If I could give 6 stars I would. I called them yesterday at about 10 am because of standing water in my laundry room from a clogged floor drain. They had a plumber by the name of Cory at my home in less than 4 hours. Cory stayed until nearly 7 pm digging in my backyard to find the other end of this clogged and broken drain. He was kind, courteous, professional, and in good spirits throughout the entire process. He then came back the next day to finish the final hour or so of work. I cannot say enough good things about the promptness, communication, or quality of the work performed. Cory deserves a raise! Thank you very much!

Plumb Care is my ‘go to’ plumber whenever the need arises. The expansion tank attached to my water heater sprung a pin hole leak. They responded with a quick appointment. The plumber recognized the water heater shut off valve was incorrectly placed. He setup the shutoff in the correct location and replaced the expansion tank. Fixed for a fair price!! Now if any water heater problems arise, I don’t have to shut off the water to the entire house. I can shut off water to the water heater only.

I appreciate that all this was done over the phone so it did not waste my time or money on an unecessary service call. Due to their honesty and helpfulness, I will consider Plumbcare for future plumbing needs.

Bradley and Chris came out to find and repair a leak in my water main. They called and came out an hour earlier than I was quoted and started up immediately. These guys didn’t slow down the entire time! Fantastic work, done quick. Afterwards Bradley watched the meter with me and showed there was no water moving. My main leaked 25,000 gallons last month and these two champs fixed it to perfection in an hour and a half. I’ll be calling to schedule a remodel soon.Plumb Care rules.

After some extremely cold weather plumbing lines in our old house froze and busted even with the heat on. We had them replace all of the old metal water lines in the house with new, repair our shower, and fix our hot water baseboard radiator line the busted. They did a great job.

Our washing machine drain pipe overflows every several months. Cliff came to my home and was very friendly and was here and gone in less than an hour. He explained what was happening and was quick with his work. The price was very reasonable and much less than other plumbing companies I have used to fix the same issue. I contacted Plumb Care on a Monday morning after discovering a small leak coming from the pressure regulator in my basement. They were able to schedule a technician that same day, which was nice. The technician, Cliff, arrived and went straight to work swapping out the pressure regulator, which took less than 30 minutes to complete. He tested everything to make sure it was working properly and tested water pressure after the repair. He was knowledgeable and helpful, offering a few unsolicited tips too as a bonus. I would have given 5 stars, but thought that the $194 was a bit high for the repair, or about $400/hr if you look at it that way. I would recommend Plumb Care and will consider them again should I need plumbing work done.

A weekend water heater element and thermostat replacement job went wrong when both water heater and while house shutoff valves failed leaving us with no water. I called plumbcare on a Saturday and received a call back within half an hour from the in call technician. Jordan arrived about another half hour later and had both valves replaced and tested within an hour. Awesome job and very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Ive relied on Plumb Care for around 15 years any time weve needed plumbing help. Theyve helped us at two houses with various types of work including our well pump, pressure tank, hot water heater, drain clearing, water line repair, and cutoff valve replacement. Most have been on weekdays and they have also been out on weekend emergencies. Every one of the guys have been friendly. Theyve always been able to resolve the problem thouroughly and without unnecessary repairs or purchases. Ive been pleasantly surprised when I expected major repairs to be needed and theyve diagnosed the problem to be a switch or check valve that was the issue. Its nice to be able to get help from someone who actually cares!

We had what we thought was a broken water pipe or water heater in our basement due to very wet carpet. We called Plumb Care Plumbing on a Saturday and were greeted by a very nice receptionist. Shortly after making arrangements with her I received a call from a field tech explaining that he would be at our house around 5:00 p.m. after he finished up a prior customer. He arrived at 4:30 and immediately started his inspection of our concerns. After many back and forth trips from our crawlspace to our laundry room, he was positive it was not a water pipe leaking but our air handler system. He explained this was not his expertise but opened the unit anyway and found several inches of water in the bottom of the handler. He used his shop vacuum and removed 90% of the water and unclogged our drain from the handler. I was thoroughly impressed with how he handled this situation as he could of just stated, you are on your own with this one.

I used Plumb Care several years ago when they were the only provider that called me back when the terracotta sewer line from our home to the street failed. They replaced the sewer and water line from the house to the street.When we had a similar issue where I worked they did the same and did all of our plumbing work at work after that.Recently, our upstairs shower started leaking they were the 1st and only folks we called. Reasonable, professional, and top notch locally owned and operated company.
