Belks is one of those companies who have integrity, actually care, and try to help as much as they possibly can. Ive had them come out to my tenant occupied rental property to work on a commode clog. This same issue happened again (not due to house plumbing) but were unable to come out right away. They talked on the phone with me at length for what the problem could be, (they remembered earlier calls and knew history of what was going on) and then actually recommended another company who could come out same day. Jim (who I was talking with) even called the other company to fill him in prior to my call. He was knowledgeable, extremely supportive, and just downright awesome. I never felt they were trying to hurry up and get off the phone, but did feel listened to, cared about and solutions given. Everything was explained in detail. I cant say enough good about Belks! Theyre wonderful, and I highly recommend them when dealing with any plumbing issue.

Belks did the pex conversion to our house before we took possessionNo issues at all! They came and cleared a grease clog. No issues since. Belks came to install a new frost free faucet for us a couple months ago. While in the crawlspace, Chris discover our shower drain had come disconnected, sludge all over the crawlspace. Who knows how long we might have gone without this discovery. This led to a insurance claim with our entire bathroom being torn out due to water damage. 💧 Now, after a brutal battle with Allstate, our bathroom is nearing completion. Who do you think I called to reconnect all the plumbing? BELKS PLUMBING! And I was lucky enough to get Chris again! Strongly recommend! You will be in good hands!

My hot water heater quit working. They came out right away. They didnt have the parts in the van, so they went back to the shop and came back quickly. They fixed it in stormy wet windy weather. They fixed it quickly and the first time. Afterward I was charged a very reasonable price. Thanks guys, I appreciate the service!

I doubt these guys need yet another positive review. But these are the plumbers you need. Installed a water heater and fixed a faucet drain for me. Very competent. Upstanding. Wanting to do the right thing. Even came under bid. This company, from the top down, tries to do right for their customers.

Had another company whose phone person was rude. They left us without water for 2 and failed to show when they said they would. I called Belks at 7:30 in the evening. The phone person was very kind and said he would be out the next day. She said having no water was a priority. He showed in the morning and was extremely kind. Our water was working well before noon. Wonderful, pleasant and caring. They do it right!
