    Sunday morning and hot water heater is leaking all over laundry room. Saw the good reviews when I searched on, “replace water heater near me”, so I decided to call. Spoke with Chris and he was extremely helpful. Gave me a quote over the phone and said someone could be out that same day. From the time the technician, Stan, arrived until the job was completed I couldn’t have been more pleased. Extremely professional from start to finish. Stan did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Macomb Water Heater to anyone in need of great service!

    Great Service!I was in need of a new water heater but did not need emergency service so I called a number of places to get information on brands and pricing. I contacted Macomb Water Heater due to the name and was pleasantly surprised at the information they provided me over the phone. The price was fair and they were able to handle to job quickly. They offered to come and install a new heater on Saturday for the original price that they quoted.(while most other places were closed or would charge a premium)The representative (Pat) showed up on time, was efficient with his work and respectful of my home. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up the area as well. I was also pleasantly surprised that I wasnt charged extra to change my exhaust to a 4 pipe which amounted to some extra work.I have a new Bradford White unit that is working well and looking for many good years with it.The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new water heater.

    From my phone call Macomb water heater was at my house within 45min. He was in and out in less then an hour. Installation was superb. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better company.     My hot water heater tanked (pun intended). I called around for replacement quotes (found this company through Home Depot), & Interstar had the best price & best customer service of them all, which gained my trust. They clearly detailed my options over the phone & were able to schedule a same-day service. What impressed me as well is that they didnt try to upsell me. They informed me that the lower priced heater & lower warranty were sufficient for my needs. The installer was courteous, clearly reviewed everything with me, & did a quick & thorough job. My family & I have used other companies in the past, but Interstar has won my business from here on out. Additionally, recently my furnace needed repairing, & they were able to recommend an amazing individual to complete the repair.

    Lets face it a leaking water heater is never a good time...but Macomb Water Heater made replacement a breeze. I called on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend and the gentlemen that answered was quick and efficient, and so nice. To my shock he gave me a price and said they could install my new water heater within a couple of hours. I was sure Id have to wait until Tuesday, or later. Chris showed up that afternoon and quickly and professionally got to work. Amazingly, it took less than two hours before he finished. He even removed an unneeded water line and patched the pipe.He gave us instructions on how to operate the new unit and some tips on things we were unaware of in our plumbing to look out for in the future. All around a great experience.

    Our old hot water tank started leaking late in the day. I called Macomb Water Heater at 5 pm and they answered, we talked over my options and a reasonable price. They sent their technician Chris to my house with a new tank in 40 minutes. Chris removed the old tank and installed the new one, including a ball valve to shut the water off. Chris was polite and worked hard to get the job done. He hauled away my old tank and cleaned any debris that was left behind. From the time I called to having usable hot water again was only about a 3 hour span. I highly recommend Macomb Water Heater, and Chris.

    The pilot thermocouple had gone bad on our 15-year-old water heater, so we ordered a replacement from sears direct. After a week with no hot water and no replacement thermocouple, we decided on a new hot water heater and called these guys and received a quick quote from a nice guy over the phone. Wecouldnt believe it but within an hour, the installer (Ivan) was over with a new hot water heater and had it installed in no time. Ivan was very polite, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, covered the carpet to the basement and also updated a section of the vent to meet current code all within the original quote given over the phone. Our thanks to Macomb Water Heater. We definitely recommend them.

    Absolutely phenomenal company! My 10+ year old water heater died the night before on a freezing cold night! I got connected with them through Home Depot. They quoted me and did a same day installation at light speed. Stan the installer was outstanding, he showed up soon after the call, installed a new water heater, and hauled the old one away. I got the Rheem 40gallon 6 year standard water heater. I am beyond happy, the water heater gets water very hot, and fast versus my old water heater. This company is outstanding. I called around a few other places, they wanted time and a fee to setup a quote, and then could not do same day installation, which was terrible in my case, due to the cold weather and needing a hot water tank immediately for my family. Interstar came in clutch for me and my familys hot water needs. Great service, and great price, and very professional.I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Stan, Mary, and Interstar team!

