Michael was my service technician that came today to address a leaky faucet and continually running toilet. He was absolutely amazing. Worked with speed and accuracy. We found out that I needed a new pressure valve tree in the basement and he replaced that as well. Plumbing is always somewhat expensive but I feel like I got a great Service tech in my back pocket for any future use strongly recommend southside plumbing. Heather dispatched the tech first thing this morning when I called they were finished with all of the work by 2 PM. I called and received same day service. Trevor came to fix a minor leak and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was an easy shower valve replacement and took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was over $500 so I thought a little bit expensive.

We had Southside Plumbing out to investigate a water hammer issue. They checked our water pressure (very high) and examined our main intake. They changed the pressure regulator, faulty valves and some adjacent pipes. A valve at the humidifier line was also changed at our request. Kyle and Gage did a nice job and were pleasant to work with. Later on we found a small leak at the intake which Kyle returned to fix. And despite our new normal water pressure, our sprinklers were not popping up on all zones. Kyle advised me over the phone it could be due to the curbside valve not being fully reopened following their repairs. I had to call our water utility out and they nudged it fully open. This fixed our sprinkler issue, and so far the water hammer is gone!

Final results look better than I expected, I thought I was going to have to put the drywall pieces back up myself. He demonstrated genuine concern and attentively listened to my issue and all of the details around it. We decided to go with Southside for the whole job and moving forward for anything else that pops up. Best plumbing company. I’ve lived in the Denver Metro area for 43 years. There isn’t a better plumbing company. Mark the owner at Southside had done a prior plumbing job that was superb. Had a problem today with a significant leak and had to turn off the water. Called Southside and Trevor, a Master Plumber and Manager, was at our house within 1.5 hours. He carefully examined things that could have led to the leak, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the repair and the cost to repair it. The price was very fair. He repaired it, tested it, and then tested our overall water pressure to ensure we didn’t have a condition that could lead to later similar problems. As he did the work, he spent time explaining things like the reasons for the failure. He asked if we had any other plumbing issues that he might be able to assist us with and clearly explained three options for working that potential problem – two options from Southside and a DIY. Can’t say enough good things about Trevor – intelligent, courteous, professional, thorough…… and about Southside Plumbing.

**Update** 07/17/2024Upon having our home inspected (for sale) we were told the water heater was leaking. We immediately called Southside and Jen quickly arranged to have it checked the next day! Again, they are our FIRST CALL for all things plumbing!!Today I called about my aging water heater because it was making poor choices of when to produce enough hot water. Within less than 2 hours of my initial call, I had a reasonable quote and same day service commitment. At promptly when I was told someone would be here, Miles and Kyle showed up at my door. They were in branded shirts so I knew who they were right away. Professional, polite, responsible, and reliable. For our latest issue, we have had a reoccurring issue with the way our kitchen drain was plumbed and vented after a kitchen remodel.
