Nathan and Chris did an excellent job in installing our kitchen faucet. They were here promptly on time, were very professional and helpful in explaining what they were going to do, got the job done in a timely fashion. Work was done very neatly. Made sure that we were happy with the finished project. Would definitely use them in the future for any other plumbing jobs.

Casey Wilson came in and updated my kitchen and bathroom faucets today, he also fixed my outside spicots. Really nice guy,very respectful and friendly. After the work he did clean up any mess. I would recommend Casey and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

Love Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They are always prompt and professional. Nathan came today and stayed with my problem until he was sure it was under control. Couldnt ask for a nicer guy! Just like everyone thats ever come to my home from Ben J Plumbing, he was super polite, personable, and efficient. You just cant go wrong with this company.

We had a leak near our water meter. I called at about noon and they had a team out by 4pm the same day. The team, led by Nick, was professional and quickly diagnosed our problem. The estimate was fair and they were able to make the repairs immediately. We discussed other concerns we had with the time it takes to get hot water to our master bath. They looked at our system and provided a quote for improvements that would increase our hot water availability. We scheduled them to come out in a few days to install the new equipment. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Justin came and found where the leak was under the house really quick. He was so fast. I left to go get breakfast at McDonalds and by the time I came back he was already done. He was very fair with prices. Much cheaper than I expected. And he even left after care recommendations to prevent mold. I will definitely be using them again if I need to.

Josh and Corbin came out today to replace a bathroom faucet and one outside the house. I was so impressed with these guys- very friendly, professional and conscientious. Would recommend them and Benjamin Franklin to everybody I know!

During a particularly rainy weekend we had a septic overflow which caused a blockage and needed an emergency plumber fast. Dispatch got us scheduled quickly and the serviceman came even sooner than expected. Nathan Lamb proved to be very professional and knowledgeable, pinpointing the problem and solving it rapidly, at a fair price. He also gave practical advice and recommendations on septic tank service. Our experience with plumbers in the past hasn’t been great, but we would not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. Keep up the good work!
