I found my hot water heater leaking early in the morning and started to get quotes. The plumbing source had the best price and they were able to come out the same day to remove and install. Clair, and Steve the owner were very nice and helpful. Blake and Austin did a great job!

A perfect experience from start to finish!Had our water heater replaced by The Plumbing Source and are extremely happy with their work. Blake came over the same day we called for an estimate, quickly assessed the situation (including all the unique challenges of a very tight available space and access issues), discussed the brands/models/options available (and their pros/cons), and provided a complete, fair and honest quote on the spot (which was accurate because he would be the one to do the job!).Later that day, we discovered a potential alternative model and wanted to know the impact it would have on the quote and whether the model’s slightly better specs were of value. Steve, the owner, immediately tackled our question, called the factory rep, got all the scoop and insight we needed to make the best decision, and then took the time to explain everything to us and answer all our detailed questions. This above-and-beyond attitude and extraordinary effort to help us choose the right model for our needs was very impressive and these qualities are obviously shared by the entire team – everyone we dealt with was the same way and actually cared about our customer satisfaction.Once we gave the green light, the entire team quickly sprung into action and Blake finished the new water heater installation the same day. Blake is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, careful, courteous, respectful and meticulous in his work. Everything was done exactly as he said it would be and in a very timely manner with excellent workmanship. And Claire was so friendly and adept throughout the entire process in coordinating the scheduling and facilitating communications between all parties involved.We are beyond satisfied with The Plumbing Source and have found our go-to plumber!!

We had a plumbing scare around 5pm, and are also new to the area and started calling around. We called up The Plumbing Source to get their input and try and judge the severity. Steve not only was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, but FaceTimed me to help go through the issue we were having! He stayed on the FaceTime for almost 30 MINUTES, walking me through everything that could be related to the issue, and even answered unrelated plumbing questions I had. To top it all off, when I mentioned a different company had earlier appointments the next day to come look at the issue, he asked who the company was, and then actually praised the other company and told me to use them because they do great work and are available sooner! I cannot recommend Steve and The Plumbing Source highly enough. There customer service is unmatched!! We will 100% be using them from now on. Thank you Steve!!

What a great company! Two nights ago I noticed that my shower wasnt getting as hot as it normally does, but the dishwasher was running so I blamed it on that. Much to my dismay, when I woke up yesterday morning, I quickly figured out that the lukewarm shower from the previous evening was because my hot water heater had kicked the can and needed to be replaced. I called The Plumbing Source and they were out first thing this morning to replace it. Everyone that I dealt with at this company was a true delight - from Steve in the office who handled scheduling, to Seth and Blake who came out today for the install; they were all prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Truly a 5-star experience and I recommend them without hesitation.Thanks so much for the great service, guys, and for being my hot water heroes for the day! I appreciate you!!

Awesome!!!!I could stop there but they deserve way more!!Our salon had a gas leak in the water heater and had to shut it down. It is essential to our business.Had a terrible experience with a company I had used before. Told me it it would take a week after promising me it would be done in two days.Called Steve and in 48 hours we were back in business!Oh. Forgot to mention that he was HALF the price of the company that couldn’t get it done in a week.Needless to say, I have found my new plumbing experts!You should use them too!

I was in a pickle yesterday evening and I reached out to Steve at The Plumbing Source. Steve walked me through what I needed to do over the phone to get by until one of his technicians could get out later that night. Steve genuinely cared about my concerns and was super polite. Seth showed up last night and was able to do a diagnosis and help ease my stress level. He then showed up on time this morning and fixed the issue. I called Steve to thank him personally for helping me in a tough situation and not knowing anyone around since we are new to the area. Seth was also polite and knowledgeable as they come. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Source for any work that may need to be done! An absolute 5 star service from start to finish.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. In a world full of options you really dont know what youre going to get AND the horror stories make you question your choices; however, my mind was fully put at ease when I called and spoke with Steve! He and his team calmed my concerns, answered my every question (without hesitation) and did a bang up job!! I will not hesitate to use them again AND refer them out to all my friends!! We had a 28 year old water heater go out on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Plumbing Source sent Blake Martin. This tech was professional, courteous and did what he could do to get us a replacement that day and it was already late in the day. Had a new tank installed and up and running and left everything clean.Definitely will use for other plumbing needs.

We moved into our new home a few weeks back, and naturally the hot water heater died within the first two weeks of us living there. To make matters worse, it died the morning that our extended family was coming in to visit and see the new home. I called at least 10 other plumbers and was met with responses that made me feel like I was bothering them by inquiring about buying a new heater...I got a hold of these guys and they were a LIFE SAVER. I ended up speaking with three different guys there, and they were all incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They were able to install a new heater within a matter of hours, and even used some of the existing components to lower our out of pocket cost. Seth (who installed the new heater for us) was very friendly and helpful, and respectful to our new home. Like I said before, these guys really helped us out in a pinch. I would highly recommend them, and we have certainly found our new plumbers in the area!

Blake was awesome. 10/10 would recommend. I attempted replacing the sump pump in my basement myself, but Im glad I called in the cavalry on this one. Blake walked me thru in laymans terms and even went out of his way to look at the water heater and pressure for me which wasnt on the agenda. Would refer to friends and family. Thank you!

Came same day even though loaded with work - late afternoon but still found time to speak to tank manufacturer to determine what parts needed and had them sent immediately - came again as soon as part arrived.