    We made the mistake of calling another company first, when our hot water tank took a dive on a Friday night. After that fiasco, my brother told us to call, Macomb Water Heater. Saturday morning at 7am we called (not realizing they open at 6am). We were told that the plumber would be there between 10am to 2pm. They asked us questions about the make and size of the existing tank, with all our choices of a replacement and gave us a price for what we chose. Ivan (the plumber) called us at 9:15am informing us he would be to our home within the next 15 minutes. We were so pleased to be getting this started early after being without hot water the night before. Ivan was amazingly fast and went though step by step how to relight the tank. He even changed out both the gas valve and a cheap old pin valve that was on the water access line for our humidifier that was a hazard. All this for the same quoted price and removal of the old tank. Mind you, this was all done on a same day, that was not considered an emergency (that other companies do) with extra fees. I have to say, we have found ourselves a plumbing company that has old time values and, understands that some things just cant wait til Monday or next week. Again, Thank you Ivan! We should have call Macomb Water Heater first, on Friday night.

    I filled out my contact information online late at night and received a phone call early the next day. Very nice over the phone and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. I asked for a later appointment because I was already at work. He called me when he was on his way, showed up when he said he was going to, did the work I was expecting and more. He even brought my system up to code without hesitation, brought in and hauled away old tank and cleaned up mess. Changed gas shut off, water shut off, water connection for humidifier, cut and sweated pipes. Hands down the best cold call based off of reviews I’ve ever made.5 ⭐️ recommend them to anyone in the future.

    I waited to add my review until after the city inspection was completed. The city inspector had positive comments to add about the work. Stan was the technician that did my installation of a new water heater. He was very polite and made the job look easier than it really was. I called got quotes from several places that installed the water heater that I wanted. Other companies will charge extra for getting up to code, adding drain pan and replacing shut off values. Macomb Water Heater made it easy with all in pricing and same day installation. I didnt have to worry about being charged extra when the job was completed.

    Our hot water heater went out and I called the plumber that has helped us in the past, but he was busy and not able to come out for a couple days. He recommended Macomb Water Heater. I called, and received a quote based on what we were replacing. Stan was here within an hour and a half of my original call. He did an excellent job. He had to update my exhaust vent, so there was a little extra work and he added a drip pan which I did not have in the past, but the final price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Stan was professional, answered all my questions and left the area very clean. He is an excellent representative of your company !

    Extremely disappointing customer service. My mom paid $250 to have the toilet snaked and was told it would fix the problem, a couple weeks later our toilet won’t flush yet again when every time we shower, we called the guy back to tell him and he wants to charge us again and told us we can leave it that way it’s just an inconvenience for us. Could not recommend a place less than this. Customer service is everything from a business and they clearly don’t care about their customers if this is how they respond.UPDATE: The guy reached out to my mom within minutes and somebody else from the company has spoken with her and she is getting a full refund. I’m amending the review to 5 stars because of the outstanding response. We really appreciate this. Thank you for showing you care.

    Excellent service, came out next day. Good communication over the phone and good communication and quick work from my technician Stan. My water heater broke and it was fixed within 24 hrs. They were even available to come same day as well. Stan also made several improvements over my previous water heater (new water valve, drip pan for leaks, easier to access controls and better gas line with shutoff). All of this for no extra charge and staying at the original quote. Highly recommend

