I shopped around a few places for my water softener install Les was fair priced and did a great job. So much so that when my water heater started to go out I used time again! We have used Les many times and every time he has been on time, kind, and does a great job. Twice we’ve called him for an emergency and he arrived within an hour (or less) after hours to fix the water issue. I would refer him to anyone that needs a plumber. He’s fixed multiple issues and he installed new plumbing for a bathroom basement for us. Each time time we were very happy with the work.

We adore this plumber! He installed a great new water heater and was able to suggest a very reasonably priced size upgrade for our family. Shortly thereafter a giant amount of rain took out our sump pump. Les came right away for the replacement and helped us find an alternative restoration company when the one out insurance company had was unavailable. The service was truly above and beyond. We will happily call again for our plumbing needs and are thrilled to recommend Bravo to others.

My in-laws were visiting from out of town. It was a snowy slushy spring day, I had a couple faucets, completely fail and start leaking. Luckily a quick Google search gave me bravo initiatives contact number and they were able to send out a plumber within two hours to address my needs and the guy even repaired my main shut off valve. I would easily recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs, there isn’t much that is going to slow these guys down!

I contacted Bravo Initiative, Inc. when my sump pump stopped working and they promptly replaced it in one day although the crawl space under my basement is extremely narrow. Additionally, when it shifted a bit and was making some low vibrational noise, I notified them and they arrived the very next day to solve the problem with no extra charge. Reasonably priced, efficient and reliable. Recommended them to other family members as well and the service has been consistently excellent. Well deserved 5 stars!

Les came out for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning for us. Our water main valve had stopped working and we had a slow leak we couldnt shut off. Les had all the right tools, shutting off the main at the road, replacing our failed valve, and checking our other connections and valves at the same time. Overall he was quick and reasonably priced, even for emergency weekend work. I recommended Les to my friends the next week when their water heater quit and he took great care of them too! Any plumbing needs, give Les a call!

Les helped me out big time when I moved into my place. The previous owners had flipped the house and done their own plumbing and it’s safe to say they were not concerned about being up to code. Les redid a bunch of drain work, some outside spigots, and serviced the water heater. He also referred me to some tile guys to help with some bathroom remodeling and was quick to respond when the team found more drain problems during demo. He’s easy to work with, explains things thoroughly, and communicates well. Totally trust him to do the job right and at a reasonable price for his time and expertise.

During our high rise condo remodel in downtown Denver, Les removed and replaced the plumbing (water and drain) in our kitchen and two bathrooms. He also installed all sinks, both toilets and a bathtub. Working in a downtown high rise is difficult but Les made it look easy. He subsequently has reset a toilet and replaced two older main water valves. He is very accommodating to adjust his schedule and is definitely very knowledgeable regarding all plumbing issues and solutions!

Les & crew did a great job. They replaced a double kitchen sink for me with a single drain. They had to cut the marble countertop for the new sink to fit, and they replumbed everything underneath with new pipes, made sure the disposal was positioned right, and also helped set up the touchless faucet. They were friendly, fast, and very professional. Their pricing was very fair as well. I highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.

My whole house shut-off valve was stuck open and I knew it was only a matter of time until some emergency required it to be shut off. This was an important project for my house so I received quotes from several plumbers, and it was an easy choice to hire Les. He is a master plumber with decades of experience and its obvious from his flawless work. He was courteous, helpful about answering my questions, and cleaned up after the work was done. The soldered connections look perfect, and everything is lined up. Theres a lot of peace of mind knowing I dont need to worry about leaks.
