A member of Sterling construction knocked on my door from doing a inspection in the neighborhood and told me I had storm damage on my house which I had a lot of I agreed to do a claim he walked me through it made everything streamline, and effort list for me after the adjuster came out, I was approved for a roof after The work put in by Sterling construction. It was a great one day installation cleanup was flawless I mean, not even one piece of material was left to be picked up. It was spotless. Finally Marco the exterior specialist came and filled out a certificate of completion and left me happy. I highly recommend Sterling construction and roofing for your roof replacement needs and also insurance claims.

    My name is Shirley. I am a senior citizen and my husband is completely blind. I needed someone that I could trust without a company trying to take advantage of me and Sterling construction did take care of me. Everything they said they were going to do they did it and did a final walk around. I only had one question about my satellite dish which the project manager took care of that everything was perfect.     Sterling Construction and Roofing did our rooftop power vent replacement. I did the motor before and it failed. They were able to give me an estimate right away. Plus, they answered all of my extra questions about proper attic ventilation. The install was thorough and efficient. Then after the repair and payment, Sterling himself called for the follow up.     The first time I hired Sterling Construction was about four years ago, Sterling came out and completed a small roof replacement that I was satisfied with fast-forward to about a week ago. They completed the remaining exterior remodeling needs, and I couldnā€™t be happier. They got the job done within one day. The only issue I had was a small amount of debris at the backyard during the install. I made one phone call to the project manager and all the debris were moved so I could exit out of the back door. No complaints whatsoever. It happens on active job sites. My wife is happy with the project. I will continue to use the company for the future.

    Hello i am a first time home owner and a single women. I have never had a experience with a company like i have had with sterling construction and roofing. It was truly great!!! The project manager kept me up to speed with all the details during the roof, siding & gutters being installed. I was updated periodically during certain milestones of the project come to find out via other automation system, so I never missed a beat. The dumpster was picked up the same day after the last phase of work was completed. The grounds were cleaned up as of they were never here. I would hands down recommend this company! Personal feel, i didnt get thrown around to multiple people. I felt the care of true customer service from sterling construction and roofing.Thank you! 5 stars you guys!

    The roofing job was completed ahead of schedule and the guys worked hard. My complaint and the reason I couldnā€™t give 5 stars is because some items were damaged in my front yard I had to pick up trash, cigarette butts and other items after they were finished. I personally felt that although they worked hard to get the roofing done, there was some negligence and lack of respect of my property.

    Bruce, Javier, and their team did a great job!My roof was leaking, flashing gone, visible board damage from the attic, and old in general. The Renaissance guys were great to work with. Very up front with cost and timing, and willing to answer any questions I had. The new roof took only half a day for the install and the guys cleaned up the yard extremely well! (doubly impressive since basically all of the boards had to be replaced). Im very glad that they took the time to take magnets through the yard to catch any stray nails. We have a dog who loves to find nails so its appreciated.If I ever need another roof, Ill definitely call them back

    I hired Renaissance Roofing in November after multiple shingles on my roof blew off. I called to schedule an initial consultation and they literally came out the next day to provide me with estimate. They were able to complete the service ahead of schedule and came out the day after Thanksgiving to do the work. While they were installing new shingles they did a full roof inspection and let me know of other areas that needed shingle replacements. The crew was able to fix the additional shingles right on the spot. The employees were hard working, timely, and great to work with! Many roofing companies wont take smaller scale roofing jobs and instead will only do new roof installations, so I was beyond pleased that Renaissance Roofing would take my smaller job and charge me a very fair price for the work. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs smaller roof repairs! These guys are awesome!

    I was given at schedule date for the repair of loose and damaged vinyl siding and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call asking if they would be able to do the work earlier than was originally scheduled. The repair crew showed up on time, reviewed with me what I wanted done and explained how they were going to do it. After they had completed the repairs and thoroughly cleaned up the area they made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.     I would give more stars if I could!! From the first time I communicated with Sterling I knew that I would book the job and work started a week later. Everything was done very efficiently and the crew was very professional. The dumpster and shingles were delivered on day one, the 8 man crew was there the next, the dumpster was removed on day 3. Job started at 9am and done by 4:30pm... including the tear off. Went with the mid priced shingle and got 25% off on our home ownerā€™s insurance. Amazing job, quick/efficient service, fair price, and polite crew. Since most people only deal with a roofing company every 20-25 years, doing it right the first time is so important. Highly recommend Renaissance Contracting!

    My husband contacted Renaissance Roofing for a roof replacement because our roof was in such despair. The companyā€™s owner Sterling came out and was very professional. We hired them for the job. When they arrived 11/11/20 They wore and had their company logos on their clothing, vehicles, and dumpsters. Sterling (the owner) introduced his project manager Mario Perez to my husband and I, as point of contact.Mario and his crew were always on time and present on site. Our roof ended up being a bigger project than any of us expected but they handled the job exceptionally well! Mario would ensure that if I had a question or concern that he would take care of it, and he did! He had a cleanup person cleanup debris that filtered in the house.As the job was coming to an end Sterling and Mario came back out to do a walk around and came across a couple of small things that needed to be done. Mario came out and power washed our entire drive way because of some stains that were left on it. While he was (PW) I happened to ask Mario (since he had the power washer) if he could power wash my front porch, and he said yes!!! I was so excited!! When I tell you that this company has ā€œGreatā€ customer service... believe me they exhibit it! Mario Perez is The Best!! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!My husband and I will be contacting Renaissance Roofing back out for some other projects on the spring/summer.

    I met with the owner, Sterling. I needed repair of my trim boards all around my house. Although his specialty is roofing and gutters I felt very fortunate to have him do the work.     I was referred to Renaissance by a friend of mine who had a great experience with them! I made an appointment but they were actually able to provide me with a quote for some gutter repairs and roof insulation without needing access to home which was great! Overall they were communicative, professional and did good work.The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the installation team disconnected my furnace ducts/vents and thermostat wire during installation. I had to call and have someone come back and reconnect it. Similarly, they missed a section in my attic and had to have someone come back on 2 separate occasions.

    Our experience with Renaissance contracting was awesome! We called a couple companies & 2 out of the 3 turned down our job for being to Small for there ā€œbusy seasonā€. Renaissance contracting not only said they wanted our business, but we got the job done the next day. We got a quote and a video of the problems we had with our roof and gave us a recommendation with 3 different options. There was no high pressure selling and they definitely didnt take advantage of the fact that we needed to fix our roof ASAP. They were really down to earth people.     Renaissance contracting a company I had no idea about I actually ran into the owner as he was estimating another roof near my neighborhood.     We hired Renaissance to do a few different repair projects for us. They do excellent work just as the other reviews suggest. I highly suggest using Renaissance if you need any roofing, siding, etc. work done. They will give you a fair price and they do really solid work without cutting any corners. Erik called me the morning of the appt to introduce himself and confirm appt time. He showed up promptly at scheduled time with another inspector, Patrick.     This company is top notch. The owner Sterling is a great listener, has a head for the business, relatable and really cares for his employees.
