Kendall was awesome! He did 2 huge projects for us - a corner fireplace refacing overhaul, and a desk/cabinet nook - as well as several smaller projects. He spent time consulting and listening so he understood exactly what we wanted, and he even made some suggestions that improved the overall plan. His attention to detail surpassed my admittedly annoying perfectionist tendencies and we couldnt be happier with the finished results. He was respectful of our home, our family, and our time and we were very comfortable having him in our home. He did great work and we wont hesitate to have him do more projects for us in the future.

Roy and his wife Teresa are absolutely amazing. They come and clean scenic view apartments, they do amazing work vacuuming washing floor boards, cleaning the laundry room and more. Amazing when they shampoo the carpets also. I would give them a 12 out of 10 for going above simple cleaning. Always friendly when you encounter them. Thanks for the good work!!!! Charlene Hansen

Exceptional and Professional. They installed our original whole home water filter system and have helped us since with other services on our home. Cory the master plumber for them is nothing short of a magician and always professional and courteous. The email/phone and office support are speedy and so very helpful especially in a rush when something has happened. They jumped right on our rush and helped us with such support and kindness. We both would highly recommend their plumbing and any other home services they provide. 10 stars if we could.

We just had a very difficult process of having our entire floor finished as it wasnt done before we moved in. Kendall was nothing short of AMAZING and completely professional throughout the entire process! He took it 1 room at a time giving us the opportunity to move the rooms around and clearly communicated with us the entire process and set up a plan to get it done without being too overwhelming on our family of 6. Hes a real genuine guy and honest, his work is top notch and his threshold cuts are perfect. He even exceeded expectations when he finished the hallway sooner after stating it will take a day in itself. We definitely could not have done this without him! Thank you so much for taking care of our family! My kids finally have carpet in their home after 2 years! Thanks Kendall!

Mike, our service tech was awesome, he helped us figure out an electrical issue we were having on our fireplace and the parts needed to fix it without making unnecessary repairs, or ordering parts that did not need replacing. He was very nice and professional. Great customer service.

Service Depot staff, and especially Josh,our service technician, are my super heroes. If I could give them a billion stars, I would. I have been dealing with 2 other service companies to fix my 18 month old fridge for 1.5 months, and still have gotten no where. I have dealt with waiting around, wasting my entire summer for the other repair companies to come. I called Service Depot, and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was especially pleasant and helpful. They sent an email and text updates on their arrival. And, they arrived within the 1 hour window they stated! Wow! Josh was our service technician, and I couldn’t have been more amazed by his professionalism, expertise, and caring personality. He immediately diagnosed the problem and helped us work with the manufacturer to get the problem solved. I love how helpful, knowledgeable, and truly efficient they are. I will always be calling them first for everything! Thanks for being spectacular.

Edited to add: a short time before I called this number listed in Google for Service Depot (which had not been updated yet), they had been bought out or split their business venture and unbeknownst to me, I had been forwarded to Cache Appliance for the dishwasher repair. Service Depot was very patient with me while we figured out what had happened.I scheduled a dishwasher repair call for this past Thursday but no one showed up, called to reschedule, or explain why. Im giving them a second chance. I left a voicemail asking them to call back and will update this review if I hear back from them.

Used Service Depot for the first time and I wont be using anyone else!! The gals in the office were polite and professional and helped me get a service time that worked with my schedule, and it was quick! I thought it would take a couple weeks to get an appointment and my appointment was within the week that I called. Josh, the Service Technician, was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts were here within a couple days and he had it up and going. Very pleased with our service and will definitely be using them again!!

This is an update to a review I wrote several years ago. I have continued to use Service Depot since I wrote the original review. I have had them out for a variety of repairs, washer, dryer, dishwasher and most recently my fridge. Several different Technicians have shown up on the various service calls and each one has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about what a great company and great people they have. The office staff is equally top notch! Even though my fridge was not repairable Josh Sackett went above and beyond to help me out with comparable units and information. All the repairs they have done have lasted and been quality work. Service Depot is a dependable, reliable, honest and customer service oriented company. Thank you again for being such a great and dependable company. I hate to have to call them because when I do its because something is broken but I know I can trust them to fix it right the first time. You guys are awesome!I had used another company in the valley for all my appliance repairs and even made purchases through them for as long as I can remember. I had a problem with my washer that started about a year ago, had SEVERAL service calls and replaced MANY parts but the problem always came back, I was always told it was a different problem and part each time. I was ready to throw my washer away! I spent a fortune in repairs and the laundromat while waiting each time for the other guys to really fix it. This last time it started doing the same thing 4 months they had just done a very expensive repair. I called them back and was told the parts warranty was only 90 days! And for another $75.00 service call they would come look at it again, or if I felt handy I could try some trouble shooting myself. Needless to say, I was not happy! I called someone and got a referral for Service Depot, they were friendly, fast and diagnosed the problem quickly.They ordered the part and came back as soon as it arrived to install. I found them very professional and am thrilled about a one year warranty! There customer service has won me over!

