doing. I cant thank Cody, Nick (and apologize on the name of one more guy) enough for a job well done. These three are truly amazing!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!! Appreciate You!!

We just want to take a moment to express our appreciation to Art Breault, Justin and the entire ADB crew for their help in getting our sewer line repaired. We had contacted several companies to get quotes for repair and the prices quoted were outrageous. Exasperated, I found the name ADB Construction and made the telephone call. Art came out, assessed the problem and gave us a very competitive price. The final result was a quality repair for an affordable price. I highly recommend ADB Construction & Septic Corp for your sewer problems or maintenance. I was faced with a sewer issue and kept having to call local plumbers to snake the line. After nearly $1000 in service I learned we needed work done one main sewer line. I interviewed several companys and received several estimates and by far ADB was the most professional, honest, cost effective and reliable. We agreed on a start date and he was there on-time and ready to work. The company sends electronic communication step by step through job completion and worked closely with MDC to ensure his work was compliant. Job well done and completed as promised. Thanks ADB

My experience working with Justin was nothing but positive. He was helpful, open to alternative suggestions and willing to think outside the box to install our new septic system in the most affordable and convenient fashion possible.His team took great care to remove the rocks from the soil to ensure they would not puncture the pipes. (Something I didnt even realize was important!) Communication throughout the project was great.I would highly recommend ADB Construction and Septic and will definitely consider them for any of our future needs.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They answered all of my questions (there were many). They did an amazing job pumping out the septic, they even went further than just a pump he moved everything around in the tank to get as much as possible out. Very professional and knowledgeable. ADB installed a new sewer line from the house to the street. They did an excellent job excavating the old line, installing the new one, and putting all of the soil back. They explained how to maintain the new system and performed all work as agreed upon. I was completely satisfied with their work and found their cost to be reasonable.

My sewer line had been blocking more and more frequently with root intrusion. Sewer line replacment using trenching was not an option because of the damage to other infrastructure it would cause. Justin and ADB came to the rescue with an innovative technique of relining the sewer line in place. No trenching and the line is as good as new. I couldnt be happier.

Saved us again!! Called after hours and got the answering service and early the next morning as requested they were working the main sewer line. I have used (tried) a few different companies for sewer line clean out and ADB is now the only company I’ll use. I recommend them to anyone in need of sewer work of ANY kind. No matter how difficult or complex the job is, these folks always solve the problem efficiently and effectively and the pricing is absolutely more than fair for the service quality they provide. Every person I have dealt with at ADB, either on the phone or in person, has been polite, professional, and fully accommodating. Maybe I’ll stop there because this is beginning to sound like an advertisement. But dang it, these folks deserve the best review and recommendation I can produce for them!! These guys are all great. The woman that picks up the phone is very nice and courteous. I was scared about a situation I had here at home and the owner called me back and put me at ease. He assured me that they would handle everything and that it probably wasnt a big deal. Very polite and responsible with his customers. They came the following Monday handled business. My Kitchen sink was clogged bad and I called ADB . A pleasant man by the name of Junior came to assist. He was at my home within an hour which was a plus! He explained step by step what he was going to do and even let me look at the camera with him which was really cool to see what the problem was . He was such a pleasure to have and he worked quick and efficiently. He was out within an hour. Now that is the type of service I like .. GREAT JOB JUNIOR !!

We had Arthur to our house twice. Once when we bought it to look at converting to sewer and again when we were selling our house to make sure there were no septic issues. When we were looking to convert he stood to make a good deal of money digging the line from the street to the house but he gave us several options and the best one was not the one that would have made him the most money but to keep the septic with a $125.00 repair. Cost to dig and convert would have been in the $8,000.00 range. When we moved he fixed one small issue with the septic so we passed the buyers inspection with flying colors. Good to do business with someone who has the customers best interest. He explained this by saying that hes in it for the long haul. That meant a lot.

Our tub and toilet were completely backed up and beyond my homeowner capabilities to fix. This was a serious problem for our single bathroom home. A friend recommend I call ADB, and Im happy I did. Justin and Travis came to the scene, assessed the situation, and cleared the immediate problem. Unfortunately they also determined that our sewer line out to the main is failing and will need a more permanent fix. They were great in showing us camera footage through the line and explaining the failure. Theyre going to go back to the shop and write up estimates for our options to permanently fix the problem.I happily recommend ADB if youre in need of plumbing service, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough.