    Very pleased with Interstar/Macomb Water Heater company. We discovered our water heater AND toilet in the basement were both leaking around 8:30 pm. We didnt expect a call back, but they called back that night and got us scheduled the next morning. Came prepared with a new water heater before they even knew what was wrong, so it was able to be replaced immediately. Issue was fixed within 16 hours of discovery, and we were sleeping for 8 of it! Very happy with fast services!Chris also fixed the leaky toilet as a bonus and explained what was causing it. I appreciated Chris being honest about our other options and how we could get it done for less by a handy man, but you never know what service you will get if there is an issue. Weve had MANY issues with other companies, and Macomb Water Heater price seemed well within range of average replacement costs, so we happily paid to go with this company for fast & reliable services!We had the new water heater installed & leaky toilet fixed over 2 months ago (March 2024), and have had zero issues with either item since that time.     My water heater sprang a leak on Sunday (Mothers Day) at noon, I called Macomb Water Heater at 2:40 pm, their installer Ivan shows up at 3:00pm and my new water heater is installed and running by 5pm. After a few questions, I received a quick verbal quote over the phone, and no matter what they had to do to get my water heater running, they stuck to their quote! Im absolutely astounded by this lighting fast response, the incredible care and consideration the phone service guy and the installer Ivan has for their customers. Ive dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years. Macomb Water Heater is hands down, without a doubt, the best Ive done business with.A huge thank you to Ivan, who showed up promptly, talked me through what needed to be done, and went straight to work. Ivan is incredibly polite, and extremely talented. He swapped out valves, relocated gas lines, and made everything perfect. This one man crew performed in just 2 hours what took the previous plumber 1/2 a day to do. Im putting Macomb Water Heater in my contact list on my phone and will call them for everything I need done going forward.I dont normally make reviews this over the top, but when you bump into exceptionally talented tradesmen like Ivan, you have to share it.     I called the company at 4:45pm on Thursday after finding out my ancient water heater was leaking. They were able to get me the first appointment of the day the next day! Despite a major snowstorm the contractor arrived at 9:35am (exactly as promised). He removed the old tank and replaced it as well as replaced some piping and added new gas and water shutoff valves and was done by 11:45! He walked me through how to relight the tank, what the different light patterns indicated, and made sure I knew where the owner manual was and who to call in case of emergency. The estimate I was quoted on the phone was the exact amount I was charged. Honestly I was totally blown away by the level of service and professionalism of this company! My parents are also in need of a new water heater and I made sure to refer them here. I HIGHLY recommend Interstar/Macomb Water Heater!!

    Do you have a house with a bunch of oddities? Call Chris. It’s the best thing you can do. He is beyond knowledgeable, sincere AND helpful.The first company we had out turned the job down because it was “too big for his company to take on.” We knew our 1996-suspended-from-the-ceiling water heater wasn’t going to be a quick fix but we obviously needed help. We reached out to several other plumbers who all turned the job down.In the midst of this Covid-19 lockdown Chris came out the Friday before Memorial Day. Got us connected with an electrician. CAME BACK. And the entire job was done in 1 day. Including sawing back the wooden shelf and part of what our washer/dryer sits on. AND everything is safely on the ground, up to code and no longer a looming threat. Although he says he’d never seen anything like it in all his years, he made it happen.

    We had an issue in the morning with our water heater that was going to quit at any day now (15 years old). I called Macomb Water Heater at 1pm, Ivan was recommending a replacement based on how old the heater was. I asked if they could check out mine before proceeding and I was okay paying the diagnostic fee, fee was waived after having to install a new one.Chris showed up to our house within an hour of initial contact and he spent 45 minutes trying to get it to diagnose the problem. After multiple attempts of cleaning & diagnosing he recommended to install a new one. I was already given a quote over the phone by Ivan and it was the same quote without any surprises by Chris. He installed a brand new Rheem water heater by 4:30pm that he had readily available on the truck.Overall, Chris & Ivan were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Chris completed the install in a very timely & clean fashion without any issues. He also walked me through how to use the new heater and if I had any issues to call and he would be back. Without trying to sell me a product they took their time diagnosing our current heater first, which I felt very comfortable with. I will definitely contact them in the future for any other replacements/repairs.Thank you again Chris & Ivan!

