I had been referred to Milne Plumbing by my realtor. Then I had a compounded emergency of heating system flooding and a sheared off laundry room pipe around noon, the Friday before Christmas. They called back after the answering service reached them- and arrived within 20 minutes of calling back. Chris and Jim worked in parallel to resolve both problems in less than an hour, and had everything buttoned up before 3:00PM. Chris said they were planning to stop work at 1:00PM, but decided to take care of me before starting their Holiday weekend. I am grateful they did! They had all needed tools, including a high tech Rigid fitting crimper, and also educated me on my heating system.

I didnt end up hiring Scott (as I decided to stay with oil) but he was fantastic in responding to my never ending emails about gas heating systems. Very nice, professional, no BS guy.
