    These folks are lifesavers. This is the 2nd time in a year we needed help for a broken toilet. The last place provided the cheapest toilet (don’t give an option) and left it unsealed. What a difference Mr. Rooter made!! Pulled up options on a tablet, removed the old one, installed the new one with a new wax seal, all for less than we paid for another company to actually do less work and who provided us with a very low quality toilet. We had a lot going on that day, and Christian, our technician was just wonderful. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

    I woke to an overflowing toilet in the front bathroom. Which was flowing back into the tub when using a plunger. The office verified my info and scheduled a technician to arrive between 10-Noon. The technician arrived early, determined what needed to be done. He gave me the estimate and said a fellow technician was bringing the tool he needed. They aqua heres the line from the roof, then snaked the tub and everything was back to working order.Mr. Rooters technicians are always professional, so am excellent job and they clean up after themselves. Ive used Mr. Rooter for many years and they are fantastic. From the front office to the field everyone is very helpful and friendly.

    They get an A for fixing my bathroom tub water valves and B for scratching the paint on the tile covered walls around the valves. Overall Mr. Rooter has done a pretty good job for me. I have used them for several plumbing projects which is why I keep calling them back. However, they could have given me a discount for the scratches. No worries, I will probably use them again out of convenience, familiarity with their work, ease of payment, good work, and availability. Hope this helps the reader. Even though you dont know me.

    Excellent service!! I called at 8:30am for service, not a rush and expected them to say theyd be out in the am.... they had someone out at 11:45 that day! Christian assessed the situation in a few minutes....and was done within the hour. If I hadnt have been sitting here watching and chatting I wouldnt have known he had even been here. Booties and shop towels to use...and left my cabinet immaculate! Mr. Rooter is on my roster for when I need any other plumbing services...pricing was inline with what I was expecting. Thanks!!

    Excellent, fast service, for a gas leak in the line from the city connection to my home. Tanya in the office was great as well as Sarai. Punctual, timely repairs were made, after a full assessment by Brian, who explained all the work thoroughly and why it was necessary. It required concrete dig-up, pipe replacement under the concrete and in the crawl space under my home, then new concrete pour.     Had them come out for a major job at my business where my plumbing was backing up and spilling over into my neighbors business and they not only fixed it in a timely manner but my technician called my landlord personally and yelled at him to get him to pay for it when he refused (it worked). Had them out a second time today to unclog a sink and it was same day service for $79 and the person I called before quoted me $1200 and wanted to tear the walls out. Glad I found their card and was able to get them in here, they are my new trusted plumbers

    I was happy that the plumbing technicians were available on the same day as my call. They came and found the leak, and it wasnt easy. The technicians were very professional and they explained each step they were going to take to repair the pipe leak. Once the repair was complete the technicians finished the job with some very neat patchwork and they even cleaned up behind themselves. The management team was very responsive and they even came out to answer a few questions I had. They also resolved all issues we may have had, in a timely manner. My family and I are extremely pleased and I am glad that I chose Mr. Rooter.

    I love this company! My neighbors referred them to me and Im so glad. The platform my water heater was on was collapsing and the water heater was old. They fixed everything and did a beautiful job. Chris is so courteous and efficient and i will always call them for any plumbing problems.They came today to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. My sink clogged after not using for a week. The pipe was rusted thru. They fixed everything for only $225. They are the best, kindest and friendliest guys. They came out in only one day!     I have dealt with this company many times for various services, ranging from a full repiping in the past to the most recent today being for a stopped drain.     My garbage disposal broke on Sunday night called around, got appt. for maybe Mon. late but if not Tue. afternoon. They were a no-show/no-call. The same for the next one. Called Mr Rooter and talked to the nicest girl, who put up with my bad attitude as I was tired of getting the run-around from several companies. She said that I would get a callback the next morning at8:30 with a time and she would try her hardest to make it early. Call came, 8:15, they would be at my house in an hour. Cammron was here in 30min. with a smile for my husband and I and my 71lb white Husky! Not only did he do a beautiful job but he was friendly and ever so neat and tidy with our home! The job included him going to the store and purchasing a new disposal. He also took care of the old disposal for us. At first I didn’t give Mr. Rooter full marks because I thought the bill was rather high, but after some research I found that they were competitive. I’m very happy to recommend to friends and family.

I spoke to Tanya who was extremely nice and she assured me I could get an appointment today, 10/29/21 between 8:30-9:00am. The service repairman arrived on time and ready to work!     Tom was professional, quick and left everything as clean as he found it. They called me to ask if they could come a half hour earlier than our scheduled appointment. Which was great for me!     Very satisfied with the work performed. The technician discussed the situation with the drain problem and performed the initial rodding of the line thru the cleanout. Additional cleaning of the line was discussed, as the buildup was significant, requiring a medium pressure clean of the drain line. The hazard of the amount of waste/ debris was reviewed and agreed upon as necessary trade off.The line was cleaned with clear water back flow.

