Kevin prepared a 12x12 area for a shed. Our lawn has a bit of a slope - so he really needed to build up the area to prepare for our shed. He answered my call right away, gave me a quote the same day and was quick to come out and do all the work. He did a great job and cleaned up everything afterward. We are very happy with everything. Highly recommend him and would use him again in the future!

We asked Kevin to fine grade and prepare for seeding about a third of our yard which was disturbed when a pipe was laid under this section of yard. Kevin was easy to work with, he listened to what we wanted done, he did excellent work, and his price was fair. We would not hesitate to work with him again, and we have already recommended him to some neighbors.

We new it would be a challenging job, and we struggled to find someone who was willing and available to restore it. Fortunately, we found McManus Mini Excavating, and are thrilled with the results. I don’t normally do reviews, with that being said I had to do a review for McManus mini excavating. I give Kevin five stars for the work that he performed. I had flooding in my garage and he had done a French drain behind it that looked beautiful with the finish stone on top, I had another contractor that didn’t do the job correctly and Kevin solved the problem thank you Kevin. I had concrete in my yard that he ripped up and stumps and trees that were dead that he ripped out now my backyard looks like a Park it is a beautiful job. Kevin is very professional, very personable and very reliable again I highly recommend McManus mini excavating to do your job he will be the only contractor that I will work with from now on.

We highly recommend Kevin. He did two jobs for us. He’s prompt, fair, skilled, honest and hard working. Our lawn was a disaster and he made it look beautiful! He fixed our sewer pipe and we haven’t had an issue since. Excellent contractor!

Kevin is a very professional and friendly businessman who does great work. Our driveway, that is on a hill, has washed out several times after hard rainy weather. He came up with a plan to divert the water by putting drainage pipes/tiles under parts of the driveway. We just had a couple of days of rain and so far so good! Very reasonably priced, kind workers and a solution to our problem. You can’t go wrong with Kevin Contracting.
