I had a ceiling fan installed by “Sterling”, who also took the time to set up the Bond Home app and wrote down all the instructions and temporary password for me. (He did it on his phone to be sure it worked.)I was out of town at that time (a part was missing, that the retailer had to ship, so he had to make 2 trips) but I trusted him completely after the first appointment, and Egger’s is the preferred vendor in my condo building. He even sent me a quick video when he finished the job.Sterling was also really good with my senior dog, and even remembered her name the next time he was in the building.

There were two appointments, first for evaluation and estimation of the job we needed done, and then he returned today to perform the work. Sterling was very courteous and professional. He did exactly what we needed, which was to hard-wire controls for our whole house fan. Additionally, he fashioned a new attic access hole cover out of plywood after the original drywall piece that covered the hole finally broke in half. He then cleaned up the areas where he worked. We are very pleased!

The technician was on time and very polite. He explained everything thoroughly. He installed a whole new panel system so it was up to code. I was doing this before I had a mini split system installed in my home and they had to come back to install the harness to connect the system to the panel. I called the office as soon as I had the appointment with the installation company and the office person scheduled the person immediately so he would be there when the installation company showed up. Eggers was great to work with!

I am very grateful to Eggers Electric for coming out to help install power to my new A/C unit. They were actually hired through Fort Collins Heating and A/C when I mentioned did not have my own electrician to do the work. It was really nice having the two companies work together to get the job done for me so I can enjoy heating this winter and cooling next summer!Bill was my main electrician and he was polite, friendly, asked good questions and answered all of mine. Brandon came to help him with the installation of power to my outdoor A/C unit. They both did a great job! Everything looks nice and neat and they made sure I was having someone come quality check from the other company to make sure it was all working. They warned me, too, before they needed to cut power for part of the installation so I wasnt caught off guard. They arrived promptly in the morning and were gone in just a few hours.When Bill realized he would possibly need another breaker if he couldnt condense/swap what I had already he called the shop to make sure he could get one and when before he even brought it up with me. He did everything possible so that the last step would only take 15 or so minutes. The very next day, as promised, he called when he had the part and sent another older and good-natured gentlemen (I am so sorry I missed your name, you were here and gone so fast!!) who arrived within 20 minutes to install it. Everything worked immediately after!!!They also made sure to make new notes on my circuit breaker so that I know which is connected to what.Im attaching pictures of the covered electric (the loose black wires are NOT from this company!) and how neatly everything runs from outside and over my garage door in my back yard, under the overhang on the side of our house, around the corner of the house behind the gutter, over a bedroom window, and back down to the unit itself. Look how straight everything is!Thanks again for everything!!!

Ive used Eggers electric for a number of different projects both at our home and at our rental. They consistently make it easy to get an estimate and to get the work scheduled. To a person, each technician that weve worked with (there have been 4 so far) have been sharp, easy to talk with, and very efficient and effective at getting the work done. As a recent example, we had Mike come out and add 4 outlets to the garage and three outside backyard outlets. He arrived on time, offered excellent advice and alternatives and implemented each of the requests to our complete satisfaction. He went the extra mile to make sure the flowers and plants werent damaged when installing the two outside boxes for the water feature.

Called Eggers Electric and was told it could be a day or two to send someone out. About an hour later we received a call that they could be here in about 20 minutes. Today, Master Electrician Heather Cochran with Eggers Electric serviced several issues at my home. OMG - she was amazing! Previously, wed had an electrician out from another company to repair the jet in the master bathtub. They could not figure it out, so we just let it sit for awhile. There exists a bit of tricky wiring in the home we recently built. Heather was able to solve the problem - a GFI switch for the bathtub jet was hidden in the closet, and the GFI for the outdoor outlet was placed next to the bathtub access door! Heather confidently and mindfully worked her method until she found the solution. She also fixed 2 other issues at our home, all in a bit more than 2 hours! I am sooo pleased to have found a worthy electrician in our area, and a responsive company. It took less than a week for Eggers response. Thank guys!!!

