I can’t recommend Thomas and his team enough. We have an old home with original plumbing that started to fail. Thomas and his team were there for us throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and what it would entail. Weve had a sewage smell in our kitchen and basement occasionally, but I couldnt pinpoint where it was originating. I searched Yelp to find a company with good ratings. TCF was my second plumbing company scheduled. When the first company came out, he checked things and said he needed to do a smoke test to find where it was coming from. He gave me a quote, without ever looking at any price list of $1300.00 just to run the test. Which seemed exorbitant to me. So I told them Id let them know.When Thomas with TCF came in, he listened to everything I had done trying to find the issue. He started checking everything, and had some suspicions where it might be coming from. But to make sure he needed to run a camera down the drain line. They looked up the cost of the test and I thought it was reasonable. When he ran the camera down the drain he found the pipe was partially collapsed and blocked. This was letting the sewer gas out under the basement floor, then seep up the wall to the kitchen.So, the work isnt completed yet, but it is scheduled and should be finished in a day.They were so friendly and patiently explained all the work that will be performed.I am super pleased with everything so far.Update: The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up very well.Thanks again TCF.

I initially contacted TCF for a plumbing emergency (sewage blockage and backup), and Thomas picked up the call and drove from Silverthorne to Conifer to help me out within hours. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and professional that I have used his company ever since. He completed some updating repairs on spigots and my boiler today. TCF is the most responsive, professional and available plumbing and heating company with whom I have ever worked and their prices are fair and reasonable.

These guys are truly awesome. Eric is incredibly skilled (hes a master plumber). And hes one of the kindest human beings Ive ever met. He played with my dogs while he was in my house. Who does that?! He and the companys owner, Thomas (also a master plumber) gave me a discount for being a new customer. How cool is that?! And they did not put any pressure on me to go with the most expensive option. Instead, they presented the pros and cons of each approach. After I told them what I wanted, Eric fixed the leak from the pipe attached to my fridge. And he came when he said he would and was on time. Because he needed a longer pipe, he went back to his office to get it and then returned (without charging me extra). He did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, the washer at the end of the pipe attached to the fridge ended up becoming a little loose (despite Erics excellent work), which caused a leak and damage to a small part of my hardwood floor. Eric came back out and immediately took responsibility for the issue. After fixing it, he called Thomas and they agreed to pay for any and all repairs. No arguments; no games. That type of honesty is rare today and must be rewarded. These guys are first class. What a pleasant experience. Im so glad I chose them. I cant say enough great things about them. They are rock stars!

Thomas with TCF gets 5 stars! My A/C unit blew a fuse going into a 100 degree weekend. I called him on a Thursday morning as a new customer and he had my unit fixed by evening. They were clearly having a very busy day helping people with their A/C units during the heatwave, but they made time to squeeze me in - and even went to another call after they left my house at 8:30pm! Thomas was super courteous and took the time to show me how to replace the fuse myself, next time. I have saved their contact info and will be using them for my next regular HVAC maintenance and for any urgent issues that may come up. 5 stars!

Having to call a plumber came with a good deal of anxiety because I havent found one to become my go-to yet. That changed today. Update 3/15/23: A++ for fundamental solution found vs. continual repairs.Update 4/14/22: Keeps doing A+ work.Update 3/8/22: had additional work to dig under concrete and replace a corroded drain pipe. Everything that follows remains true!Thomas is a Master Plumber who was the definition of above, beyond, and professional. We had a sprinkler system backflow line that ruptured in multiple places due to the recent cold, combined with a blown control box that prevented us from clearing the system beforehand. We either needed to hit the sprinkler shutoff near the city main (Plan A), or replace the backflow lines/valves (Plan B), so that we could have water to the house without flooding the foundation outside.He got us on his roster for the very next day, immediately sent a quote (which was extremely reasonable for such a short notice job), and assured us that if he could get here any earlier he would. He kept in close contact about his arrival, arrived earlier than expected, assessed our situation, left to get a unique tool for our sprinkler main valve, found out even THAT didnt work (the valve is 8-12 ft in the ground or something ridiculous), and then executed a Plan C which was to just cut the line before the damaged piping and put in a stop valve. Plan C was about $500 cheaper than Plan B and just as effective, although temporary, which we knew. He did it in under 10 minutes. Value was amazing - Ive spent way more money on way dumber things.Thomas even left us the replacement parts for cost, gave me an overview of how to tackle the replacement, and although extremely busy that day, actively listened to every issue I discussed and never made me feel rushed. When the city wouldnt help us nail the sprinkler valve because it was after the city main, Thomas said hed look into getting a tool to help out.This is mostly just a list of events, but Thomas was 1,000% truly and genuinely invested in his work and making sure that we were taken care of properly and walked away with some knowledge. He asked questions about how we found his business, if we liked how his appointment system was set up, etc - you can just obviously tell he legitimately cares. Turns out, he can also work on our blown control box and does heating as well. So, TCF is now in our contact list for whenever we need these services again. Highly recommend, A++.

We had a water pipe burst, due to freezing temperatures, in our laundry room. Thomas offered to repair the pipe on the night of the burst, but we scheduled for early the next morning. He was in touch in the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was professional, and offered sound advice on how to fix the problem and some updates to our plumbing lines. We took him up on his suggestions and added 2 shutoff values to isolate our laundry room and kitchen in case this happens again. He was quick with the repairs, cleaned up when done, and did as little drywall removal as possible. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend TCF Emergency Plumbing.

All I can say is WOW. We had two emergency leaks and are leaving for a week-long vacation at the end of the week. I called 9 plumbing services today and only TCF was able to fit me in. If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. Next time you schedule a pipe to spring a leak in your house, be sure to avoid Friday afternoons. I called something around five emergency plumbers and got dates spanning the next Monday (three days away) to the 27th (over 20 days away). I called TCF and was delighted to find Thomas at my door the next day at 8:30 am. He fixed it within the next half hour, wore shoe protection and a mask the whole time, and even took a look at other pipes to give me some maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend!

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain on Sunday night. Contacted TCF at 5;45 and he was there by 7:30! You cant ask for better than that! Thomas was very knowledgable and friendly. I am so happy to have found a permanent plumber! I am already making a list of projects! :-)

I only have good things to say about TCF plumbing. Eric and Thomas came out and we’re professional, responsive, explained everything they were doing in detail, and even were able to fix a couple other things around the house in the same visit for a great price.They did a full re-piping of my house for a great price, brought the fridge line up to new standard, and replaced the gas valve for my oven.I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing/heating/gas service!!

Thomas the owner of TCF Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very prompt. He responded to our request for AC repair immediately and saved us from a miserably hot day. He provided an incredible service, made sure we were completely satisfied, and was reasonably priced. He was very respectful of our house and very clean. He also made good suggestions on other things but was not pushy about them. We will for sure call Thomas again if we need more maintenance or work.

Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. Also just an fyi ( Fast forward 3 weeks) No leaks and everything is working great!
