These guys are the best- and just what they say they are : specialists at customer service. It was a true pleasure to work with them. Their words & actions communicate a constant consideration of the customer. The workmanship was EXCELLENT, efficient and clean. They’re very good at what they do; I felt confident in their expertise-which is a delight for a homeowner. I was always fully informed throughout the job. Both the time estimate and price estimate to complete the job were right on. They presented options perfectly suited to our conversations-which indicates they really listen and strive to meet the needs and concerns of the customer. They even went the extra mile to be sure that I not only had what I needed, but what would provide me the greatest advantage-as if it were for themselves or a family member. Any paperwork or documents I requested were in my hands within a short time-sometimes within minutes. My warranty forms were even pre-filled (hand-written) with the serial numbers and most of the needed information. Their emergency, on-call service (which I have used once) was no less impressive-on a weekend! They seem to have a good team working for them. Personally, they are kind, friendly and continually thoughtful of their surroundings. I most gladly refer them to anyone.

I requested an online quote and Zak Downing got back to me right away.Zak showed up and he was very accommodating with the unit I was looking for and the schedule of the project.Adam and Ryan installed the Fujitsu mini-split in three days and they completely eased away my worries about the install. Had new 15K Fujitsu XLTH mini-split Heat Pump installed by Adam & Ryan on 8/30/19 who did a great job. Thorough work and did good clean up. Finished installation quite quickly and expertly. Proper installation is key with these systems. System runs well so far ( 1 days experience) for cooling. Heating will be tested in a few weeks I expect. Definitely would recommend Granite State Mechanical Services. Zak good to work with.

This company is so awesome, my Husband and I just bought our condo, we are new to New Hampshire, I noticed the company sticker on our furnace and called them to schedule a maintenance check on our heating/cooling system. I was happy to find out that they installed the system. The tech Jack showed up on time, wearing a mask, which I appreciated so much because I am a senior citizen. Jack put on booties when he entered our house and then proceeded to answer all of my questions about our system, he instructed me on how to program the the thermostat. He checked out our system and cleaned out our outside unit thoroughly. Jack answered all my silly questions with a smile. Thank you GSMS

Zak quoted and Adam and a team installed a Rinnai tankless hotwater heater. The installation is very professional looking and through. Price was best of three quotes I obtained. We will definitely use Granite State Mechanical again. UPDATE: A few days after install, unit went off line and we had no AM hot water. Unit was flashing a 12 code and beeping. I called GSMS and they were on site within 2 hours. They diagnosed and turns out it was due to a low-pressure situation with the gas company meter itself They stayed onsite with my wife until the gas company came to replace the meter and rechecked everything afterwards to ensure proper operation. Very impressed with the service!

GSMS are a breath of fresh air, a well-oiled machine, a family business with a high standard customer service attitude that isnt just a logo on the side of their vans, its a serious mindset!My wife and I had a 40-year-old HVAC system that wasnt efficient, the original system from when our house was built, that was failing.We called 5 different companies to quote us for a whole new system that included a heat pump, a dehumidifier and a tankless water heater, and one of those companies was our existing HVAC maintenance company. Each of those 5 companies had a negative attitude, either not listening and acknowledging what we were requesting, deceitfully telling us that well need to upgrade our electrical panel to a 200-amp unit to enable using the system they wanted to quote, telling us Its gonna be very expensive with one ridiculously price-gouging quote being $60,000.00, or just disappearing and not getting back to us when I asked mechanical related questions!?!? I have used these guys for installing multiple ductless mini split units and now a hybrid hot water heater. The service is top notch. Everyone that has come to my house really knows their stuff, do impeccable work, clean everything up after the job, and stand behind their work. Honestly for me anyone can come in and install things or maintain equipment but what it comes down to for me is responsiveness and standing behind your work. Zak is only a text away for setting up any kind of appointment. Then even if things go wrong they always do the right thing. After one year my ductless unit had a leak. The responsiveness and the way they went about repairing it was incredible. They never left me without a working unit while they tried to find the leak. Finally after multiple visits they replaced EVERYTHING. Yes thats right. Everything. Every foot of cooper, every head unit, all replaced. It didnt cost me one penny. Everything I have read about mini split systems has come down to this. They are all basically the same technology. Some have a few new features here and there but they are all basically the same. The most important thing is who you choose to hire to install them and will they stand behind their work. Will they know what to do when something goes wrong and will they do the right thing. I think you have your answer.