    Before the holidays, we had plumbers come out to have preventive work done on our main sewer line. They performed the work and left. Later that evening, water started coming up from under the toilets. I quickly called the plumbers who had come out earlier that day and, unfortunately, they said they couldnt come out until Monday (4 days later)! With two toddlers and a 90-year-old senior at home, I could not wait!! I quickly did an internet search and liked the reviews for Mr. Rooter. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter! They came out the very next morning and found a broken pipe that needed to be fixed. They gave us several options, but we decided to have the entire line replaced. Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job! They kept us informed every step of the way - from the Receptionist who called to let us know what time the plumbers would arrive to the men who were performing the work. The job was done as promised (without adding extra fees!) and the plumbers were friendly and cleaned up the mess. They patched up the lawn to the point where you cant even see where it was dug up in order to access the pipes. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!

    I’ve used Mr Rooter several times and have been pleased with professionalism and cost.My complaint right now is after 3 days without a kitchen and washing machine due to clogged drain and three visits with several hundred dollars increasing cost each time and failing solutions I cannot earn a first in the morning priority. The prom is hard to solve because of in conventional remodeling before my Time. 3 days though I’d think they would at least make me a higher priority in their by now. The technician does not make the schedule.I’m disappointed enough that I will be asking around for recommendations from friends but til then will use this company.

    From the get-go the experience was great. I called them because I had an emergency back-up in my drain system that would not allow me to use my toilets. I called Roto in North Long Beach and the lady who answered the phone said she could have someone come over right away. To my surprise Bryan was at my door in 10 minutes. Bryan made sure to explain everything from beginning to end as to what might be happening. He walked me through the possible outcomes and approaches. Bryan got to work right away, he was clean efficient and professional. He made sure he tested all drains and answered all questions before he left.     Found Mr Rooter on google and saw the great reviews. Boy am I glad I did, because Brian was the best. He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations.     Called them after the main pipe got clogged on the 4th of July weekend and luckily they were opened and working. Our bathtub overflow into the bathroom, hallway and part of the laundry room. I called several places and nobody was working even the guy I always call for this type of work. Only one rooter company was working and available but wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. To my surprise they were even cheaper than the other places.Chris arrived on time within the estimated 2 hour gap and did his magic really quick and professionally.     Had a problem with my back bathroom. Anytime we took a shower the back bathroom would fill up. I called rooter plumbing at 3:30 and they dispatch someone in an half and hour and he fixed the issue and gave a recommendation to me on a few other things with my pipes which was something cool. I am a true believer for this company and Im going to be sure to use them over again. The plumber was great and the receptionist was extremely helpful.     Called bright and early Sunday morning and they answered and sent someone out promptly.Thank goodness for their help because we had a major water leak.Shai showed up within a reasonable time was friendly and courteous. He assessed the situation and got to work. The pipe was fixed and everything back to normal within a couple of hours. Thank you for your service.

    I called on a Monday morning at 9:30am (for a clogged toilet) and Jim showed up at 11:30am to unclog it. It took Jim exactly 52 seconds to unclog the toilet! Wow! Jim was very professional and very helpful. He told to get a toilet auger if we had more toilet issues. Well... a month later I had the same issue, went to Ace hardware and got a toilet auger. I watched some videos online and I was able to unclog the toilet by myself! Not only Mr. Rooter was efficient but very helpful! I will be calling them for any other plumbing issues. My final invoice was $79 to unclog the toilet.

    A dispatcher from mr rooter called to say that the plumber who was suppose to fix our toilet and change our garbage disposal did not report for work today. I told them the urgency of having it fixed since I have guests coming to the house. Next call I got from them was to let me know that they asked someone on day off to come to the house instead. Brian Lutche came and fixed the problem in not time including the clogged kitchen sink. Thank you Mr rooter and Brian for helping us with our plumbing problems when we needed it most.     Problem fixed easily with Mr Rooter. Previous plumber, Drain Fast, was recommended by Plumbers World. I felt trying a small business, during the past few months with everything shut down, should be used. A disaster. Chris, Mr Rooter, was on time, polite, knowledgeable and explained the repair. Thank you. That’s how it should be. You can depend on Mr Rooter.Small businesses are having problems and we all want to help each other. But a plumber like Drain Fast-who just left an open area on a dishwasher, is a disgrace to his profession. That was Drain Fast. Avoid it.I have used Mr Rooter for at least 15 years.The past few months tugged at my heart to use a small business. Then, I recently called Drain Fast, as their repair was not working. Owner, Josh, was to call back. I now see why he avoided me. God sees this too. Attempting to help another does not always work. Stick with what you know.
