    I recently had Tinos install new gutters and downspouts on a major renovation project and my experience was excellent. For starters, Tino came out, measured and gave me a verbal estimate and said that he would have a formal estimate emailed to me. The e-mail arrived promptly and it had simply instructions for accepting the proposal and how to make a small deposit to lock my job into their schedule. I had to adjust the schedule a few days and Tinos accommodated my request. When installation day arrived, a very professional crew arrived in two very nice trucks outfitted with high-end gutter fabricating equipment. The crew listened to my requests as to how I wanted the downspouts routed into the new catch basins we installed. The crew was friendly and clearly knew how to install gutters. The installation cam out great; and the materials Tinos used are top quality. They took great care in measuring, adjust the gutter pitch and making the downspouts perpendicular to the building. I was also please to see how much care was taken to seal every seam and attachment point with a silicone sealant. They cleaned up their work area nicely as well. Overall I was extremely pleased with Tinos gutter installation; I can highly recommend them based on my experience.

    We had a truly wonderful experience in hiring Tino carpentry services. We replaced about a third of the wood shingles siding on our house along with some repairs of rotted timbers, and a replacement window in the attic. I must say it was refreshing to see the quality of the work that they did. And the level of supervision and communication that we had with the crew and the staff was excellent.- We definitely will use them again in the future.

    Tinos did a great job at our place, with the wainscoting wall, stair risers, and the whole house walls. They even did some nice touch job for us at the ceiling so that room looks good in general, and we didn’t even pay for this! They also have high efficiency, the whole house’s painting work is finished in 4 days. And after work is done, they also scheduled a separate appointment with us to go through the house to see if there’s anything missing/to enhance. All in all, I highly recommend them.

    We really enjoyed working with the guys at Tinos! They gave us a fair and honest quote, worked with us in finding the materials we wanted, did an efficient and professional job, and were great communicators throughout. We would recommend Tinos to anyone who has carpentry needs. Our deck turned out great and we’ll definitely consider them again for any future needs we have. These pictures don’t do the job they did justice — I haven’t had the chance to take them in the light of day. Suffice it to say we are very pleased with the results.

    We wanted to do a 5-room interior paint job of our home and started researching and getting quotes. Tino was responsive, listened to our needs, and came in with a fair offer for the work. His team could not have been kinder, more respectful, or more professional while in our home. Every day, they arrived on time, laid out drop cloths, sealed rooms if sanding, and always cleaned up after finishing for the day.Even when the job was complete, before leaving for the last time, Tino and his team did another walkthrough to ensure they hadn’t missed anything.     Tinos Painting and Carpentry came highly recommended by a few people for painting. However, we initially needed flooring work done in our recently purchased house, and realized they do this type of work. We hired them for refinishing several antique floors, as well as replacing the attic staircase and adding hardwood floors in the attic.As the work progressed and we observed the quality craftsmanship, we expanded the projects to include replacing the first floor staircase with hardwood treads while preserving the antique banister and balusters. We also asked Tino’s team to repair the attic plaster walls (including closets), perform some custom carpentry, and paint the entire attic. The team also repainted several other interior rooms. Scraping down the old paint before they did the work, which in turn made the finished work beautiful. The work is top-notch, high quality, and professional. The crew is courteous and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete.All the work was done in a tight time frame and the project management was both patient and helpful with our additional priorities added on at the last minute. All this work was done within just over a month, from the purchase of the house to before our move in date. I was impressed with Tino’s flexibility to surge his team size to complete our ever-expanding list of projects in our short time period.We plan to continue to use this company for spring exterior painting and will leave another follow up review then.

    We hired Tinos, Inc. to paint our house and restore the fascia and trim this summer, and I think that they did an excellent job.The estimate process was quick, and they took the time to explain many of the costs and considerations in their estimate. The estimated price was firmly in the middle of all quotes we received.In contrast to some other companies we considered, Tinos had a dedicated front office which was very responsive to questions and follow-ups via email, text, and phone. We were given a contract with prices to e-sign prior to placing down a deposit.It took a while after putting down the deposit to get a start date, but once the date was decided, the work was done quickly and professionally. The project manager was always in contact and explained the details of the process as the team progressed through the work.The project manager helped us with the paint selection, and there were several iterations of caulking, sanding, and cleaning between each coat of paint. We also received several emails from the front office explaining continuing steps as the work proceeded.The invoiced price was exactly the contract price plus some small additional tasks which we discussed during the project.I will definitely contact Tinos, Inc. for our future carpentry or painting projects.

    We just had Tino’s Carpentry demolish and replace the deck on the back of our house. When hiring contractors you never exactly know what you will get. Never have we seen people work like his crew did! They worked 12 hour days and only stopped for 15 minutes for lunch. Everything was cleaned daily. They had an amazing work ethic and we highly recommend them!

