We initially were set up with Hall & Sons through our home warranty. Unfortunately, our home warranty did not cover the work but Hall & Sons plumbing went above and beyond for us. We had to have a cut pipe reconnected, and redone, along with having plumbing set up to more our laundry back into the house. They gave us a very fair quote for the amount of work we needed to be done, came on time, explained everything to us, and were super professional and honest. The new plumbing they installed is beautiful and clean, Im honestly just so happy. There are a few other wonky things with our house that I will certainly use Hall & Sons plumbing for. If you need a good, local, honest plumber stop your search because these are your guys! Thank you, Mike, Angel, & Tyler!

We had a leak pop up from a water line going to our washer up on the second floor. Unfortunately it was on Christmas weekend but Hall & Sons was able to come out and take care of us on short notice. They got the leak resolved and ensured we had a good holiday. They were very reasonably priced for being off hours and stayed until they knew we were squared away. Our family greatly appreciated their work and understanding, would definitely recommend their services.

We were highly satisfied with Hall and Sons. After leaving a description of my problem online, a leaky tub faucet, they responded promptly. We were able to get scheduled quickly. They were running a little behind on the day of the job but were courteous enough to give us a call and make us aware of the situation. We were satisfied with their work and their prices as well. Very reasonable compared to the competition. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else with a plumbing need.

9/27/2022 - This company goes above and beyond to solve its customers issues, we could not be happier with their services, will contact them again on a non-insurance manner to avoid headaches.This review will remain but only as as my personal experience for anybody who might face this issue with their insurance company. The issues discussed within this review are not a reflection of Hall & Sons. Hall & Sons pride themselves in OUTSTANDING work! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.Advice: If you are trying to reach the company through your insurance, my advice is to reach them yourself instead of trying to get your insurance to handle it for you, leave a detailed message and theyll get back to you, if youre near by, stop in.9/26/2022 - Update.Hall & Sons reached out and have scheduled the repair for 9/27/2022.Both the people I spoke to were both cordial and understanding of our issue. Looking forward to the repair, increased rating by 2 stars and will improve to 5 upon repair due to the knowledge received from Mike, who suggested looking into a possible blockage in the line.9/22/22 writing date. Request for repair was placed on 9/6/22 and we had a crew of two employees show up and assess the situation, they said that job was Out of their experience and left shortly after leaving us with Youll hear from us when somebody is available to do the repair a call which we never received. On 9/12/22 we decided to get a hold of somebody to figure out where we stood and we were supposed to see somebody on Thursday 15th 2022, there was no rescheduling call or visit. Today is 9/23/22 and neither us or American Home Shield can reach the company to schedule a repair date regardless of them charging the insurance company the service fee.

So, thankful to Hall & Sons for their prompt response and availability to come check out our issue. Their plumber was kind, knowledgeable, and explained things in great detail. I have to say, an added perk is that they have a great website that lets you fill out a form detailing your need. Then form came in handy after hours and then I received a phone call as soon as they opened.

I definitely recommend Hall & sons! I tried for 2 weeks to reach another plumbing service prior to my landlord authorizing me to change the company I was contacting. Hall and sons called me first after my landlord contacting them. When I called back, they answered right away. Had me scheduled within 3 days. Showed up when they said they were going to come. Did a great job at servicing my hot water heater and getting me hot water in my home again. They were very professional and very courteous. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and answered all of my questions. He did a great job explaining what he needed to do to service my hot water heater. We now have hot water again after almost 3 weeks. The only reason I even know they were in my home is because I now have hot water. They left absolutely no mess behind at all. Definitely recommend Hall and sons plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

When you call Hall and Sons its the owner of the company that shows up, and does the work. I found him to be honest and straightforward, and my issue was handled in a day. The install was professionally done and he made some safety suggestions in regard to carbon monoxide venting. When you find a business that family owned and run, provides excellent service and communication, you need to remember and support them. You wont be disappointed.

We were assigned Hall & Son’s through AHS and had Tyler and his colleague come out to inspect our situation.Unfortunately they were unable to help us as our issue was associated with a whirlpool tub. AHS tried to give us the work around to not cover the repairs however Tyler was extremely professional and responsive and helped set AHS straight to understand the issue wasn’t with the tub itself but with our home plumbing which just happened to be around the tub. Without his willingness to go above and beyond we’d be on the hook for something our warranty should cover. As a result, I will be coming to them when I have future plumbing issues (not associated with our tub).Thanks Tyler!

These guys are quick and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Based on their hourly rate they are on par with others. They installed my gas water heater quickly and all went well. They had good suggestions for future projects, will answer all questions and were efficient for what they did (cleaned up afterwards, etc.). I suggest calling them personally if your project is not an emergency, because if you go thru the Lowes installation service system (which they participate in) it will cost way above an average plumber fee. They will come all the way to Harrisburg for your job. Not sure if they charge a travel fee though.
