In May 2023 my old gas furnace stopped blowing warm air. Kevin was able to come out same day and assess the problem and provide recommendations to remedy the situation. Friendly, professional and answered my questions.I decided last to have CM Heating replace my old gas furnace with a new dual system (heat pump and gas furnace) which provides heating and cooling. Steven truly went above and beyond in helping me determine what system to choose that would meet my needs. He explained everything really well. I asked so so many questions and he patiently answered them all. Truly amazing customer service from Steven! I wish all customer service interactions in life went that well. I felt he truly wanted to assist and answer my questions, but I never felt pressure to make a decision until I was ready. I appreciate that since it is a large investment. I wanted to feel confident in my decisions regarding a large investment in my home. Steven’s approach felt like a team approach between the two of us to solve my heating issue.I needed a full new electrical panel upgrade and new service drop to my house as well. Everything from start to finish was coordinated by CM Heating and communicated well to me each step. There were multiple appointments and work to be done as well as coordination with PSE, permitting and city inspections. They did it all extremely well and made it easy for me. Hunter and his installation team did a great job and the electrical team did great too!I waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to live with my new heating and cooling system for a while and see how I liked it. I can say that I love it! I’ve now been through a significant hot weather part of last summer and through the super cold arctic air temps in January 2024. The system has performed flawlessly. I am comfortable in my home. I was so thankful my new system got me through the cold week! From the initial call to schedule the consultation to the installation and post-installation follow-up, the team from CM Heating made everything seem seamless and stress-free. Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the right system for our home and needs. The installation crew was amazing throughout the installation. They arrived on time, answered any and all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on and how my new system works. Luke was very professional and very thorough in his work. He spend a good amount of time checking the electric heater that we have and was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it (replacement of a low-voltage fuse). He was great at providing us with suggestions for better operation of the heater and went beyond our expectations. I have used the services of 3 major service providers in the region for my heater needs, and Id say CM Heating has been the best service so far.

Prices were quite fair for the installation (after a bit of negotiating), and the system installation was very professional. However what impressed me even more was the follow-up customer service. The unit I got had some operational issues (problems with DAIKIN, not the installation itself) and the cooling was somewhat unreliable. Despite my complains being relatively minor, they sent out repair people three times and replaced parts until it was working flawlessly. All at no charge! I was very impressed with the service and warranty and will definitely use CM heating for future work!

The teams at CM Heating are responsive, informed and top notch professionals, from the request for information contact on their website to the last contact with Tim for drywall repair.Sam and the install crew for the ductless heat pump were especially helpful. I’m not good with spatial relations and Sam took the time to physically hold up the unit and let me look at it from all directions so I could make up my mind. He also took time to explain they whys; such as codes, proper installation, where the heat would flow from the location etc.Sam is not only an excellent technician, but has great people skills. I can say the same for all the teams that were involved with this project; E-mail, phone, scheduling, electrical panel installation, ductless heat pump installation, and drywall repair. My hats off to the schedulers/coordinators who managed to keep it all flowing smoothly for a seamless process.This was a positive experience. The ductless heat pump heats, cools, and dehumidifies, which has made the climate in my home more comfortable.

CM Heating was great. I reached out via their website and heard back from them via email within a few hours. They asked me a few questions to make sure the correct service type was scheduled and then confirmed the date of appointment. As they promised, the technician reached out about 30 minutes prior to arrival and was almost exactly on time. He was efficient with his time and communicated clearly what he did and any recommendations he had for my system. Also helped me install a C-wire for me new thermostat. All done in a timely manner and was very professional while in the home. Will definitely be using CM heating for routine maintenance in the future and would recommend to others.

Cant believe I could have my issue furnace diagnostic and replaced in 2 days without excellent service I received from Alex Mills who is very experienced to troubleshoot my furnace and figure out furnace problems very quickly, he is very nice and efficient to provided me options, suggestions and helped me to schedule appointment with sales consultant Jay Milo who is also very nice and professional to explain everything to me and help me to choose the right furnace for my house, especially care about customers concerns and try to help to resolve, he is also very efficient to get everything settled to schedule next day installation. And today I had Logan Knollmeyer and Saul Benitez from installation team installed the new furnace for me. They are also very nice and professional to get everything done only in 4.5 hours which is amazing. I want to thank you all to help me to complete the whole project just in 2 days which is much beyond my expectation in this cold, high demand season. Much appreciated!

We have been reaching out to HVAC companies for bids for AC install. CM Heating was the third company weve dealt with and, by far, the most professional. Pricing was right in the middle, but no other company could come close on the level of engagement and the sheer number of guarantees offered by CM. In addition, Jeremiah and Sean were extremely knowledgeable and spent the extra time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. I truly appreciate the personal touch as well - coming to the house and taking the time to ensure that we were getting an estimate for the right kind of system based on our needs. Professional, knowledgeable and personal - at the right price. I really couldnt ask for more. The install is scheduled only a few weeks out as well, which I was super impressed by given supply chain issues. The other companies weve talked to were all several months out. No service performed yet - but so far I am very impressed with CM Heating.

From start to finish, the experience was great! We were recommended CM Heating by a coworker, and were very pleased with the results!CM Heating agent Sam Mitchell did our original estimate, and walked us through a variety of different options and tradeoffs. He was respectful of Covid protocols, and let us grab some photos inside the house rather than going in.We went with a new heat pump, a furnace replacement, and a new thermostat. The installation was scheduled quickly and on the day of installation Michael Mackenzie and his team of installers arrived right within their 1-hour window, with a 30 minute warning call to us. The installation itself was very clean - they ended up not needing to run new wiring, and eliminated that charge off our costs. They implored the installation 2 hours earlier than the estimate, and gave us a run-through of all the systems.Overall we were very happy with our experience. The only complaint we had is that we would have loved CM’s contacts to be a bit more immediately knowledgeable around options for dealing with wildfire smoke - Thankfully they were eventually able to answer questions here, but with wildfire season a growing issue, it would have been great for them to have answers on hand!Once again, it was a great experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

The prices were very reasonable, I had 4 estimates done, while CM isnt the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), they more than made up for it in value of maintenance and warranty schedules. Ill probably go with CM again when I need to replace my hot water tank in the future.

Came back from a month of traveling, to find that the drain tube from the air conditioning had plugged, and left a pond in my basement. Justin came out, confirmed my diagnosis, but had difficulty accessing the pan because the previous owner had built the furnace in to a very small space. He figured out a way to remove the old tube clear out the blockage and put in a new clear accessible trap so I dont have that problem in the future. He also diagnosed a capacitor on the fan that was about to fail and replaced that at the same time. He also checked out the outdoor fan unit capacitors and the rest of the furnace as well. Was very professional, thorough and friendly. He was also very upfront about the prices and my options which I appreciated. Furnace and AC repair is always expensive and he tried to make it as easy as possible. Very happy with the service.

I was impressed with her thoroughness. When my research is complete and I am ready to move forward with installation of a new heat pump, CM will most likely be my top choice.

After researching options for a new furnace and air conditioner I chose CM HEATING. It was installed in October with highly rated American Standard equipment. It is unusual for the Seattle area to have temperatures drop into the low teens like it has this week which caused the furnace to shut down because of a possible frozen drain line. I called them at 8:30 and the arrived at my house an hour later. They were able to find and solved the blockage and add more insulation to prevent it happening again. Unbelivable professionalism and responce time. Highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.