    I have had two great experiences with this company—the first was a fast, reasonably priced installation of a new water heater and now recently, a prompt response to fix a leak that I thought was related to the installation but it was not. They provided same day, weekend service.     Beyond impressed. The quality of work and service was way beyond my expectations. Chris came and replaced our hotwater heater less than 24 hrs of it dying.     Cant say enough good things... I was pretty sure that my old water heater of 17 years had failed last night, after having a chilly shower. John responded to my message within 5 minutes last evening and Chris had a new unit installed by lunchtime today. Chris was extraordinarily nice and took the time to explain the difference in new units, how to operate and maintain my new system. Michelle could not have been nicer on the phone to ensure that help was on the way. These folks call back quickly, advise when they are coming, worked incredibly quickly and efficiently....and left barely a trace that they were even here when they left. Went with a Bradford White unit in hopes of longevity, durability and USA quality. Chris noticed some venting from the previous install that he didnt like and quickly updated parts and routing to work better and more safely. Prices were very reasonable and included absolutely everything needed to get the old unit out and the new unit in. - all trash and haulaway included. I couldnt have been more pleased. These guys definitely deserve their stellar rating!

    I phoned Macomb Water Heater when my water heater started leaking because the business I previously used was booked up for the next two weeks. Macomb Water Heaters phone staff was knowledgeable and quoted a fair price for replacing my water heater. They would have sent out a technician to replace my tank the same day, but accommodated my request for an appointment on my day off. On the day of service, I received a phone call 45 minutes before the technician arrived and another call 15 minutes before arrival.     I contacted Macomb Water Heater on Wednesday about replacing my hot water heater. I was able to obtain an immediate quote over the phone from John. Although he told me he could have someone out the same day, I set up the time for Thursday. I received a call on Thursday morning saying the installer was arriving in 25 minutes. Sure enough Chris arrived right at that time. Chris was very professional. He came in to check out the area for the new tank. He told me he would be there about 2 hours and he would have it all completed with the new tank connected. Chris finished up in the 2 hours and went over all the operational functions of the tank from re-lighting the pilot as well as adjusting the temp if needed.     Our water heater stopped working on a Friday & most plumbing companies are not available on the weekend. I found this place & reading the reviews decided to call them. I spoke with Alex who was very polite & knowledgeable. He assured me they could get the job done that day & informed me of the price which seemed reasonable. He assured me that Chris would be able to install our water heater the same day. (Sat) Chris arrived at our home & was very polite, professional & considerate & wearing a mask. He looked at the space he had to work with & said he could get the job done in about two hours. True to his word, he completed the job very efficiently! This was not an easy task, we have a tri-level home & the space for the water heater was tight.     Very impressed how quickly and professional the technician Stan was. He replaced my bad hot water tank, drained and disconnected the old tank then hauled it to the Home Depot where I needed to do a warranty replacement. He even went and got the new tank in the store and brought it up to the service counter where I doing the warranty replacement at to speed the process up.     This morning we had no hot water so we didnt really have time to start shopping around. I found Macomb Water Heater through Google. They said same-day installation so I called. Glad I did. The person that answered the phone seemed a little impatient and I wasnt very impressed but I went ahead and set up getting a new water tank anyhow.I was very impressed with the service and the technician. I made my first call about 10 a.m., by 12:30 Chris was here to install the new water tank. By 2 pm we had hot water.Chris was super friendly and personable and did a very thorough job, my husband was downstairs watching some of it and said he was a very good worker. Chris wanted us to come downstairs so he could explain everything to us which I thought was really nice and he did explain everything.I guess the price was reasonable, since I didnt do any comparison I really dont know.     I was so impressed with how professional Stan was and the folks that I spoke with on the phone. Stan clearly knew what he was doing and did nothing short of a perfect job.     When my water heater died I took my time & got a few different estimates. Macomb Water Heater was the lowest by almost $300. They gave me an instant estimate through the chat option on their website (super fast & easy) & assured me it was an out-the-door price. When I scheduled the install, Chris arrived exactly when he said he would. He put in the new water heater, changed 2 shutoff valves & replaced the venting all in about 2 hours. Nothing extra was charged for the valves & vents. Some places will nickel & dime you for every additional issue they encounter. Chris patiently answered all of (my many) questions & hauled away the old heater & all the packaging when he was done. This place really has it together. I woke up to no hot water on the first day I could take a shower after surgery 5 days ago as well as the day before Thanksgiving. I found this company and have honestly never seen so many 5 star reviews, so I read many of them, then called. It was very early, yet they called me back in minutes. They were in my door within 2 hours and had a new tank installed in 90 minutes. Paul was extremely professional, knowledgeable, listened to questions carefully, and proceeded to install effortlessly.     