Moises repaired a deck that really needed it. They were on time, worked hard, kept us informed of a few problems that needed to be addressed. He explained everything and it looks beautiful. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. I will definitely be using him again.

Moises and his crew redid our front steps and deck (new decking and railings). The construction is solid and precise. The work was done very quickly, and Moises handled all logistics seamlessly. Moises set expectations clearly regarding the cost of materials and the potential for discovering additional issues with the deck under the old decking. The team found that the posts and stairs on the deck needed to be replaced, as the wood had clearly rotted, which was not a surprise. Moises made sure that I understood the issue and handled it for a very reasonable price. The crew did a great job cleaning up and it was like they were never there.Overall it was a great, effortless experience for us, and it deck and front steps now look better than we could have hoped.

I first watched Moises’s work on the house behind mine. His crew was fast and precise while replacing rotten windowsills, siding, roof face boards, etc. The crew also was quick and clean while painting. This is exactly what I needed for my house, so I went over to the work site and asked for a quote. The quote was fair and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a month or so. The work he and his crew did on our house matched what I had seen on the neighbor’s house. The rot on my house turned out to be more than initially covered in the quote, but again Moises was fair on the charge for the over run.Overall, the experience and results were very satisfactory. I will be recommending Moises to friends and family.

Installed a 14 x 15 deck for us in two days. Came earlier than originally agreed time since we had landscapers coming. Removed old and replaced with a beautiful composite deck. Very hard working team of professionals showed up on time and did exactly as requested. Quality work at a reasonable price, no short cuts. Did extra work for us by building two full length 14 steps on each side. Very happy with the work Moises and his team did for us. Would definitely recommend them to others. Will post more photos when the yard is completed.

We hired Moises and team to replace our high maintenance deck with low maintenance materials. We had an initial consultation to talk price and materials. He said he would start on XX date.He started on that date. He said it would take 4 days. It took 4 days. He made a few recommendations along the way that we would never have considered otherwise. The project came out better than we could have hoped for. I even added two small additions which his team was happy to accommodate for a reasonable price. Honestly, it felt more like working with a trusted friend than someone I never met before. I will use his team again very soon.

Exceptional workmanship. Homeowners usually have some anxiety when working with contractors. None of that needed here! Prompt and ready to go with his crew the day the work was scheduled to handle some dry rot on some exterior parts of the home. As soon as the wood came off, the problem was clearly more extensive (see the pics below for the nasty before and clean-and-painted finished after). Moises showed me the issue and made specific recommendations as to remediation. Since this was out of the scope of the initial project, he was clear in detailing materials and time that it would take. Since I like things done once, correctly, I agreed with his assessments and necessary corrections. We ended up having to remove far more of the damp and rotted wood than we thought, replacing insulation, covering it with new and treated wood, and Tyvek wrapping it before putting in fresh siding. Im glad we did the full work necessary and that didnt just cover over the problem. Did it cost a little more? Yes, and well worth every penny of it to get it done right the first time and protect the home from future problems. Job was finished on time and the place was spotless when they left. Not only do I recommend hiring him, but I fully intend to bring him back for some other work I need done. Again, exceptional workmanship.
