Came home from a business trip to find the AC wasnt kicking on. Made a phone call after hours and they fit me in mid morning the following day. Charles the technician identified the issue, explained our options and got us back up and running quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Krohn and it’s great staff played the role of hero for our business recently. A staff member accidentally clogged a high speed suction line which shut down the evacuation system. With the need to be operational quickly due to an impending complicated and emergency situation, Krohn saved the day. This issue was addressed with incredible timing and expertise and left us once again grateful for the talented staff at Krohn. Thank you very much.

I receive a prompt response from the office manager regarding my plumbing issue.I was given several options for scheduling convenience with a reasonable time window.The plumbers arrived on time as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently.Both gentlemen were courteous and took the time to explain everything to me and my wifeI also thought that the charges were very reasonableI have recommended them to a friend and I will use them again for any future plumbing needs