    Tino and his crew were excellent. Our house had chipping paint beforehand, and they scraped and sanded down to some beautiful bare wood. In the end, we went with stain (they did two coats) rather than paint, and the cedar looks amazing! (See photos.) They did a great job on the trim, too, as well as some repair on a door with rotted wood.They were always prompt, worked hard and late, were thorough, and communicated well throughout the process. Tino honored the original quote, which was great. Worth the money to have it done well.Tino is also a great guy--no wonder this company is in such high demand! Would definitely recommend to others.     We had a large portion of one side of our home removed and replaced (plywood and siding). We had a very good experience with Tino and his crews and would definitely look to work with the company again. Tino quoted the project himself but after that we worked with Jose, who was on the job site at least once per day. He was very knowledgeable about technical details of the project. There were separate crews for carpentry and painting and we had a good experience with both. Prompt, friendly, and clearly took pride in the work. The finished product looks excellent.

    What an amazing experience with Tinos Painting & Carpentry, from quote to finish the work was done professionally, on time and on budget. We had the interior of our home painted (walls, trim, doors and some ceilings) as well as all our kitchen cabinets, our home is about 4,000 square feet and we have a big kitchen.Tino and his crew knew what they were doing, their attention to detail and workmanship was exactly what we expected.     I hired Tino’s, Inc for exterior house painting and carpentry based on reviews I had read. The crew and foreman were professional, experienced, meticulous, responsive, timely, efficient, friendly and respectful. They power washed, stripped layers of paint from my 1968 red cedar shingle Garrison colonial, replaced rotted wood and shingles, followed by primer and a high quality Benjamin Moore paint job.     Tinos crew did a great job replacing rotten fascia board, soffit and trim that we had on our house and then painting the exterior of our house. They are very meticulous about the preparation of the surfaces to be painted. They went ahead and painted the metal step railings with out being asked. They take pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves each work day. In addition, they repainted/stained our deck. They house now looks great!!

    Tino did two different jobs for my two houses. They gave very reasonable proposals and stuck to the original very reasonable cost and time estimates in both cases. What I like them the most is that they did a thorough and clean job. They came in and rearranged the furniture before the work started. They put back all the furniture to the original states and clean up everything when the jobs were done. I would definitely hire them again.

    We had a fantastic experience with Tino’s Inc. They were incredibly reliable, skilled, and the price was very fair.We hired them to repair our deck— the stairs, and some rotting support beams needed to be replaced. The job was tricky because of our angled cable railing system and the deck is cantilevered. Several other contractors wouldn’t even give us an estimate because of it. Tino’s crew handled it perfectly with no problem and even tightened the cables that had been loose for years.Tino and Jose were both excellent communicators and kept us informed every step of the way. They started work the day after we signed the contract and they finished in 2.5 days. Clean-up was impeccable. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend Tino’s Inc. for any home improvement needs.

    Tino is our go-to guy! We previously used his team to redo our window frames and trim around the condo. He did such a good job that we invited him back to do some interior painting in our unit.His team did an awesome job and were super thorough and fast.     Top notch quality work! I have used other painters in the past, but Tino and crew were by far the best. They pay attention to detail and are clear about problem areas identified during the work. First job was an exterior house repaint where they removed layers of old cracked and peeling paint and replaced a handful of rotting clapboards. The crews showed up early and worked until dark on most days. The prep work was amazing, and they made a 200 year old house look new. Spotlessly clean after they left. They use high quality materials, and you can tell doing the work the right way is important. Tino, his managers and crew are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are present at the site and readily available for questions and updates. Second job was a rebuild of side entrance wood stairs. Carpentry work was outstanding, and the steps are better than they were before. 100% satisfied with the finished product on both jobs. You will not be disappointed if you hire Tino!

    We are very happy with Tinos painting & Carpentry and the work they have done on our house. They were responsive via phone/text. They came out right away for a quote and we had an official copy quickly. We had a big job - painting the entire inside of our new house, painting all of the woodwork white (there was a LOT of woodwork), including windows, ceilings, repairing drywall, skim coating closet walls, needed new closet doors in one of the bedrooms, they put new hinges on all of our doors, etc. They were one of the few who said they would sand the woodwork prior to priming it, and they did. They worked really hard on our house and it looks great. It took a few weeks so we got to know Jose and the gang. They always turned off the lights and locked the house up tight when they left. We had a lock box on the door the they used to go in and out and they were very careful being in our home. They were on time every single time they said theyd be there. They always cleaned up after themselves and I did not find one scrap of trash from them anywhere (we did have a dumpster). We are planning to use them again when we paint the exterior of our house. We definitely recommend!

    Tinos and crew do an amazing job. Tino was easy to work with and communicated clearly about everything. He is very fair with pricing too. Our house exterior had some rot issues and leaking from roof. Tino can solve any carpentry issue and even did a nice ramp and flashing job where the roof meets the tall side of home. His team did an amazing job and it’s like we have a new home. They did my interior a year ago which included very difficult seam work in two vault ceilings and multiple stress cracks. No job is too big for these guys. I will only use Tino’s Painting!

