We contracted Pachota Construction to build an addition to our existing garage. We had an idea of what we wanted and Bill made it a reality. We think he did an amazing job. It did take a little longer than anticipated, but that was mainly due to waiting on some materials. During the build Bill was always on site and made sure it was going to plan. He also wanted to make sure we were happy with the build. He treated our property as his own. I am a very hard person to please, but I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Pachota Construction. Thanks Bill and crew.

Pachota Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen which involved completely gutting it down to the studs, removing soffits/ceiling, and installing a beam in the ceiling which was previously sagging. They made my whole kitchen vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is impeccable and we are continuously getting compliments about how great it looks. The whole team at Pachota was great to work with and very transparent whenever something unexpected came up (ex. the sagging ceiling). They were also very willing to work with our budget and recommend alternatives options to try to keep the project within our budget which we really appreciated. The crew was very respectful of our property and kept things cleaned and contained when they left for the day. Our kitchen is by far our favorite place to be in the house now and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Pachota Construction for the remodel.

We hired Pachota to remodel our bathroom and they did an AWESOME job!! The project was managed wonderfully. Bill and his son Matthew did a great job from beginning to end. We had Pachota do a complete bathroom remodel. It is about 10’x11’. They were the only company that said yes to all our requests. Complete gut to the studs, spray foam insulation, heated tile floor, complete flush floor room with shower.The lead time from initial request to start of project was long but once they started they worked constantly to get it done.The quality of everything is great. The full flush heated tile floor is amazing. We are very are glad we waited to have Pachota do our master bathroom.

We hired Pachota construction to remove an existing three season porch 200 square feet with a footing and build a 400 square foot living room on a craw space with a first floor laundry room then take are little gally kitchen extending it into the old living room removing a load bearing wall transforming it into a beautiful kitchen with a seating and giving us a dining room for entertaining the project was professionally handled from the start the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Working with Bill, Matt, and Ashley and there crew was a pleasure, We are very happy with how the project looked when completed.

I highly recommend Pachota Construction. We had them remodel a jack-and-jill bath that was original to the house into two separate bathrooms. It was a quirky job that presented some unique challenges but they handled everything with ease. Pams design help and input on the selection of materials was extremely helpful. Bill was involved every step of the way helping to troubleshoot and make sure things were going smoothly. The crew was great, too. They were very friendly and conscientious about our home, making sure to leave the job site clean and organized each day. Their craftsmanship is great. We are very pleased with the final results. This review is long overdue and for that we apologize! We had the pleasure of working with Pachota Contruction for our Kitchen remodel during the summer of 2021. Our 1962 Kitchen was original to our home, with bandaids and lipstick added over the years and it was time for a total gut. We had quotes from several contractors, and it took years before we finally selected someone, but we are so glad we waited and worked with Pachota. From our first visit with our designer and subsequent visits by the owner to discuss our structure and the construction process we felt informed and valued as customers. Our project was down to the studs and included dated soffit removal and a wall removal to open up our small space. The process may have taken longer than usual due to Covid issues, but we understood this, were prepared, and felt we were completely informed along the way. The customer service and quality of workmanship provided by this family business was outstanding. All of the staff and subcontractors were professional and courteous, and I always felt my questions and concerns were dealt with respectfully and on a timely basis. Thank you Bill, Matt, Ashley , Les and all of your staff and contractors for our beautiful new kitchen that we so thoroughly enjoy!

We had our kitchen remodeled and the floors throughout the entire first floor of our home replaced by Bill and his team in the Fall of 2019 and had a fantastic experience. Bills attention to detail was extremely impressive, down to even the smallest details. His crew was also friendly, respectful, and very skilled. Our home is over 100 years old and has some odd quirks which included taking down a wall and putting in a new beam, but Bill and his team were able to handle all of them. The kitchen really turned out better than we ever could have imagined, now when we watch HGTV or other home improvement shows we say our kitchen is nicer than that!. Also shoutout to Pam for her work with us on the design, she was responsive to changes we had and the end product turned out even better than her renderings.I have already recommended Pachota Construction to friends and I would recommend them to anyone reading this, we had a great experience and already have plans for future projects with them.

