    Apex has done an incredible job at earning my future business. Earlier this year, Apex came to service a water heater claim we made through my home warranty company. They were very quick in their communication and getting the issue resolved. I no longer have the home warranty coverage, so I was pretty stressed when the exact same issue popped back up a few months later. I reached out to Apex and they discovered the issue was due to a faulty replacement part. They justifiably could have charged me as much as they wanted since I no longer had the home warranty, but needed the part replaced so we could have hot water. Instead, they came out and fixed the issue quickly, professionally, and worked with me to make sure the pricing was BEYOND fair. In today’s day and age where many companies seem in it to make a quick dollar without concern for their customer, doing business with Apex is refreshing as I truly feel cared about by them.Although I hope to go more than a couple of months before needing them next time, they will be the first company I call for any future plumbing needs. 5 stars feels a bit like I’m short changing them because they’ve truly been superb! Thank you, Apex Plumbing, for your excellent service!

    We have used Apex plumbing twice now and the service has been wonderful. Most recently our water pipe broke where it comes into the property and we only made things worse when we attempted to repair it ourselves. Howard came out and was able to fix everything and put it back together better than ever. I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable and take great care of their customers.

    I appreciated the quick pick-up when I called the office both times. I appreciated the office personnels knowledge and advice. I appreciate how quickly our technician worked and we trust his work. Our problem was fixed and the pricing was reasonable. I would call and use them again.The only downside was the timing of arrival. We were given a window of 8-10am. I received a text at 9:21 that our technician was en route. I received a call from the technician at 9:29 asking more questions about our problem. He then arrived just after 10:11. This is more than 50 minutes after the text that he was en route. I ALMOST called the office to see if he got into an accident on the way. I decided Id give it a full hour and then just before the full hour, he arrived.

    Apex is the bomb! They were over to our home within a short amount of time from when I called. Josh was so nice and had our water heater up and running in less than 30 minutes. He even answered all the questions we asked. I highly recommend Apex!!

    Great communication! Quick service, good peopleI called a couple other plumbers and was left without knowing what to expect. When I called Apex Plumbing, they answered on my first call, understood the issue I was experiencing, gave me a quote (base price + time + materials), and let me know when they could come.After discussing the issue with the plumbers, the person I spoke with on phone promptly let me know changes in expectations and checked in if, given the changes, I still wanted their service.     Josh showed up and seemed to be a good employee that wants to serve. Good kid.Having said that I was a bit perplexed that he would encourage me to not route the treated water to the kitchen. (was it easier to route it that way?) I was perplexed because that is where several appliances are that we would like the scaling to be reduced. I just let him do his job without taking much notice. But I will be taking closer notice tomorrow. To be fair, this unit is not run of the mill, and a bit different than what most plumbers have seen.Ill be here tomorrow._______________________________________________________________Josh just left and it appears that he did a very nice job. Now my hope is that the unit does as good of a job as Josh did. BTW, before Josh got here I shut the valve (the yellow one in the picture) that you suggested closing to see where it really went, and sure enough it only shut off the outside spigots, not the kitchen. So Josh was able to tap in the line where he originally wanted to.I asked Josh about a pulsating noise coming from my plumbing and he thought that the pressure regulator might be bad. He also said that could affect the extension tank that is above the hot water heater. So I guess I ought to deal with that, which means Ill be looking for your help again. We go away for a large part of the winter , so my question is this; is it an urgent thing to address or can it wait till spring? Also, my wife and I were talking today about how our 2 outside spigots ought to be replaced. Add that to the spring tasks I reckon.Be sure to tell Josh that Im a happy camper!A picture of his work is attached.Well, I cant seem to be able to attached the pic, but he did a good job.

    Super happy with APEX! Howard was the plumber and he was quick, took care of our leak by replacing a pipe on a very difficult location. He was friendly and so was Sabrina who took our call.     Wow, what a great business! I called 3 different plumbers and Apex was the only business that returned my call and follows up.     Three years ago, the toilet in my downstairs bathroom sprung a leak and I called Apex Plumbing and they came right away and fixed the leak.Today the iron flange on the floor cracked, and the toilet started oozing onto the floor. I remembered my good experience from three years ago and called Apex Plumbing. Hyrum and Ethan came as soon as they could so once again, I had same-day service. They worked professionally and quickly and solved the problem completely, which involved drilling a new hole through the concrete, and putting a new flange in.If you are looking for fast, friendly service and high-efficiency, I cannot recommend them too highly.And another thing, they left the area, spotless better than they found it

    Got a quote and replacement of our water heater last week. They were able to text me a quote for traditional vs tankless water heater replacement, and even got me in with an appointment for the very next day for installation. They sent me text reminders of the appointment and a text when the technician was en route with the name of who to expect. Service was very kind and professional. They even brought the water heater set-up to code by replacing the earthquake straps and some piping leading to the water heater. Overall, Im extremely satisfied and new water heater is working great!

    I had two tough projects that included jackhammering and moving plumbing pipes. I called 20 plumbers to try and set up quotes, of those I only had 4 show up. Of the 4 only 2 ended up giving actual quotes. The other two just promised quotes and never gave them. Apex was the very first company I had out and I had a quote within 30 mins right there on the spot instead of I will let you know in a few days they were head and shoulders cheaper than the other quote. When it came time to schedule they were never further then a few days out and somehow turned what I thought was multiple days work into half days. The work is excellent, and I will be using them for all future plumbing needs as well as recommending them to everyone I can.