From the moment contact was made the experience was great! Last night I noticed my water heater was leaking from the bottom, after doing some searching online I came across Macomb Water Heaters information & naturally started reading the reviews (as Im sure we all do!). They had great reviews from customers so I decided to send a quick inquiry via text then my boyfriend did a follow up call a few minutes later (we wanted to get a quote & as much information before all places were closed for the evening).John picked up immediately so we advised what our dilemma was along with what size tank I was looking for (I wanted to upgrade from a 40 Gallon to a 50 Gallon). He cut right to the chase & listed what services they would provide, the brand of water heater they would use (which another company didnt disclose to me until I called them back to ask), warranty timeframes, & the cost of it all. I requested a text be sent with all of the information he stated, which was received in less than 5 minutes after our call had ended.I will say the cost he had given was different from what was listed on their website. John did explain what the difference between the two was... The listed price on website (at the time) was for an electric water heater so it was cheaper than the quote he had given me for my gas unit due to less labor & the actual tanks are cheaper because there arent as many mechanical features on them (gas piping, etc...). I did however notice their website had been updated this morning after we pointed out the gas prices werent listed - Great job with the fast update!I scheduled an appointment with John & specifically requested Chris or Stan as I read numerous reviews & their names kept coming up as being the technicians most reviews were in reference to. John confirmed via text that Chris would be out to my home anywhere from 9-11. It was a very simple process. John & I had communications regarding random questions I had (as this is my first time having to get the water heater replaced), until Chris arrived.Chris was very nice, professional, courteous, & did a great job explaining a lot to me! I had questions that came to mind while he was replacing the unit & he answered them with no hesitation. He didnt make me feel unintelligent about anything I asked, sometimes people may speak down to someone or make them feel dumb about asking certain things but he did not do that at all. He was absolutely great in all aspects! Chris seemed to actually care about what he was doing & took the time to explain what things to watch out for & how to troubleshoot if something goes wrong.I would highly recommend Macomb Water Heater to anyone who is looking for a fast response to their inquiries or to someone who needs to get a problem fixed fast!     Amazingly quick response on our non working hot water heater issue. I called early morning, spoke with John who was so nice, and by 12:30 that day Chris was here to install a new hot water heater with Nick, his assistant.     My water heater had a very slow leak so I called for a quote on a new one. Within a couple minutes I had a firm out the door price quote, everything included. The installer was at my door within an hour and a half. His name was Chris and he did an excellent job. I wanted to learn a little bit about how water heaters are installed so Chris explained a few things as he was working to expand my DIY knowledge. Job was done in 1.5 to 2 hours.     About to go to bed at midnight at the end of Christmas Day, and heard an alarm from the basement. It was our water sensor alarm on the ground telling me there was water on the floor. Ran downstairs and found our floor covered in water. Our Hot Water tank decided to die. Not the type of Christmas Gift I wanted for ourselves. But our unit was 14 years old, and about 12-15 years is average for these.So this morning, I started calling around to companies. Most were observing Christmas Day today (26th) since Christmas fell on a Sunday this year, and Tuesday would be the earliest they could come (some didnt even answer their phone). Got a hold of Macomb Water Heater (Interstar, Inc) and they said not only were they available today, they had my exact water heater on hand and could be out this afternoon. And their price was right in line with everyone elses (no extra charge for emergency service, since most places considered today a holiday). After having hernia surgery last week, I knew there was no way I was installing a new tank myself, so by 11am, I decided to have them come out.Was told they would come between 12pm-1pm, and I would receive a call with the exact time 20 mins before they arrived. I received a call at 12:10, saying the technician would be at my house at 12:30pm. Stan, the technician they sent, literally pulled into my driveway at 12:30pm on the dot. Within an hour, he had my old water tank removed, and the new one in place and hooked up (being that I was replacing the old Bradford White unit with an exact, yet updated, newer model, everything was already plumbed and mostly in place, which made things easier).Since my unit was a power vented kind, he noticed that the PVC piping that exhausted the unit to the outside was no longer in code (changed a few years ago). He informed me that this would have to be replaced. I was expecting to get charged extra for this, but no, he said it was all included in their out the door pricing, even if it meant there was extra unexpected parts/work. One of his associates showed up with the new piping needed and dropped it off to him.Stan proceeded to remove the old piping and install the new piping, all the way to the exterior of the house. Within another hour, he had removed the old piping (needed to be cut out), replaced and sealed the new piping, and had the entire system up and running! After showing me everything he did, making sure I understood the new unit, and asking me if I had any questions, he proceeded to clean up and left a little after 3pm. By 4pm, we had hot water again! The whole time, Stan was very courteous and answered all my questions.Very glad I decided to go with Macomb Water Heater (Interstar, Inc) and glad Stan was our Technician. Thank you for everything!