I had a bunch of small home repairs that needed taken care of and was so glad to find a one-stop spot to have it done. Adela was my technician and was great to work with. She made sure each detail was taken care of. One of the tasks was getting an old window unstuck and another was getting a different window to lock again. Both of this projects were finicky and took some time, but she made sure it was all okay before leaving. Would happily use Service Depot again!

Just had Chris and Kendall come by and hang an exterior door for a storage room. I was impressed by their professionalism and their efficiency. They worked quickly and carefully and got right to work. I could tell they knew exactly what needed to be done and worked effectively to keep my cost low which actually came in around 30% lower then some of the other quotes I got. I was very pleased with their work and the door looks fantastic. Chris was very professional and friendly when he came by to do the estimate and continued with his professionalism in completing the work. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

There was great communication, they were on time (usually early) for the window of time given, polite, helpful, and patient with lots of little kids watching and asking them questions! We have used Service Depot once before and when we needed more appliance service, we called them again! We didnt have to wait long for an appointment. They communicate when they will be there via text and email and they communicate who to expect. Our service technician, Jace, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The maintenance services we requested were done efficiently and he answered all questions we had about the appliances and services. We will certainly call Service Depot again.

This is the 3rd time I have used service depot for an appliance repair. (Fridge, washer, stove) I love that when I call they can generally come within 24 hours. They are prompt, courteous and respectful. Quick to get to work and diagnose the problem. This time he even had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. In the past when they have had to order a part, they are quick to get it (last time it came a day early and they rescheduled my appointment to fix it faster). I always feel like the cost for the service call and the parts are very honest and reasonable. I don’t call anyone else! They are so great!

Corey Paskins was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He provided all of the details of a repair he completed on the unit while the sellers still occupied the home. He also provided us with some great information with regards to repairing vs. replacing the unit. I was even able to follow up with him through email to get his repair and opinions on record for our home warranty claim.I have nothing but good things to say about Service Depot, Corey Paskins, and Taylor Barber-who helped me get back in touch with Corey for the email record. We are taking care of our friends house while they are out of the country. The gas stove top stopped working and these guys took care of it fast.. Price was very resonable and service was the best. Then our credit card got charge twice. We found it late Friday night and called Service Depot Saturday morning. After talking to Bobby we figured out it was a bank mistake. A little while later I received a call back from Bobby asking for my address. You see he noticed that the mistake had put me in the red at the bank and so I had nothing to get us through the weekend. A short while later there was a knock at my door. There was a Service Depot employee with $40.00. I said I would pay them back Monday. They respectfully declined repayment. Thank you to all at the Service Depot.

Josh and Adela both worked on our fridge at different times. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Adela was very patient as she had to work around us celebrating my son’s birthday. She took the time to explain each problem before she worked on anything. When the part for our fridge came a short time after, Josh came to install it. He took the time to wear shoe coverings, and took safety precautions for the Covid virus before even coming inside. He worked quickly and then adjusted the labor time which brought the cost down. I appreciate these guys getting our fridge running again!

We hired Service Depot to pick up and install a new dishwasher after being advised to replace our current Kitchen Aid. After discussing the symptoms the technician, Jace Babbel, asked if I would like him to check it out one more time before he installed the new one. He took the time to read over the manual, run a thorough diagnostic, and continued to check every possible symptom. He found a piece of glass lodged in the drain pump (if I remember correctly) and was able to remove it. Our dishwasher runs perfectly again and he saved us the expense of buying a new dishwasher- $1000! This level of customer service is not always my experience. A big THANK YOU, Jace! Service Depot is now a contact in my phone!

These guys were not the first place I called, but the other place could not come until Monday (I had called Friday morning). My time for appointment was from 12 :00to 2:00 and shortly after 12:00 I recited text from Zamaleki and minutes later he was in our house .He is absolutely wonderful !