    Tinos painted the exterior of our house in fall 2020. Also took care of some carpentry repairs prior to painting. All round, an amazing job! Really thorough in the prep, took the house down to bare wood in many places, which is one of the keys to making the paint last. Very communicative, great attention to detail, cleaned up every day, and delivered a fabulous paint finish. All at a very reasonable price. Recommend without hesitation!

The exterior had many layers of paint so we decided to take the finish down to bare wood. Tinos crew also replaced several rotted sills, decking and trim and rebuilt my screened porch. I expanded the scope of the project but had a deadline for an event so the crew put in extra time to finish painting and the porch to meet my timeframe. They worked to keep the yard and work areas clean during the project. The price was fair and we discussed the cost of changes I decided upon.     I had to completely re-pipe the water system on my little townhome (hot&cold water going to 3 main destination point).The plumber did a good job but of course left me with drywall patches and room&some walls paint to be done.I called Tinos for the rewievs I red and sure I did not regret it. I asked to improve a channel they build and they did it with no problem.At the end, I also had a problem at the shower that honestly I think it was more something the plumber created. From the moment I met Tino, I was impressed with his professionalism, how he explained everything that would be done and provided me a detailed estimate which he honored, even after performing some additional work that was not in the original quote. He even made some suggestions that I hadn’t considered, such as ripping up the edges of the carpet to ensure the entire baseboard was painted, since he know I was replacing the carpet with vinyl plank flooring. The crew worked long days, and every time I stopped in to check on how things were going, they were always hard at work. They protected everything with plastic covering in each room. One of his workers even installed small clear plastic “buttons” on the wall to protect them from damage from the doorknob, which I thought was a nice extra touch. They left the place spotless. He also offered to come back and do any necessary touch-ups after the flooring was installed.     Tinos was beyond awesome. The prep for our paint job was extremely thorough, careful, and efficient. They use sophisticate gear to vacuum up the dust as they are sanding and scraping. Once the clapboards were sanded to bare wood, they did a great job of apply the primer layer and final coat.The crew was polite, hard-working and skilled. A crew of carpenters did a great job of replace clapboards which need it. The price was fair and the house looks great and the paint job should last for years.

    Family owned business which i really appreciate. Classy gentleman. Trusted in my home multiple times. Ive had them do work for me in different properties when i wasnt home. Painted a spiral staircase that came out above expectations, painted flips, installed flooring, and removed popcorn ceiling. If they tell you they can do it. That means they can do it well. If its something they cant do. They will tell you. Above everything else my FAVORITE thing is how CLEAN they leave everything when they leave the job for the day. Would highly recommend.

    The painting work was excellent using solid stain as I requested. There were a few areas of siding with wet rot that were repaired nicely, as well as window trim pieces that were also replaced. Tino had good suggestions for these repairs and implemented them quite well. In general both he and his painting team were friendly, very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them as the quality of their work is excellent and cost was quite reasonable

    I highly recommend Tino and his team. He is easy to work with, he scheduled the appointment to look at the house, provided a reasonable quote quickly. He scheduled the job as discussed.     Tino and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job painting our house in Beverly! Our home dates from the 1920s and has seen, I think, many mediocre paint jobs over the decades. Sad to say, we also went a few (possibly more than a few) too many years since the last one. Things looked terminal: the paint was literally falling off in sheets. It really was a mess. Other contractors fled in horror (not really exaggerating). Tino didn’t. His crew literally sanded our clapboards down to unweathered cedar. Everywhere. Who actually does that? You can see the grain! It was an incredible prep job. They are seriously the hardest working people I have ever met. We expanded the job to take care of a many things that needed to be done: we replaced some siding that was too far gone, trim around our windows that was checked and cupped, railings and columns on our porch that were separating, and some gutters that had passed their expiration date. The carpentry work was great and the guys working on our house were conscientious and talented painters. Communications was excellent: Tino visited the job site nearly every day and he was clearly focused on making certain that we were completely satisfied. I found him extremely forthright and honest. Given the quality of his work he represents a terrific value. Our house looks fantastic. If you are thinking about doing an exterior restoration project on an older house I cannot recommend his company more highly. I’d give him ten stars if it were possible!

    Me and my husband recently purchased a 70 year old home in Concord MA and wasted no time beginning the renovation process. Our real estate agent recommended us to Tino’s painting and Carpentry company and we initially hired them to paint the bedrooms, ceilings and hallways. From the beginning Tino was incredibly professional and communicative and provided us with a very detailed quote prior to starting the project. He and his team worked incredibly hard, showing up at 7am and sometimes leaving 12 hours later. We quickly learned that Tino and his company were a “one stop shop”. During the painting process, we decided that we needed a wall removed on one of our closets and rebuilt to add symmetry to the room. I asked Tino if this was something he could do and his response was “we do it all”. And they truly do. Every random request I’ve made, they have been able to accommodate. What started out as a painting project has ended up in painting, custom built cabinets, complete closet and wall renovation, new trims and new stairs and treads. The work that has been done has been impeccably done as they truly know what they are doing and take the time to be detailed and produce QUALITY results. We look forward to having Tino & Co. involved in several more of our home projects in the near future.