Our vehicle broke down in the middle of a very busy Eisenhower and we managed to push it into the entrance to Eggers Electric. Myself, my husband, our 1 year old, 9 year old and my service dog were stranded in the 100 degree heat. The staff were gracious and kind and gave us shade and water and let us use their facility. I dont know many establishments who would be ok with an entire family literally camping on their front grass for 3+ hours, let alone take care of them. My husband and I are veterans and I am touched by your service before self attitude. You are a genuine group and we are so thankful.

Eggers helped us get 220 baseboard heaters installed in our cabin. They designed and installed everything, and provided the heaters.The system works really well and it’s so amazing to have heat now! The heaters they installed have thermostats and keep the house warm even when it’s really cold out, and don’t cost too much to run. They didn’t take too long to schedule either and their price was very fair! They did a great job!

Today I had the best service call ever. Jacob arrived exactly when planned and we immediately had a detailed discussion about the problems (there were a few) and he set about to troubleshoot those problems. One of the problems was that GFI breakers were in unusual and inappropriate places, so it took some time to find and test all the GFI breakers in the house until he was able to identify the one(s) at fault. He was more than happy to have me shadow him so that I could learn about the problems and possibly troubleshoot similar problems in the future. He offered a great suggestion as to how to label and ID outlet locations and explained why I may have had similar problems in the past, a few of which were unsolved until today.. Details of his troubleshooting are less important than the fact that, while going about his task, with patience and good humor he gave me a thorough understanding of where elusive outlets and associated breakers are in this house. For example, one GFI (todays main problem) was in a utility closet toward the back past the hot water heater where you really had to look for it.I could go on at length as to how he approached the problem, but suffice it to say that he was extremely knowledgable, professional and clear in his descriptions of how and why things work as they do and why I never want to mess with anything having to do with electricity.And he laughed at my jokes - so kudos to him for all of it.I owned my own business for 47 years so I understand the value of talented and personable employees and/or subs. David in particular has been very helpful, and recently helped me diagnose issues with an outdoor electrical receptacle, and restore power to it without the need for rewiring.

The electrical baseboard heating in my house just stopped working. All of it. All at once, as did anything else that required 240 Volts. I thought it was a heating issue. I called Fort Collins Heating and A/C to describe the issue. They explained that it was an electrical system problem requiring an electrician and suggested that I call Eggers. Eggers made a great effort to find an electrician for me that day since I had no other heat source in the winter. Their electricians were all out on calls but they promised to let me know if they could schedule one. Within 15 minutes they found Dave who had finished a job somewhere early. He was there in 20 minutes. Dave knew exactly how to tackle this problem and immediately set to work trouble shooting. Within 15 minutes he identified that the problem was not in my house, but was in the equipment of my electrical utility. Dave was so efficient, explained things clearly, made recommendations for what to tell the electrical utility. I called the utility they came out within 2 hours and replaced something like meters over by the subdivision electrical box thingy. Some wires had fried during a power outage that occurred in the subdivision the night before. Fixed!I am very grateful for how quickly and efficiently Dave identified the issue and that he told me how to describe the problem to the utility. I am also grateful to the Eggers staff in helping me out on such short notice. I never had called an electrician service but now Im glad I know who to call for future electrical work.

Great professional electricians with reasonable prices. They provided lighting for our deck. They kept us informed, gave us an estimate quickly and finished the job correctly in a timely manner. They were professional and polite. They were able to integrate their electrical work seamlessly with the deck builders.We had them back to install an external outlet on the deck to power the motorized shade we have on order. They trenched from the house, kept us informed, communicated with the shade contractor and cleaned up afterwards. The cost was very reasonable.Today we had them back to add a 220 outlet for the mini-split air conditioner we adding for the upstairs primary bedroom. We had Dave again as lead electrician. He and his co-worker showed up on time, as usual, wore booties when inside on this rainy day, were polite, professional, and completed the work on time. We will definitely have them back for more electrical improvements.We had Andy back last week to add an outlet and a light next to the sliding glass door we added to access our deck. Like all of the Eggers electricians weve had to work on our house, he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was very cold and windy up there on the deck, but he completed the job quickly and safely. Thank you again Eggers!