    Needing a new water heater, (after DTE had been out 3 times in one week because the water heater couldnt stay on), I contacted Macomb Water Heater on a Saturday evening, around 6 pm...to my surprise someone answered the phone. I had just finished talking with the company that represents Home Depot...that company wanted approx $2000 for the install. Macomb Water Heater not only quoted me a price $700 less, but they scheduled me the next day, on a Sunday. That was exceptional. The technician, Chris, arrived promptly and went about his business in the most professional way. My bill was exactly what I was quoted and Chris went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction.Three weeks later, I received at letter from their office, thanking me and listing the other services they offered. I was having difficulty positioning the dryer in my small laundry room due to the position of the gas valve. I also wanted to attach a more efficient vent connecting the dryer to the vent. I called on Thursday and requested an appointment for Saturday. One other plus about this company.. the window in which you need to be available is very reasonable, no four or five hour windows. at least that has been my experience. I was told my technician would arrive between 9am and 10 am. Sure enough...he arrived within the promised time. It was nice to see the same person that had installed my water heater, Chris. He had a great solution for the needed modification. The work was completed to my satisfaction at a fair price. Kudos again to MWH and Chris...definitely my go-to company.

    Called for water heater replacement around 3:00 and by 5:00 the job was completed and I had hot water. This company is awesome and Chris is fantastic.     Sunday, January 13, 2019. If I could give them 10 🌟 I would! I called them at 10:30 Sunday morning and explained to them that my mother in law’s water heater exploded. By 2:30 Sunday afternoon the old water heater was removed, the new one was installed and there was hot water. I can’t begin to describe the great experience that I had with Ivan the installer.     My Technician was Chris. He arrived promptly after notifying me of his impending arrival. He was very professional and immediately assessed all aspects of the intended installation, that being a water heater and chimney liner both purchased from Macomb Water Heater with installation included. He summarized what he was going to do and kept me informed of his progress as the work proceeded. He wasted no time while he was here. He was clearly knowledgeable and skilled.     Called these guys Monday morning to replace a water heater, and they were here and done by that afternoon. When I told them what I needed I was expecting them to say, “How does Thursday work?”. Instead, no waiting or doing without hot water for few days. All the people were cordial, from the fellow on the phone to the technician, Chris. I might add, another bid I got was $350.00 more. Highly recommend.

