    I realized that I had not posted the first business review when I used this company so you will see two reviews with my name.My first call was to Brian at Efficient Plumbing Services when I had a plumbing problem. My basement ceiling had fallen down and a ton of water was continuously leaking. Brian made time in his busy schedule to fix my plumbing issue with his incredible knowledge and expertise. I have recommend him to neighbors and we have all had such great work and beautiful conversations. I can’t recommend him enough! Here are the before and after pics.

    We had a hot water heater go out on the Friday before Memorial day. We contacted Brian and he saw us on Saturday, reviewed our options, supplied us with the information for us to decide our course of action. We responded back with the purchase of a tank less hot water heater which he installed on Tuesday to get us back up and running. He then returned on Wednesday to add a couple of things necessary for our specific home requirements. Not only did he work with us and stick to his quote, he worked with our financial situation to ensure we did not experience hardship. Overall he is professional, kind, efficient and overall a decent human being. I strongly recommend him for whatever needs you might have.

    The house had some kind of funky plumbing done under the sink when my son bought the house that was Built-in 1982 but had an upgrade to the kitchen that was not done to code. Brian was professional,on time and his is work is a piece of art. We are thrilled with no more smell coming from under sink due to poor drainage!

    I called Brian regarding having my basement drain snaked because it had been backing up slightly. He assured me that his technician Carlos would do a fine job. Carlos arrived within three hours and proceeded to snake my drain lines from below the kitchen faucet to the exterior outlet in the basement. He also performed a digital camera inspection for me to review. Throughout the service Carlos was amicable, professional and provided insight into maintaining my sewer lines.I am very satisfied with the service provided and competitive price.     Emergency situation where my water heater burst and I needed a replacement. Brian quickly responded and made time to stop by within a couple hours of my initial email. He quickly assessed the situation, prepared a competitive quote and gave me his schedule.     Brian repaired an interior leak to our sprinkler system and also fixed our shut off/on valves to the main water supply. He did a great job and was communicative on price and length of time for the project.     Friendly, calm and confident, Brian knows his plumbing. He kept in communication so my expectations were clear. Him and Matthew were both very professional, yet friendly, and worked hard and efficiently. They were able to roll with the punches of locating the water shut off and deal with the prior owners creative and also out of code original work. Our new faucet is perfect and works like a charm.     Brian came out promptly to look at our leak. Although he planned on only a small job, the issue caused him to spend 5+ hours at our house.     Brian did a great job of repairing our water supply line with 2 new gate valves, repairing a sprinkler supply line and a sprinkler pressure relief valve. We have used 2 other plumbers in the last 2 years for other major plumbing projects. Brian did the work for a fair price compared to the other 2 who were more expensive for the same amount of work. I would highly recommend him.

    I contacted Brian on a Monday morning and he came the same day to evaluate and provide an estimate. He was able to order a replacement unit and did the installation the following day.     There is a reason Efficient Plumbing Services gets 5 star reviews. Brian repaired an old bathtub faucet. First he stopped by to look at the problem and provide an estimate, which was very reasonable. Then he purchased the parts needed and returned to fix the faucet. It took about an hour to do all of this. I now have a fully operational tub/shower. Excellent, excellent, excellent service. I should also mention that Brian is very personable and cares about his customers. I will hire him again, without hesitation, and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. Hes top notch!

    Our house’s pressure regulating valve was causing some noise and vibrations in the pipes and needed to be replaced.     Brian was quick to respond and very friendly. I hired him to replace two leaking valves supplying the washing machine, to add a shutoff valve to the house, and replace a leaky garbage disposal. The workmanship was great, and the cost was better than other plumbers Ive worked with. I plan to call Brian for any of my future plumbing needs.

A month later we had an issue with it and he happened to be unavailable that day to come out, but sent a few other guys to fix it free of charge.     Brian was very responsive to a critical pipe leak. He recommended an option that included a more complete solution than just the repair of the leak, which made sense to me. The fees seemed fair and the quality of the work seems good. He bid the work up front and stayed true to the cost estimate despite running into some unexpected delays

    Our garbage disposal was leaking so we called Brian. A year ago, Brian replaced valves so the replacement washer/dryer would be up to code. Brian did clean work replacing the garbage disposal. Along the way, Brian looked at the water heater and noted it is not up to code, showing us where problems are. The heater is 8 years old and we plan to move in a few years, so, preventive medicine, we asked Brian to replace the heater. A few days later he did, the job went smoothly, the plumbing is solid (Brian is conscientious), and we have good heat. We would be glad to invite Brian back.

They have all been working perfectly now for a month.Brian was also super responsive when there was an issue with a faulty part as well as when the gas line needed additional attention.If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, responsive, and capable of plumbing needs, Brian is your man.The only nit pick I have is in regards to my technical knowledge of the products he is installing. Be sure to do your research on any technical details of how the products operate and what their capabilities are. Specifically in this case, water heater recirculation and Smart controller for Tankless water heater.I didnt do the research beforehand, and in the end probably wouldnt have made a different choice, but was expecting more knowledge in this area to avoid my time/research.All that said, I would absolutely use Brian again.

    We had a very odd, intermittent issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater... the type of issue that takes a lot of patience and persistence to repair. Brian had just that and did a great job of trouble shooting to find just the specific issue to repair, not replace everything as was proposed by a competitor. It is working great now.

    Brian Dixon came to our house within a hour of calling him. He replaced a bathroom fixture and did some additional work to the water pipe in the basement. He worked very efficiently and was very attentive to cleaning up the areas where he worked when he was finished. I cannot comment on his pricing because we did not connect other plumbers to compare but we were definitely pleased with his service to us.
