Im a repeat customer with Dadz Electrical Services. They have fixed some ungrounded outlets in my home and replaced many light fixtures. The electricians are friendly and take time to explain any of the weird things they find (its an old house.) I definitely recommend Dadz Electric. They did a full house rewire at my place (which had knob and tube original to the structure) and they did an excellent job. The guys were all friendly and professional, they were mindful about my cats and were careful to keep outside doors closed, they were communicative with me and clearly had a good report with each other.Matt was also the only person who provided a reasonable estimate. The other two companies gave me estimates that were as high as two and a half times what the work should cost. And I appreciate that Dadz Electric was honest about the cost when the other companies were not.I highly recommend them.

Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering our request for an industrial panel (QO) instead of one typically used in home installations (Homeline). During the planning phase, they communicated clearly and promptly via phone/text, always ensuring we understood the process. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time and worked with us to plan the installation locations of the new ground rod, ground wires, and connector locations. The team kept us informed throughout the project, explaining what they were doing and why.Their workmanship was impeccable—both in terms of panel wiring cleanliness and cleanup after the job was complete. We are currently renovating our home and a new electrical panel upgrade was at the top of our list. After multiple quotes and rescheduling with a handful of companies, we decided to search locally. Being new to the Edmonds area we didn’t know where to start looking. Dadz electric caught our attention with such amazing reviews so we decided to give them a call. Mo had responded quickly and professionally and was out to give us a estimate the same day we called and came in under every quote we were given before hand. A date was set for the service and panel upgrade to 200 amps, but due to wind storms PUD had to push the date out to do the power disconnect and Mo had callled right away to let us know of the new date. Fast forward to today the crew showed up early and was ready to work. They were all professional, quick and efficient. we had a new a panel and the power back on an hour after our kids got out of school. We would highly recommend dadz electric to family, friends and anyone in search of great electricians. We will use them again soon.

We cant recommend Dadz highly enough! Matt, Mo, and their team led by Tyler did a phenomenal job re-wiring our house and upgrading the panel and service to 200V! We had asked four different companies for quotes. Dadz electric immediately impressed us with their level of knowledge, professional rigour, and transparent communication style. Throughout the process, they worked fast and with precision, maintained excellent communication with us, stayed organised, and made sure to keep things clean. They helped us think through how to modernize and update the electrical features of our home, both for our current needs and some specific near-future plans. For example, they worked with us to design a subpanel that enables installing heatpump, electric charger, and appliances in the basement later on. They also anticipated and discussed potential blockers that we might encounter with some of our requests and mapped out solutions/alternatives with the pros and cons, and gave us solid advice on light/switch/outlet placements. A few times, we changed our minds after the fact, they didn’t hesitate to re-do some completed work and added extra canned lights at no extra cost. Throughout the process, they went above-and-beyond to work with our schedule and our needs within the house, to make this sizable project as non-disruptive as possible. Couldn’t be happier with their work and very high-end service! We recommend this company to all our friends and co-workers.

After reviewing bids from several contractors, we chose Dadz for our project which was to upgrade our old ~100A underground service and panel to a 200A service and panel along with installing a level 2 EV car charger, recessed lighting, and a few outlets. Dadz was quick to respond, professional, detailed and fairly priced. They recommended options that made more sense for our space (less disruption and cost, better layouts etc.) than other contractors. Everything installed works great the first time. When they did the work it was generally high quality (even the city inspector said so!). They would get 5 stars if the work were done with a bit more attention to detail. For example there were a few minor issues we had to remind them about in order to have the work done the way we had agreed. The trench work for the new service line left a giant mess on our lawn which could have been avoided by laying down tarp or cardboard in advance. Overall though, I highly recommend Dadz - when issues came up they fixed them right away and were great to work with (while others wed still be waiting to even phone us back) - you just may want to stay involved in the work to make sure it goes the way you want it to. Theyll listen to you.

We had an issue during heat up on our new hot tub where the 20amp circuit was tripping during initial heat-up. I spoke to Mo, and he had one of his electricians come out to double check on the service to ensure they didnt miss anything, doing a complete sanity check on the new line. Come to find out there was a potential issue with the heater controller board in the hot tub which is being resolved by the manufacturer. Their quote was competitive and they were willing to work the schedule to accommodate the tenants.

Storm pulled cable from power pole. 24 hours later when power company arrived they said they couldnt restore power until electrician checked the conduit fitting to the house. He considered power outage important and said he would find a way to help me out that same day. Theyve been to my home twice; the first time they installed additional electrical outlets, a ceiling fan on a tall 14 foot angled ceiling as well as additional ceiling fan brackets for future ceiling fans. The second time they installed 6 photocell security lights for the perimeter of my home and three more electrical outlets. Matt and Mo are great. They are extremely personable and communicate well through the whole process. They installed 25 or so can lights, decor switches and outlets during my home renovation. I purchased a 1976 home and did a rejuvenation remodel. I had them go through the whole house and update a lot of dangerous wiring, junction boxes and my breaker box. I have two kids and I feel a lot safer knowing everything has been checked and updated. Not only were they reasonable but they explained everything upfront. I would trust these guys with any job.

They determined within about 15 minutes that the problem was actually the hot tub and not the connection. Even though they made the trip out they decided not to charge me for their service. Mo is fantastic! We had 5 canned lights installed in our living room. From the beginning of the inquiry process until he completed the project, he was attentive in listening to what we wanted and executed seamlessly. We had an existing light fixture which we wanted replaced with canned light. However, when we cut the hole we ran into an issue where the can didn’t fit due to existing duct work. He took the time to come up plan B which alleviated us having to cut extra unnecessary holes. At the end he even helped us start the patching processing of the hole initially created when running into the duct work. He communicated along the way. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!