    Called them for water heater replacement last Saturday morning. They came out same day with in a couple hours and installed it.They gave me the best price compared to DTE contractors, home depot, and Lowes. This company sent an experienced installer who completed the work, cleaned the place and made sure every thing was according to city code. Awesome work.     My hot water heater went out yesterday and I’m back up and running tonight! I googled hot water heater and they were the first ones to pop up. They were able to accommodate my work schedule so I didn’t really have to take any time off for service. Chris was extremely professional and expedient. He even cleaned up the floor and updated all the connections for me. I’m hoping my review will also help anyone looking to ease any worries about having them do this work for you.     Thank you Macomb Water Heater!! I just started looking at companies to replace our 25 year old unit. Not an urgent situation, but wanted it replaced. I read lots of reviews on most purchases, especially the larger ticket items so that brings me here. Close to 500 5-star reviews, lots of them mention Chris by name. I gave them a call (3:30pm), expecting someone possibly in a week. They tell me they can be out today between 4:30 and 6:30 with a courtesy call 30 min out. Thats exactly what I got!! Arrived at 5:15 and was complete by 6:30. They did exactly what was explained and my technician Chris was fantastic as well!! Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient!! I will definitely be in contact for any future needs. Thanks again!!

    This was a awesome experience. We had a new 50 gallon water tank and back up sump pump. Both prices were very very reasonable. Paul, our Technician, was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Explained everything and offered to follow up in a week to check back. They worked around our work schedule also.     My water heater stopped working. I called Macomb Water Heater and they were at my home within 90 minutes and ready to install a new one.     Thank you Macomb Water Heater and technician Chris for taking care of replacing our water heater the same day!! I called at 11:30, and Chris arrived at 1pm! Had they not been so responsive, I would have had extensive water damage in my finished basement, but they were able to come so quick that NOTHING was damaged from the water leaking (from our broken water heater). Chris replaced our water heater in 2 hours and he even went out of his way and replaced old valves/pipes (which was not part of the original estimate), and did not change the original quote at all. He then took the time to explain how the water heater works and how to light the pilot and how to troubleshoot/who to call if there’s an issue with any of the labor or parts. AND when going over the paperwork to finish the water heater replacement, I mentioned an issue I have been having with leaking under my kitchen sink and Chris repaired to to where it’s no longer leaking! Chris was very professional and would definitely refer Macomb Water Heater to anyone looking to get a repair/replacement water heater!     Paul did a terrific job of replacing my water heater in our place. Very courteous and absolutely thorough in his job. He did the entire job in less than 2 hours and also took time to clean the area after work was done. I would highly recommend paul for any plumbing and water heater related work.

    Ive had to turn off my mains water supply for the past 4 days due to a broken outside water spigot. Ive called several plumbing companies but all failed to show up or were just plain rude. I contacted Macomb Water Heater this morning and was pleasantly surprised when I was told a technician will come to check it out in a few hours. Chris showed up at the agreed time and quickly fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. The front office was excellent too. You just got yourself a customer for life.

    Excellent customer service from the initial request for a quote through Home Depot.John Called and quoted me over the phone.He asked a couple simple questionsWhen I told him I had a Rheem water heater he asked how old it was and said there was more than likely still a warranty on ItThe installer cant remember his name came out the same day and was done in 2 hours.The installer called Rheem and took care of the warranty claim. We walked into Home Depot to get the new hot water heater and he took care of the warranty part of it. saving me a good amount one cost the new hot water heaterif it wasnt for John I would not have thought about the old one being under warrantyThank you for outstanding honest professional service.

    Called Interstar and was immediately given a Price and installation time. With-in an hour Chris showed up and reviewed the job with me. Chris told me all that he was going to do and how long it would take (2hrs). Chris finished with 20 minutes to spare, and everything cleaned up along with the old water heater taken away.     Amazing service.The company was quick and very efficient. I first went to Home depot and the girl was trying to over charge me on a plain water heater $1550-1700 and they were four days out. I made a call to Macomb Water Heater and in a few hour i had a brand new tank Installed by one guy...Wow It took him two hours by his self. Thank you Patt for the Fantastic job you did.     Macomb Water heater team was quick and within 24 hrs they had the job completed .. Paul did a clean and professional job replacing the water heater and explained how the unit works.I will update this review in case if there are any issues after a week or two to ensure there are no leaks or problems.
