Jim does great work. He has helped us with quite a few repairs and replacements of toilets, faucets, and pipes. His recommendation of high quality products and his good installations are why we keep coming back.

Jim is great! He has been to my house several times for small jobs (water valve replacements) and replaced my water heater twice (first time was 15 years ago, second was last year). Leave a message and he will call you back when he can and will always help you as soon as he can. Very professional, knowledgeable, and (most important) friendly.

Jim has come out to seat both of our toilets on separate occasions and he has done a phenomenal job! After we somewhat ignorantly embarked on a DIY flooring project, we messed up a few things and also discovered that our homebuilders had done things in some unconventional ways. Jim was able to immediately know what to do to remedy the issues and was quick to fit us in both times! Not only is his pricing fair, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing its been done right is worth every penny! Hopefully we dont have any more issues, but if we do well for sure be calling Jim!

I chose Jim because of his positive reviews. I’m very glad I did! He charged 1/3rd as much for the same job that a previous plumber did.More importantly, he was cordial, professional, on-time, and just a pleasure to have in our home. He is definitely our go-to plumber at this house!