My wife and I were so excited to have our new bathroom remodel completed by Patchota construction that we forgot to post our review. Our new bathroom is beautiful and much larger than our original builder designed bathroom. This is not the result of adding on, rather the result of a complete redesign, tub removal and relocating the shower, storage cabinet and toilet. Now there is a much better flow and a luxurious new walk-in shower with both a waterfall showerhead and waterfall design. Patchota has an in- house designer and a project manager who both work with you to ensure that your layout works and that you are selecting the best materials, fixtures and cabinetry. The install crew was great taking special care to protect both our existing wood floors and carpets. They also placed plastic curtains as needed to protect our bedroom and the general hallway. We did not have debris throughout the house as you hear with some other company’s renovations. Scheduling the work easy and the few subcontractors used were also great and very professional. Whenever we had to leave our house we felt very comfortable leaving the workers on the job and telling them to lock up when they left. Finally we did have a few change orders which Patchota was very understanding about and the prices for the additional work were very reasonable. If we have any other home renovations we wouldn’t think twice about using Patchota Construction again. Thank you Bill, Matthew and Ashley for a wonderful project.

We were looking for a company that would help us with updating the design on our master bathroom. We were fortunate to find Pachota Construction! Bill & Matt Pachota, and their team of sub-contractors, did an absolutely outstanding job of designing and remodeling our old master bathroom. We asked for a complete tear-out of our bathroom, down to the studs, with everything updated - new toilet, a new vanity, and replace the old tub with a walk-in show. Bill personally called every night to update us on which sub-contractors would be showing up the next day. Often, Bill would drop by to check on the work and progress. The entire Pachota family was a dream to work with! We feel Pachota construction delivered WAY above and beyond what we have experienced with past contactors! We will definitely hire them again when it’s time to tear out and update our kitchen!

I contacted Bill for a bathroom remodel. He is professional, timely, and completes his work with precision and quality. Bill and his crew were great to have work in my home. Each night he left my house clean and picked up so there were as little of disturbance in our day to day living. We loved this each evening!!!The bathroom project was a full demolition with movement of plumbing, electrical components, and change in walls/ceilings all were done very well. Bill and his crew did a complete job. I removed my old tub and converted the space into a fully tiled with sitting area bench. The end product is exactly how I described each and every wish. We contracted Pachota Construction to remodel our basement kitchen. The pluses were the staff, including the owner was very friendly and courteous and aimed to please. The negative side is our project took way too long. The project started in the took all summer. The reasons were due to various reasons such as materials not being in stock. This occurred despite us signing the contract and putting down a $20K deposit more than 6 months before the job started. In summary, staff was courteous and professional but planning could do better.

In 2015 we did a major renovation to our Livonia home which included removal of walls, complete new kitchen, Pella windows, covered patio porch, bathrooms, roof, siding, gutters, hardwood floors and on and on. Bill Pachota was an amazing contractor who completed everything with professionalism and outstanding project oversight. I just sold the home in one week, we had over 4000 views on Zillow in five days. Our home showed amazingly. The renovations considerably increased my appraisal value. Bill is honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him for any home remodel.

We had Pachota Construction deconstruct everything in our existing main bathroom. The work was completed under budget and all the work was completed in the timeframe we were told by Bill. Our new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. In the space where our old tub was removed, we now have a large walk-in shower. All new electrical, plumbing,ceramic flooring, installation of vanity, lighting. We cannot brag enough about the great job Bill did in our home. Wow! I honestly couldnt be more happy! I made an appointment with Bill Pachota and he came out right away. I got lucky that his guys were available the following morning. I had Pete and Luke out to repair a leak at the peak of my Bungalow and switch out a broken window. They also hung an entry and storm doors that needed to be craftily hung. They knew exactly what to do. Their attention to detail is impeccable. The work they did was fantastic and everything is perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectable. Very affordable! I will definitely be using Pachota again very soon. Thank you guys!!