    We recently had a new sink installed with our new countertops. The problem was that the drains in the new sink were in a totally different place than the old sink so none of the plumbing lined up anymore. I called Apex and they sent someone out the same day to get it set up for me. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and the sink works great. I’m glad I called them instead of trying to fix it myself.

    It was fast job. The plumber was nice. The only two things that didnt sit well with me were 1. The plumber when he finished the job he immediately said Please pay that today. It wasnt an attitude, but it was straight to business. 2. $175 for a small drain clean out I think was over priced and I wish they charged me based on the work and not a flat fee. At the end of the day they fixed my issue, but I think the job completed was not worth the flat fee.

    My water heater broke down on Friday night. Purchased a new one on Saturday and decided to try installing it myself after hearing how astronomically expensive it is to have one professionally done. Things were going well until I realized the connectors wouldnt tighten up because of the corrosion and hard water build-up and they were soldered on the pipes. To save on costs I decided to wait till Monday and Apex Plumbing was able to come in same day. It took less than an hour to have the connectors replaced and everything hooked up. The plumber was professional and friendly and only charged a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. I am very happy with this service and would definitely recommend Apex Plumbing.

    UPDATED: PLEASE READ FULL POST. Called on 5/10/22 and Howard answered the call. He got the info and an idea of what issue we were having (sink drain clogged a good way (30-40 feet) farther down the drain pipe from the clean out) and was able to get one of his employees out to the house within in hour ( really appreciated the timelines).The tech got the issue resolved and that of course is the main reason I called them for help, so job well done there. Two items that I would have preferred happen that did not are the reason I am leaving a rating of 3/5.They are as follows;1- Any type of an upfront cost (even just a ballpark) of “this is the basic come out and take a look fee” on the phone would have been nice. The price for the service was completely fair and reasonable and industry average, just didn’t know until the tech was all finished up and ready to leave.2- (This was the bigger issue of the two for me) I ended up doing the majority of the clean up afterwards. Had I not provided a trash can and some paper towels not even the most basic of it would have been done. I don’t undervalue the fact they had a lot of projects today and that they were able to fit us in so quickly; or that the tech who came out was newer, and so perhaps the overall idea of “as good as new for functionality and cleanliness” hadn’t fully settled. But I was unsatisfied with the mess.UPDATE 5/11/22. Received a call this morning from Howard because of this review and we had a great conversation. The tech that visited our home for the service initially returned to do a clean up and ensure everything was back as it should be.Simply put my expectations were met and I will call them again in the future if additional plumbing issues beyond my novice level arise. 5/5

    They were able to come out the same day I called to install a faucet, disposal, and put plumbing back together after I had countertops and a new sink installed. Didnt charge an arm & leg, and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

    Called to schedule an appointment to get a drain fixed and they had a guy out within the hour. Was not expecting that. He got right to it and was able to get a tough clog removed from old pipes. Took a lot of work but he was great about keeping at it until the job was done.

    These guys are great. They respond to texts. Schedule quickly (like with in a day or two, they will be there). Did the job I called about and a few more that I thought of while he was here.The first disposal end up leaking, so they replaced it with out complaint or charge.I recommend them highly.

    I have had three service calls from Apex. He was fast at what he did, he moved quickly and wasnt wasting my money on his hourly rate. He is priced fair, and Ive never felt ripped off. One of the times he showed me what to do incase I had the same problem again, and in his words, I dont want you to waste your money on something you might be able to fix and It was a simple fix. I have recommended him to a few friends and they thought he was great as well. Lastly, he is local to me, and I always try to support the smaller local companies. Havent been burned yet!

    A couple of weeks ago, we found out we had a plumbing problem that was causing issues with our furnace. We werent getting any heat because of a hole created by a water leak. We called Apex because they had good reviews. He stopped by to look at the problem one morning and even though he was extremely busy, he ended up staying and fixing our problem that day. We were so grateful because we were able to get the heat back on after not having any for a few days. Everyone we called was 2 to 3 weeks out. We will use these guys again. They were awesome to help us like that! They did a good job too!

    This company was AMAZING! Our sink was leaking and Darren came to the rescue! He was very personable and listened to the issue we had been having with our sink with an open mind. After he fixed it, he showed his work and I express my concern about the issue potentially continuing and he was very knowledgeable on different ways we could go about solving it. He even went beyond expectations and called his boss that has a degree in something involving plastics work, to make sure there was absolutely nothing more he could do! This is why I gave him 5/5 rating. Highly recommend using this company to anyone!

    After one plumber (from another company) came over and said they couldnt help, we called Apex. They came out despite the fact that it was Sunday and FREEZING. They fixed our problem and offered suggestions on preventing the problem from occurring again. Love these guys. Very reliable.     If I could give Apex Plumbing a 10 out of 10, I would! I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and how quickly they addressed my plumbing issue. Hyrum and Ethan were both polite, professional, and friendly. They instilled a lot of confidence in their abilities, and I never doubted they would do a great job.After contacting 3 other plumbers, I was incredibly frustrated. Their response times were slow, and one even promised to come the next day and then never showed. I spent over a month and a half dealing with this before finding Apex Plumbing.
