He did a great job fixing it, but also advised us that our sewer lateral needed some attention due to the age of our plumbing. Unfortunately, the situation worsened sooner than we expected, necessitating immediate action. Miguel returned to complete the job, along with another worker. Both were incredibly detail-oriented, and their professionalism was outstanding. They went above and beyond in ensuring our plumbing issues were resolved. We truly appreciate their efforts. Miguel from the new management of our local plumbing service did an outstanding job when he installed a spanking new toilet after my previous one gave up. He also reconfigured the pipe system underneath my kitchen sink and fitted a new garbage disposal unit. On one occasion, he even demonstrated the problem with my pipes through video footage - a tree root had intruded into the pipeline. Recently, I had a problem with my kitchen pipes - they were terribly jammed with grime and grease (not my fault!) miguel showed up to help on a Sunday, my sink was leaking all over my kitchen. Recently, i once again required assistance from grayson & sons plumbers llc due to a water leak originating from inside my walls. just like before, they provided a rapid response within a few hours, initiated the repair process, and had my water leakage issue resolved and the water supply restored on the same day. miguel did an excellent job taking care of us. this plumbing company is truly outstanding! they are experts in their field and dont overcharge, unlike some other firms ive encountered. previously, i experienced a water leak at my main culinary valve on a busy weekend day. the situation was dire, with a soaked carpet and damp sheetrock, and i needed immediate help! after i contacted the plumbers, a technician was at my place in less than an hour and handled the repair swiftly and effectively. i was extremely satisfied with their service!

Miguel arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled 1:00PM, which I found convenient. He started off by cleaning our decade-old hot water tank with a hose he had brought along. As expected, he observed some rust and residue being flushed out, which is common with a tank of this age. After that, he successfully completed the task and sealed the tank. He kindly offered to inspect the rest of the plumbing system in our Centennial home, but I assured him it wasnt necessary. Overall, he did an excellent plumbing job!
