Ive done plumbing for myself and others for a long time. But I know when a job is bigger or more complicated than I want to take on. A coworker recommended John after I mentioned I had problems with the main water shutoff to my home. I called John and asked if he could look at the job. I know better than to call and ask, What does it cost to replace the shutoff? Every job is different and if a plumber is willing to give me an estimate over the phone, I know the price they give is likely lower that what the final bill will be. And if the phone estimate is unusually high, I know Im probably paying for that companys marketing and their employee perks rather than just what my job entails.So John came over that day to look at the work. His estimate was reasonable for all the work the job required so I hired him to return and get it done.John showed up exactly when he said he would. My wife made him a cup of coffee, charmed by his friendly demeanor and Australian accent. I watched him do the work and could clearly see why hes called a master plumber. Im glad I didnt try to tackle the job myself.Anytime I need more plumbing done around my house Im calling John!

Well I cant say enough good things about John. He was quick to respond, he me a very fair price, he is very cool and professional but most importantly he does meticulous work. Nobody will do a better job.. I will and have recommended him to anyone. He really went above and beyond for me and thats very rare in business today!

John was quick to react and fixed the issue. He spent time ensuring we knew the details about the issue and how to prevent in the future. We called him first when renovating our kitchen and he did a great job tearing out / building back up the plumbing from our cabinet remodel. Good guy all around.

The hose on my toilet finally burst today of all days and all places that I called were booked until Monday...Found John via Google and he came through!!...He was even gonna go out for the night, but I guess he could hear the desperation in my voice and pulled up to my place in about 20 minutes...fixed the problem and saved the day! Thanks John, we really appreciate you coming out at short notice

We just moved into our house and the main water shutoff was leaking. John was able to come and fix it quickly. He was very friendly and explained everything to us. We would use him again for sure!
