Andy and Vince are excellent!1920s house, have sink issues each year and have plumbers out to snake... Well it finally happened a problem at end mainline. They were here quick to check out the backups, used large snake to try and clear but no budging so they did camera and electronically located the spot.... Dug up concrete, found the issues replaced and repaired filled it back up concrete on top all same day.... Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and great work ethics along with a fair price. Im very happy I contacted them I know I got the best! I will be calling on them in the future for other plumbing projects! Thank you guys!

Called for service this morning after being denied by another Plumbing Service regarding a clog in the toilet for our apartment; Andy was very kind and gave me a window of 1-3pm, they even texted to give me an update. They arrived around 2:30pm and Promptly got to work; after Augering the toilet for about 30 minutes; the brought in a camera and let me know that there was definitely a toy down the toilet. After trying the auger with the camera, they gave me the news that they would have to remove the toilet; they gave me the price before proceeding. No extra fees or anything....this is the price. Within 15 mins they removed my toilet and extracted said Toy. Replaced the wax ring, cleaned everything and put everything back. Jose even was kind enough to put my bath rugs back .....Long Story short..... EZ Rooter will be my go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Andy and Jose! Im glad you guys fixed my issue and I gave you a laugh!!!

I contacted several plumbers in the area to replace and install a new kitchen faucet. After the 3rd plumber said oh, we dont do condos I finally asked why. They said its because they have to turn the water off for the whole building. I said its just a faucet installation. Why would you need to turn water off? Never got a straight answer.Then Andy from EZ Flow replied and I told him others said no. He said its just a faucet install; we dont need to shut off water if you have on/off valves. We booked the appointment on the spot. I was very relieved.He txt me ahead of the appointment to confirm time and location. He arrived at the time he promised. He was in and out in 90 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable. Couldnt be happier. Also: Hes local to Long Beach and has been self-employed for 11 years.Support Long Beach small businesses.

I found Andy by requesting a quote from another plumber on Yelp, but of the 6 or so folks who reached out, he was the only one who was up front with his pricing and even kind of guessed what our situation was. When he came by SAME DAY to give us a second opinion of the work that needed to be done, he had a snake WITH A CAMERA and went even beyond that, went through the absurdly small crawl space to get under the house to discover the true cause of the problem, and provided pictures of everything that was wrong.The problem ended up being something very different and significantly more expensive than what the previous plumber had made us expect (instead of needing a standard hydrojet for clogged pipes, the problem was incorrectly installed pipes), but the previous plumber also didnt have a camera and didnt go under the house. From what Andy showed and told us, he and Geronimo did a solid job of correcting the issue. Hes earned our trust.He was also mostly really clean and respectful and patched up the wall at the end of the job, which was much appreciated.

Source of leak is holding up the home sale.Two water remediation and removal companies and another plumbing company as well as an EZ Flow plumber, failed to find the leak. Andy L. stopped by the following business day and quickly identified the primary leak. He proposed options to fix the leak as well as options to replace portions of the worn 60yr old cast iron pipes.

Andy and Carlos were right on time and ready to help solve my kitchen sink drainage issue. They were equipped with a camera to search through the pipe from outside the house and thus, found the reasoning behind my sink backing up all too often. I am appreciative to have been given two options to solve the problem-- one of which is a more permanent solution that Ill likely take them up on in the future-- and I was able to have a working sink in relatively no time at all! As a bonus, these guys are incredibly local to my area, and Im happy to support their business!

We found a nice-sized puddle in our backyard, dug a hole, and discovered an underground pipe was leaking. I called EZ Flow, texted a photo/emailed a video, and Andy quickly responded with a quote and time. He showed up when he said, completed the repair in the same time window, and charged a reasonable rate. (The repair entailed cutting copper pipes and installing a clean patch - the work is neat and secure)After fixing this leak he then answered other, unrelated plumbing questions I had about my house and even tested the pressure for us to see if there were other issues (there arent).Very happy to now have a reliable plumber to call upon if needed.

He came to my house, gave me top flight service. He has all the equipment necessary to do the job first of all it is a bargain if you get the $99 deal he shows you exactly whats going on with your pipes with a high-quality video. He also provided me a copy of the video and gave a complete estimate with three different scenarios and price points that I could choose from, and he did not upsell over sale or pressure sale me to get anything that he offered I highly recommend Andy hes a good guy.
