We could not be happier with the entire experience working with Moises and his team on our basement renovation project. We ran into issues with our old contractor who left the job incomplete and we were in need of a new contractor who would be able to finish the job and Moises did not disappoint. Moises came right out to give us a quote and was able to start as soon as we were ready. Him and his team were incredible and super knowledgeable. They helped place every order for the materials needed from floor, stairs, paint, doors and tiles. Moises answered every question I had and would make reasonable recommendations for any idea I threw at him. He was very responsive and answered texts right away, kept us informed on the status of the project. Our basement looks and feels like a brand new home and we really couldn’t be happier. We HIGHLY recommend using M&L Carpentry.

Moises and his team were amazing! Our back deck started to appear unsafe. I researched immediately and found M & L Carpentry. I emailed Moises and he responded quickly to me email to set up a time for an estimate that week. He was here on time, quickly assessed and gave great insight into what would be best for me. A week later he was here and got the job done in one day with his team. The deck looks amazing and the price was the best around! Will 100% be using him for future projects.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Moises was from the very beginning. We chose him due to his level of detail in going over the building before giving us the quote, his manner and model really fit for what we were looking for for our condominium exterior. He communicated amazingly when they were coming and any questions. His CREW was fantastic. They worked together, chatted, they exuded upbeat hardworking happiness and genuine care and pride in their work. We feel so fortunate to have come upon M&L and have them fix up our place (and ALL the carpentry needed, it was awful!) we are now buttoned up for the winter and many years to come. Thank you thank you. I would recommend M&L 1000 times over again and use them for a project anytime.

M&L Carpentry team did a fantastic job for us on a recent project. We had an old screen porch that was on its last legs, and Moises and his team came in and completely rebuilt it, while also painting the interior walls and repairing the concrete flooring. They were on time every day, and cleaned up all work materials at the end of the day. We added a few items as the project moved along, and they more than accommodating - all at a fair price. Ive already talked to Moises about other projects, and will be using them in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Give them a call already! Moises was quick to respond and on time for everything. He was quick and efficient and did a great job on our entry and primary bedroom closets. He was able to perform the job on last minute notice! My husband and I were impressed with his and his teams skills and professionalism. We’ve used Moises twice now for different jobs and have been very impressed and satisfied with his work.He is a rare find among local contractors in that he’s very skilled, knowledgeable and very reasonable in his pricing.By trade, I believe his is a very skilled carpenter (which are hard enough to find, it seems, these days! ) but he also has extensive knowledge on all kinds of roofing work, repairs and overall house maintenance jobs.We definitely plan to use him for all future work.

M&L painted the interior of our home in Wellesley. They did a sensational job. They came every morning at 8am and covered and protected our furniture and floors. Their work is precise and of exceptional quality. They are super neat and clean. At the end of each day, they clean and vacuumed all areas. Our 70 year old home looks brand new! My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Moises came recommended from my daughter who used him to paint ceilings at her house. He was very responsive and prompt and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate this as Ive contacted people in the past who were not this way. He painted several ceilings and did a fantastic job. He was also able to work with me on fixing a sagging deck by putting in supports, wallpapered a difficult area and even fixed the latch on my gate! He has a lot of experience, is professional and does wonderful work!

The work has been consistently very well done: thorough, prompt, good looking, well thought out, and reasonably priced. The crew did a good job painting my first house but I wish that the contractor was upfront about additional cost and add-in fees. Hired the company to paint my second home, I was not there so I let them stay free at my place. They did an ok job but they inflated the additional works and added almost 25% cost to the final bill. I was really not happy

Moises and his energetic, hard working crew completed work on our deck and it looks amazing. The entire deck was sanded down to bare wood. The crevices between the floor boards were scraped and cleaned. I had been told by deck experts that the pooling of water on the deck, which led to some wood rotting, was because the boards had been placed too close together. They told me that I would have to blow dry the deck after a rain to prevent this. One look at the project and Moises knew what the problem was. A lot of rain here...and absolutely NO pooling of water now. The floor boards now have spacing for the water drainage. Moises knew more about decks than any of the folks I got other estimates from, including the company that specializes in decks! I was very impressed. And the cost was significantly less. The deck looks stunning with the teak colored oil based translucent stain. Moises was a joy to work with.He was an excellent communicator, came or called when he said he would. The only hesitation I would have in writing this review is that he will get so busy that I may have trouble lining him up for the other work I need! Jean