We just had our kitchen completely remodeled by Bill and Jim from Pachota Construction. Wow! What an amazing job they d...id! They are by far the best we have worked with for remodeling needs. Bill always followed through on what he said he was going to do and made sure evertything was done thoroughly as if it were his own kitchen. He never let us down. Remodeling a kitchen can be stressful and time consuming however Bill and Jim made sure to move things along and stay on schedule. They also cleaned up once they were done for the day. We couldnt be at home each day to oversee the progress but were very comfortable with them being there alone. Its like they were part of our family. We plan to have our main bathroom remodeled in the near future and will not hesitate to have Pachota Construction do the work. They truly are the best in the area and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bill remodeled our dungeon basement into a bright space in 2013. I trust Bill and his team to work in my house. His workers are respectful and always clean up after themselves every day prior to leaving. Bill is very responsive to frequent inquiries and always answered all my questions. The price he charges is somewhat higher than some other contractors, but you get what you pay for, Bill and his team are top notch Contractors. Well be calling on him soon to remodel our kitchen!

Pachota took on our project, which had a few complicating factors. It took a long time to get the project started, which was our only disappointment. There was a lot going on with the families, so we understood. One complicating factor with our job included breaking through cement to lay new water lines. Once they broke through the cement they found a large empty space under the cement, including the garage floor. They found a contractor to fill the hole, and it appears to be doing the trick. There was ductwork and so forth that had to be moved to another wall and it appears to be working. In the end, we have a working tiled shower in our half bath now and a remodeled and reconfigured laundry room, with a new tiled floor in both. The end result is beautiful. The project was not inexpensive, and took some time, but we plan to stay in our home for now, so it was worth it.

If you want the work done right the first time, then Pachota Construction is the best choice. Pachota Construction fixed siding on a previous home of mine that was poorly installed which caused the siding to buckle and look just awful. They also fixed a roof leak from an addition. Id definitely hire them again for my next home project.

In our bathroom we wanted to replace the tub with a shower stall and add ceramic tiles to the floor & walls. Bills company detailed all the steps necessary and when the day finally arrived his guys showed up every day on time. As other people mentioned, the attention to detail was impressive. They explained everything as they went along and made sure I was happy. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and when the job was completely done they tested everything and did a walkthru with me to make sure all details were covered. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone who needs home improvements.

They were fast and everything was cleaned up after they finished the job. Bill worked hard to find a comparable brick color and texture to match the current brick work and you cant even tell that its different. Id use him again.

Beforehand, we had researched our bathroom project and weeded out our choices of contractors who seemed best suited for our needs. This is why we chose Pachota Construction LLC of Livonia, MI for our home improvements. In the end, he confirmed that we made the right decision. William and his diligent team work together with the homeowner(s) in making your project come to life. They treat your home as if they were working on their own. Being flexible, reasonable and having every detail in writing makes the project go smoothly and knowing an end date. The new modern bathroom is stunning and looks like it was right out of a magazine. Making recommendations to save the homeowners budgeted costs was another deciding factor. Now for my disclaimer. We are not related to or have any business connections with Pachota Construction. Without a doubt, we will call on his services again to satisfy our future needs and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Bill and his crew at Pachota Construction have done work on two of our homes and we were VERY happy with the work they did. When we lived in Livonia he gutted and remodeled both of our bathrooms. The results were fabulous. When we moved to Macomb Twp., he came all the way out to finish off our basement, including busting up the floor to plumb for a bathroom. Again, the results were fantastic!! He and his crew were professional, on time, tarped off the whole house and cleaned up after themselves every day! I can not say enough good things about Pachota Construction and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.
