After our water heater went out, we struggled to find someone who would install it without costing a fortune. From the moment I first contacted Holms Plumbing they provided exceptional service. They have a reasonable bid which was what we ended up paying for the installation, far cheaper than anyone else we contact. Despite the lower cost, the quality was superior and one of the best experiences weve had when having to have someone maintenance or install at our home.When they came to install the water heater, they also helped us fix a part for a reasonable cost. The two workers were so kind and thoughtful to my son who loves to ask questions and explained to my son what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. The workers also helped us figure out another issue were had been having at no extra cost. When we had a slight hiccup with the new water heater, they returned and got it working and its been perfect since.What impressed me even more was later that night, many hours after they had gotten the water heater working, they contacted us to make sure it was still working well. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future as needed.

Tom does excellent work. He installed a secondary sump pump for me and repipedthe combination to run to a better location. All the work is professional and clean. He came when he said he would and abided by the estimate he gave. I’ll call him again the next time I need plumbing work.

Im a tenant and Holms has come out a couple times to fix some plumbing in the apartment I live in. Theyre always professional, kind, competent and polite. Cant think of anything theyre missing! I highly recommend them, and in my opinion theyre the best plumbers in town!

Im very impressed by the prompt service at a great cost! Our water heaterbroke and Holms plumbing came over faster than the other services we called and fixed and replaced the water heater the same day! I will use their services if I need them again!
