    After a well known company in the metro area told us our mainline had a complete failure and they would have to replace it... I asked Warren to confirm asap knowing it was the week of Christmas. He actually came on Dec. 23rd and discovered the line was absolutely fine other than some normal roots that needed to be cleaned... which by the way is what we hired the original company to do. Pipe Spies is absolutely the best company to video your line. Warren has knowledge AND integrity and I highly recommend him! Thanks again for saving us a ton of $$$.

    Pipe Spies is a fantastic company to work with. We needed our pipes investigated before we moved into our new house. When you go under contract, it’s a bit overwhelming to grasp the due diligence you need to take and Pipe Spies made it easy to schedule, arrived early (an appropriate amount of earliness. Nothing extreme) and made sure I understood what they were doing, anything the encountered and answered all my questions. They were also very respectful of the home and overall a great team. I cannot recommend them enough!!

    Weve been working with PipeSpies for over 10 years and its been a great relationship. Warren and his team have identified issues or compromises in sewer lines for our clients, which in turn has saved our clients north of $175,000.     Warren went way beyond what anyone could expect. Timely, considerate, honest and just a great person to work with. He let me hover over him as I was curious. Being a former builder I appreciated him taking the time to explain the possibilities as I primarily dealt with new construction previously. He marked the layout and provided insight to what he observed. I cant say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. And no I am not related to him :) just glad that I had the right person for the job. Oh and very fair pricing too! Update 4/19/17- I am adding an addition and need to replace the clay tile due to Denver requirements. Warrens assessment was spot on in regards to depth and location. An excellent tool to determine where the existing system was and where the tie in is located. Very helpful tool to have the video and location depths. I have benefited from this information twice now.

    These guys were great! I called on Saturday when they were closed and left a voicemail. Bard got in touch with me and was able to set up a sewer scope via text. I thought that was amazing! My husband and I are in the process of buying our first house and felt under pressure with our contract deadline for our inspection. Mike came to the house and was honest, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

    Our inspector arrived promptly and got right to work. He was able to access the sewer line through the basement near where the kitchen pipes join the main stack. He got good coverage all the way out to the street and was able to shoot video throughout.The inspection report was up online the following morning even though it was a weekend. All in all, a good experience and competent service. I also like that the company doesn’t do repairs so they have no vested interest in producing anything other than an objective report.

    Pipe Spies were wonderful to work with! We had a little trouble getting into the pipe and my husband actually had to do some pretty heavy lifting to get the cap off so the inspection could be done. Pipe spies discounted our services.     Warren and Alex went above and beyond for us! We had an old clay pipe that some other companies said needed expensive repairs on. Warren was easy to book and communicate with, he was able to see what the problems were and let us know that repairs were not necessary, but just a good cleaning. We were selling the house, and he was able to communicate this for the buyers. I highly recommend using pipespies for any sewer scope as they will be honest since they won’t be making money off expensive repairs! Thanks so much pipespies!

    I have worked with Warren at Pipe Spies for over 7 years. I highly recommend him. He spends the extra time to get through a line that many inspection companies would say is clogged or that it cant be fully scoped. He does not charge ridiculous prices for a new wax ring if a toilet needs to be pulled or other additions like a line location. Warren is a true professional. I always call him first for sewer line inspections.

    Warren always does a great and thorough job. Some other sewer scope companies exaggerate problems in order to get the job to repair the problems. Warren never exaggerates any problem or has any ulterior motive in his reporting because he does not do repair work. Some other services quit as soon as they run into a problem, tell you to get the pipes cleaned and then have them back out for another fee. Warren keeps working diligently to scope the entire pipe. He has even saved my sellers a lot of money by giving them a 2nd opinion when another less reputable company has said they need an expensive repair. Warren and Pipe Spies is always my go to company for sewer scopes.

    I contacted Pipe Spies after purchase of my new home to ensure all was well before our warranty ran out. Warren from Pipe Spies thoroughly and efficiently checked our system. He explained what he was doing and the results as he progressed. His inspection found a minor low spot under our basement floor. Though I chose not to have this fixed, Warren described how best to keep materials from building up in the low spot. I was thankful to know we did not have a major problem since settling can easily occur with newly constructed homes and I wanted to know if that might have created an issue for us before our warranty had run out. Pipe Spies professionalism rounds out the peace of mind I now have with my sewer pipeline.

    I am a real estate agent and for the past 15 years I have recommended that every buyer video the sewer line to find out if there are any problems that need repairs prior to committing to the purchase of a property. Im here to tell you sewer line repairs are expensive and knowing the condition of that line is one of the most important aspects of the home inspection. Sewer video and repairs can be a rip off business with techs finding problems that dont exist and suggesting repairs. They can also misdiagnose and say there are no problems with the line when there are problems. Pipe Spies have called it correctly for my clients EVERY time. They are head and shoulders above the rest of the video companies and now they are the ONLY company I can recommend. They are above the rest in their professionalism and accuracy, the two things I really care about. You will get an accurate reading of the condition of the line EVERTIME with Pipe Spies.

Aside from his friendly nature and outgoing personality, Warren is a true expert and professional when it comes to interpreting the condition of sewer systems.     They inspected a sewer line of a listing of mine. They identified a very legitimate repair that needed to be done. However they did not locate the repair and refuse to communicate with me as the listing agent where the repair needed to be done seriously delaying the process of getting it done for the buyers. Any other company would have located the repair for an easy biding process and charged a lot less than these guys do.... Update: the owner finally called me and admitted shortcomings here but since I was belligerent he refused to make it right.... 2nd update: company went out and did a locate.... I wanted to delete my review but that was not an option, so I could only edit. Changed to 5 stars even though that is not my true feeling.

    My experience with Pipe Spies is far different than other reviewers. My home was under contract & buyer hired them for scoping. Technician had to replace sewer cleanout with new cap. It was the wrong cap completely & caused everything to back up within 2 days. Not knowing what the prob was I called alternate sewer company. They discovered the problem within 7 minutes but still charged me for the cap fix. I contacted Warren @ Pipe Spies for reimbursement & after mailing all the picture evidence, they did reimburse me the full amount. Great professional attitude and problem solving. Kudos to Pipe Spies. DO call them for your sewer need!
