    I recently purchased a new home in Littleton Massachusetts, and wanted clean water to be a priority for my new healthy space. I called Rob and had him guide me on the installation of a whole house water filtration system along with an under the counter filter for my cooking and drinking water. He and his staff were reliable, knowledgeable and caring. I feel so good about the water quality in my home. And my copper pipes are beautiful! Thank you Rob.

    This was our first time using RH West and Bob did a great job. I was looking to replace some faucets and toilets in 2 bathrooms and it can be really hard to find people when you have a small job. Bob was quick to get back to me, was able to get the job done right away, and did it at a very fair price. He did an excellent job and left everything clean and neat. We will use them again when our next plumbing problem arises.

    This was our first experience with Bob and his team but they were strongly recommended by several trusted neighbors. Bob was extremely responsive via phone and text when our old water heater gave up, checked the warranty on the old tank for us and quoted multiple options for replacement. In the end his team had a new (and improved) water heater installed before noon on the next business day. We had expected to be without hot water for much longer. Very impressed!

    From the first call, RH West made me feel very comfortable, and they were very easy to work with. Prompt, thorough, -they even went out and purchased a faucet for me on their own time. He took some extra time to discuss a couple of upcoming renovation projects and made recommendations for the most efficient plumbing solutions for our situation. This is an easy 5 stars ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone needing a plumber to give them a call first.

    I had all 3 outdoor water shutoff valves leaking. I contacted R & H Plumbing ang they gave me very quick and honest estimate and got job done in no time. Im very happy and impressed about their work. I will definitely recommend R & H plumbing and give them any plumbing work if I have any issue with plumbing.

    My kitchen sink faucet broke, so I was looking to have it repaired/replaced ASAP (doing dishes in the bathroom was a PITA). After calling several local plumbing services and learning of their project-based pricing (ridiculously overpriced IMO) and long lead time for appointments, I heard about RH West thru a friend of my sister in western MA. I called, Bob answered, and quickly answered my questions and was able to explain his simple and straightforward hourly pricing model. He understood that my needs were a small repair, but that I was inconvenienced until it was fixed. I bought a new faucet, texted Bob, and he was able to get a crew to my house within 24 hrs (your mileage may vary). The RH West guys were punctual, professional and efficient with their time (greatly appreciated when paying by the hour). The new faucet was installed and all under-sink shutoffs rebuilt. They even took away the old parts, and cleaned up the sink. They were in and out in less than an hour, and the work was first rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RH WEST PLUMBING!

    RH West returned my call the same day, listened to my requirements, gave me a rough idea of cost and was able to come the same day.It is hard to find a good plumber that calls you back and will do a smaller repair job. So I was pretty happy with RH West even before they arrived.When they did arrive, they tried to save me money with a repair and as soon as it was clear that was either not going to work or would cost more in labor than the replacement, they switched plans and replaced the defective faucet. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and friendly and worked efficiently.I will use RH West again if I need plumbing assistance.

    I had a great experience with Bob, the owner of RH West Plumbing. He installed a whole house filter for my home at a fair price. He also repaired a clawfoot tub shower conversation that was incorrectly installed by another contractor. Bob is a high demand plumber because he does great work so if you cant connect with him immediately (for non emergency calls) just practice a little patience until his schedule opens up. Its definitely worth it!

    R.H.West Plumbing arrived at my house to replace 8 shutoff water valves, which were 42 years old. They showed up on time, in fact a bit early, worked straight through with no stoppage, finished in the estimated time and charged the estimated (reasonable) amount. Fast, clean work and completed the work in a real professional fashion, I consider them tops in the area, seriously. I would not consider this job an easy one, but Bob and his co-worker Josh did an outstanding job, making it look so easy. Thanks guys, I will be calling you again. KDG

    Rinnai tankless water heater broke on a Sunday. Contacted RH West that afternoon and they arrived first thing Monday morning. Very professional, smart guys. Diagnosed the problem quickly, overnighted parts, and installed the next day! Couldn’t be happier with their service in a desperate time of need. Price was VERY reasonable.

    I took a day off work to be home for a plumber from another company and they cancelled on me. I called R. H. West and they came the same day replaced my faucet and drain pipe so my day off wasnt wasted. The guys did a great job and the price was fair too. I definitely recommend them!

    I can’t say enough good things about RH West Plumbing and Heating. Bob was very responsive and professional. He installed a water line for our new fridge and when the company who delivered the fridge wouldn’t hook it up, he came right back over to make sure everything was working properly. I feel his price was fair and I wouldn’t call another plumber!

    Bob and his crew did all the plumbing for my complete house renovation. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, oil tank replacement, baseboard heating piping and heater install.
