I am beyond happy at this time. I bought my house in February of 2024 and it’s my first house. When my plumbing backed up I became very fraught and frustrated. But once I reached out to Mr rooter they were here same day and were able to get the issues diagnosed and fixed in two days. My Tech Dante Whitsett was amazing as well. Very polite,kind, and knowledgeable. He helped in ways I couldn’t have expected. And I am so grateful. Even after the main Jetting my plumbing inside was still clogged. He was more than willing to stay and help diagnose and fix as well. Highly recommend

On New Year’s Day I went down to my basement to find our storm drain was not draining. I called so schedule an appointment for the next day not expecting them to be able to get a tech out on a holiday. The lady I spoke to on the phone let me know they could have someone out to my house same day. They were there within two hours and Robert the technician was quick to unclog the drain and explain to me what happened and gave me some tips on how I can prevent it from happening again. Overall my experience with them was phenomenal and will 100% use them again when needed!

Awesome set of guys!! Ronney, Travis and Willie!We had a company waterproofing our basement and our main water line came in above the footers through the cinder block. They knicked the line with a jackhammer, water was shooting out from the line and the city came shut off our water. Called Mr Rooter and a guy was in our area, showed up pretty fast. They could do the job but it was Fri around 3pm and they needed a permit. City office was already closed, they couldnt do anything cause of where it was and the codes for our city. Monday came we got the permit and Tuesday morning they were here at 8:30am. We are in Brownstown, traffic is horrible on 94 to 75, so they actually made it here early! Ronney, Travis and Willie were awesome, they were informative, polite, had a sense of humor and a positive attitude with the heat and how far they had to dig. They had an excavator but still had to get in the 10ft hole to loosen the clay, add new pipe etc.Respected my house and my cats 😁 which were curious of them 😂 Even helped me with an old sprinkler system that didnt work (in the area they were working) and removed the pipe which was pain and ugly being in the front of my house. Great set of workers!Being without water all weekend, I was so happy they came, on time and were very nice. Fixed the problem by 11:30...then had to wait for inspection and water dept. By 2pm I had running water! Will call if we ever have a problem again! Thank you Ronney, Travis and Willie!!

Mike from Mr. Rooter was very knowledgeable and personable. He initially came to give me an estimate for a water backup sump pump and to bury a discharge line. When he arrived, he corrected misinformation that was told to me by another contractor. My discharge line was already buried and he did not recommend the water backup system because we were getting a whole home generator. He noticed that our sump pump had stopped working ( it was 10 years old) and the well was full of water and about to overflow! He offered to replace it right away. He put in a new pump, same as our previous one, a commercial grade Zohler, fixed some other issues and gave me a discount on top of all of that.We are having him come back to snake the exterior drain and raise it for our new patio.I am grateful for the expert advice and thoughtful service! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!!

The front office was not very clear on how the pricing was to be handled. I feel the price Jimmy provided even with the $50 discount was way over priced. We had a clogged drain within out basement utility room that caused a lot of water damage before we found it. Mike D came and was able to clear the blockage. While there he suggested we contact our insurance company since they may cover the damage to the walls and flooring. He also suggested the name of a reputable remediation company. I made a claim with my insurance company while he was clearing out the drain, and by the end of the day the remediation company was out assessing the damage. By the end of the week all the damaged material had been removed and my insurance had covered it. I am so thankful that Mike was calm and professional. He wasnt pushy, and I really appreciated his suggestions. We had such a positive experience with an unfortunate situation.

My plumber John was great - on time, friendly, and took the time to explain things. It was a nice change after a horrible experience with a competing company the day before.The other company tried to sell me a $4,000 job that would rip up my entire back yard. The worst part? They diagnosed the problem without even scoping my sewer line, then charged me $75 for their guess.It turns out my sewer line just needed to be cleaned out because of roots. Unbelievable.My experience with Mr. Rooter was the exact opposite. The estimate was free of charge and Johns work done right. Highly, highly recommended. I will absolutely call them in the future.

I bought my house 2 years ago and the basement has flooded 3 times. Ive gone through countless plumbers, some of whom were of no help, some of whom figured out impermanent fixes they suggested would be permanent, and some whom unnecessarily recommended I spend $25k on an entirely new drainage system in a 20 year old house.I was incredibly lucky to find Billy Keehn at Mr. Rooter. He was able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly, and was incredibly forthcoming and knowledgeable. He figured out a solution that would not cost me $25k, and then he worked tirelessly for 3 days to implement it. It worked, and needless to say, hell be the first person I call should any plumbing or water related issues arise in the future.

Dan was very friendly and courteous. He explained what was being done each step of the way and why it was being done. He did not make a mess. He wore the covers over his shoes and put them on each time he entered my home. While I didnt believe the two plumbing incidences were related he used his expertise operated on the assumption that the were.My reasoning was based on previous experiences with other plumbers over the years. But, he was right. Thus far i am not seeing any additional backups. Previously my toilet would backup within hours after the plumber left. My toilet and kitchen sink are still operating efficiently. He advised me that he believes that my problem is with my septic tank, that it needs to be emptied ASAP or I will experience the backups again. I will advise my landlord of Dans findings. Previously the septic tank was emptied but the toulet backups continued. I just lived with it until it became unbearable.If I experience sewage problems in the future. I will request Dan. I like the way he operates. He knows his stuff.Borrowing from one if your compeititors--he is not a stinky, creepy guy. I felt safe with him in my home.

We called Mr. Rooter for a leaky kitchen faucet that was getting worse as time went on. Our soap dispenser nozzle was broken as well. Jason was able to come out the same day and was very friendly and knew what he was doing. The problem was fixed by using a snake on the drain line. I wish that I could have done this myself but I did try to take it as far as I could. Obviously I wish it could have been done a little cheaper. However, the price was pretty consistent with other quotes I had seen.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing related issues based on my experience. I had Matt U. come in today to inspect and fix the issue I had. He was very knowledgeable and he was able to spot the issue in less then 1 minute from walking in. Matt was very friendly and answered all questions I had. He was here to help and make sure the problem was solved and he offered multiple solutions to me. Please note I brought in 2 other plumers from other companies in Troy MI and none of them were able to solve the issue I had. Thanks Matt, we need more people like you in the plumbing industry!

I had Jimmy from Mr. Rooter out to my detailing shop to jet a couple drains out. The service was completed in good time. Jimmy and his team was courteous and professional.
