We had a water pipe leak under the house. Andrew with Pro Plumbing came out a assessed the issue. He was able to replace the affected leaking section pipe and fittings. He was a great technician with good communication and personal skills. From the pictures he sent he did a great job on the repair. I would use Pro Plumbing in the future if needed without a doubt.

I found the plumbing company using google search, I called and they were able to send a technician out right away. I was able to send a photo of my parts and problem and the technician was prepared when he arrived at my house. The technician Daniel was very professional, he took a look at my toilet and valve and then immediately gave me a quote. I would use this company 10 out of 10 every time.

I did appreciate their honesty. I had another well known local plumber quote the job but they chose to send me a deceptive quote for services not required with a cost of 6x more than what it should have been.

We live in a high rise and needed a plumber to conduct leak detection to identify the source of the problem. We reached out to Pro Plumbers and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Because we live in an HOA building they wanted to have their own plumber and maintenance team observe the process while our plumber (Johnny) conducted the leak detection. Despite the awkward setting this created and the other plumber’s attempts to speak over him numerous times, Johnny remained patient and made sure to stay behind to provide all the details regarding the leak. I appreciated his professionalism while monitoring the situation and making sure he spent time to speak with my husband on the phone to ensure he fully understood the issue at hand as well as providing me with details for next steps and answering all my questions (even if they seemed silly). Johnny deserves 5 star rating for his service!

Andrew did an excellent job. He arrived about an hour after I requested service. He kept me informed during the drain clearing and worked the snake through over 40 feet of pipe. It wasnt an easy job, but Andrew cleared the clog. He also shared information about causes for clogged drains and some tips to help keep the drain clear. Im very pleased with his service and Im impressed by the professional experience from Tanya taking my call and Andrew performing the drain clearing. I would definitely call upon Pro Plumbers Inc for future plumbing needs.

He arrived on the site on time and he explained to step-by-step on the issue of the matter.Even though, we wasnt able to fix the shower drain problem today because it turned out to be something else that wasnt expected.
