Orival completed a number of projects for me as I was preparing to sell my condo in Charlestown. From removing a light fixture, to patch/painting a hole in the ceiling, installing new tile in our mud room, and completing several repairs on my deck including a full stain. Everything was delivered on time, within budget, and was high quality. Stephan is super responsive, knowledgeable, and honest making him a terrific contractor to work with. I would highly recommend Orival to anyone who is need of a contractor.

Stephan and team were incredible with a stacked washer & dryer installation yesterday. Home Depot installation team left me high and dry without an installed washer/dryer. Stephan was responsive, helped secure the missing part and did the install all on the same day. Honestly, he is a lifesaver. Thank you Stephan!

Orival Property Services did an amazingly thorough job of installing new kitchen appliances in my condo after Home Depot did a bait-and-switch on appliance installation services. Couldn’t recommend Orival enough! Stephan and his team did such a thorough job at our home. As new home owners, we had many odds and ends that needed to be fixed (and even redone). They not only completed everything, but helped answer our questions and figure out next steps for larger projects. They patched drywall and installed a utility door for our wash and dryer, cleaned up our ceiling HVAC vents (they were hacked in poorly), completely reframed and installed our basement door (with trim and connecting concrete floor), and removed our junk from moving. Stephan is a true handyman; so if you’re not sure who or where to call for a job-just call Orival. Reasonable price and a pleasure to work with! We’ll be using them from now on in our home.

Stephan and his team were extremely professional. We had some flood damage from recent storms and needed to repair flood cuts and do some paint touch ups. Stephans team did both!!They installed dry wall, painted, filled cracks, built trim and molding, and filled/sanded holes in the wall (then covered them with paint.)Overall they got the job done in a timely way, and were extremely flexible. They also charged a very reasonable price.Super pleased and would definitely hire again.
