This company is so professional and does impeccable work! They were referred to me by my neighbor, who had the same exceptional experience as we did. Very reasonably priced and takes pride in the work they do. We had to have a lot of work done, including a new drain installation that required quite away to a main drain. Amongst several sinks and several waterline filtration system hook-ups.No need to look any further for a plumber as this company has it all. I’m very impressed, as I have worked with several different plumbers. This company by far is the best! Look at all the room they left me with in my main sink cabinet! Very nice. Tight fit way in the back.

We cant thank Waters of Life Plumbing enough for their expert services, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and for repairing our MYSTERY plumbing issue. We had a severely clogged basement bathroom sink that nobody was able to figure out, until we had Waters of Life out. Wed had multiple plumbers look at our issue and make fixes that didnt end up working in the long run. Some of the other plumbers also offered outrageous repairs beyond our request and/or had very high price tags. Josh made us feel incredibly comfortable with the process by listening to our requests + our current understandings of what we saw going on w/ the plumbing at the time. He explained what we should expect for the repair, and was very friendly. His crew showed up on time to perform the work, again explained everything to us, and cleaned up after themselves. We are SO HAPPY that these guys had the knowledge, skills, tools, and tenacity to really think & work through our plumbing issue. I will recommend them to all my friends, family, and business partners. And theyll definitely be our go-to plumber from now on!

They helped us with three bathrooms- they were very helpful and available when we were trying to buy fixtures, ensuring we had the correct parts for the job. Once the job started, they showed up promptly on time and stayed until the jobs were done. They wanted to make sure they weren’t the reason our job was delayed. We recently did an interior remodel, including two bathrooms, and they were big changes, a lot of work moving tubs, showers and toilets to new locations. These guys were here on time every day they were planned to be by the project manager, and were just such professionals. Cleaned up everything after every work session, etc and the job turned out perfectly.A few days ago our garbage disposal died, and we had a dripping outdoor faucet. I called them, they said they could come in a few days (it was a Friday) and diagnosed what parts would be needed and where to get them (Home Depot). Buying them myself would save us a lot of $$$$ over them spending time sourcing parts. I was surprised by that, most shops like to make money every way they possibly can.So, he just left, hes was a super good guy as always and educated me on both repairs. The bill was still not cheap, about $300, but plumbers are expensive.Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company after a fail from another plumber that attempted to diagnose a laundry drain pipe issue. The company responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and was able to come out and complete the work within a few days, with the actual repair taking just a couple of hours. The team was professional and kind, and was even willing to spend extra time making sure the hole cut into our wall had very clean edges (we just had the interior of our home painted before this plumbing mishap). The price was fair for the level of work that needed to be done. Great experience during a stressful time, 10/10 recommend.

We had an urgent situation that called for an expert plumbing team due to a gas leak. The team was very communicative and while other companies were quoting extravagant prices his team found a cost effective solution to take care of the problem. Honest and hardworking, they stayed after hours and walked our tenant through the issue and what they did to fix it. Top notch customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I myself just recently used Josh to replace a shot water heater at an income property I just closed on. The old water heater needed to be replaced immediately as I planned on renting the home out ASAP. Josh being the professional he is understood my sense of urgency and had the new water heater installed within 2 days from the day I contacted him. He also took care of additional plumbing issues that came up during my inspection report and only charged me a small fraction of what other plumbers would have charged me. Caitlin and Josh were very friendly, responsive, and professional when we called in a panic about a broken pipe. Everything was fixed the next day and we appreciated the honesty when they walked us through the different repair options and pros and cons (and cost) of each. The quality of the work was excellent. We will definitely use them again especially if we have any big renovations, we trust that they would be honest and fair about pricing and time needed to complete the project!
