    My appointment was scheduled quickly. And despite only having pictures to go by, Ryan guaranteed that my shower drain would no longer leak. He replaced the ancient p trap and brought the rest of the pipe up so it wouldnt have negative flow. Im very pleased with the work!

    I highly recommend Walk on Water Plumbing. I contacted Steve in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in by the end of the day to replace a leaking hot water heater.It wasn’t the ideal space (very tight) for him to work to replace the heater but he was a real pro and finished in a surprisingly good time.     We remodeled our shower and after everything was done we discovered the water pressure was very weak. We hired another plumber who came, charged us for a service call and didn’t fix the problem, claiming our brand new valve must be clogged.I called Steve and the next day he came by, adjusted the valve properly and fixed the issue.     Steve was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about our service. He was able to come out same day and install a new water heater (no more cold showers). His work was great, very knowledgeable in explaining everything, and was reasonably priced vs other companies. THE BEST THING - he drove to Home Depot and helped me return my old water heater and get store credit! He will be my go to plumber going forward.

    Great service and best price. After receiving 7-8 quotes, Steve was by far the least expensive and completed the entire job without changing the price. He was timely, efficient, and communicated well. I appreciate that he walked me through all that needed to be done in order to bring it up to code.     It was the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. When I tried to reopen the gate valves to our main water supply, they were stuck closed. That meant we were without water for the whole house, and could be without water for the entire long weekend. Desperate, I consulted Next Door and found a strong recommendation for Walk on Water Plumbing. When I called, I was surprised to get an answer from Steve Thompson. When I explained my predicament, he not only responded quickly, but he had the repairs done within hours of my initial call. I was pleasantly surprised. He did the work quickly and his quality was excellent. He is so professional and personable, that before long it felt like I had not only a professional plumber in my house, but a trusted friend. Given our urgent situation on a holiday weekend, he could easily have taken advantage of us. He didnt. The price he charged was so fair and reasonable, I paid him cheerfully.     We have now had two positive experiences with Walk on Water Plumbing. The first was an install of three complicated Toto skirted toilets over concrete slab and the second was a repair to a bathtub drain and shower valve that another plumber installed incorrectly. In each case the work was scheduled promptly, Steve and his team showed up on time, they resolved the problems expeditiously and completely and they charged a fair price. In our case they also did a good job documenting for us what the other plumber did incorrectly so that we could maintain a paper trail. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

    Steve and Ariel are awesome. Very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. We had a water heater that was on its last leg, and these guys got it replaced in no time while also making sure the gas and water connections were up to code. Their pricing was also far better than the other shops we researched. Highly recommend.
