There are lots of plumbers with experience, but not many with the competence gained after working 23 years in the trade. There are also many that are fair and will stick to their quote regardless of whether they run into unexpected obstacles. And for me, a good measure of a tradesman is whether they are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. But besides checking all of the boxes, Jim is just simply a really likeable guy. And I found myself just hanging around asking questions and talking while he went about installing a sink and shower diverter in a newly constructed bathroom.In my opinion, you will not find a better plumber or individual than Jim Dexter from PlumbTree.

Do not hesitate to call Jim at Plumb Tree Plumbing for any plumbing job. He replaced my outside faucet quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Quality workmanship was evident. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I always like dealing with trades people who are self-employed rather than corporate chains with their additional overhead expenses due to advertising and support staff.

With a new home Ive been dealing with a large number of service providers, Jim is proffesional, efficient and very knowledgeable! He switched out our gas stove, fixed our toilet and ran new water lines for our dishwasher all at a very reasonable price. Also provided me with good referrals for the other needed work! Happy to give 5 stars!

PlumbTree was highly recommended by a neighbor who knows his plumbing stuff, so we hired Jim to replace our garbage disposal and replace faucets in a weird, complicated situation in our powder bath (prior owners used liquid nails to adhere faucets and pretty much everything else). He was fantastic-- did what was needed, neatly, with efficiency, and also addressed an issue we werent aware of with an iffy pipe under the kitchen sink (and pointed out an issue with our sink/countertop that requires a countertop specialist-- now we can address it before it creates a big problem). He walked me through all his work to ensure we were educated and satisfied. Weve used many plumbers in the past, but Ive honestly never experienced customer service at this level. Im excited that we now have a great plumbing resource to use in the future.
