We suddenly ran out of hot water, and our water heater’s repairs were way outside of our expertise. We called Sigma Pro Thursday night and Friday early afternoon Paul showed up to help us. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed immediately and for a fair price! I would absolutely call Sigma again, and you should too if you want a trustworthy, diligent plumber to help you.Edit: I should add that he, himself ran to the store to get our new water heater. Before picking it up, he checked to confirm we wanted that one. He then brought it back for us and quickly installed it. All in all, Paul made this whole, worrisome thing a stress-free experience! We all know this kind of thing can be anything but :)

By far the best plumber and at the best price with out a doubt. Paul is an honest and hard working man who is very professional and kind. During an emergency situation late in the night Paul not only answered his phone but walked us through how to contain the problem for the time being (water heater exploded from the bottom causing a flood in the basement). He came in the following day and within an hour or two he replaced the old broken water boiler and installed a brand new one. I would and will continue to highly recommend going to him for any plumbing needs.

Sigma Pro is the only plumber I will ever use. The owner came to my house at 6:30 to help me with my leaking shower head. After the Delta faucet failed to send me the correct parts, he drove to Home Depot to get the correct part. My shower head no longer leaks. On top of all this he just recently had a dislocated shoulder and isnt fully back to work, but he came and helped me. Honestly best service I have ever received. Customer for life.

I recently had a garbage disposal that started leaking from the bottom seals so needed a quick replacement and Sigma Pro with Paul did a fantastic job getting it replaced for me! I bought my own replacement unit and Paul came out same day, which is not always the case when needing a plumbing job done these days. Not only did he come out within a few hours of contacting him but he only charged me $90 for labor and was in and out within 30 minutes!! Most other companies wanted at least $200 for labor so I was extremely satisfied with Sigma Pro!! Im telling you, call Paul first and you will see his reasonable cost with beat anything out there!!

I called Paul and he arrived at my home in less than an hour - we discussed the different options in water heaters, determined a course of action, and negotiated a total price. Paul was able to come the very next morning (he even offered to come that first day but I wasnt available), he arrived on time after texting me he was on his way. The work of replacing the water heater was done in a couple hours, including a new water shutoff valve and some new exhaust tubing routing. The work area was cleaned up and the old water heater taken away. All in all a very good experience; quality work at a fair price done in a very timely manner.

Also, needing one, I called Sigma Pro and spoke with Paul, who came out to my house, inspected the job, and suggested several different ways to complete the job. The job was completed with total professionalism.Later I needed to replace the inner working on my toilets (3) as they became hard to flush.
