AMAZING! Dont look elsewhere. Our a/c froze up and they had me on the schedule for the next day! Paul came out right on time (with a courtesy call before) and got to work. He gave his recommendations based on the numbers he pulled and suggested we take things step by step to address the issue, rather than doing and paying for everything up front. He gave me a walkthrough of all things hvac related, which was so nice! We was courteous to our home and yard! Fairly priced!

I cant say enough positive things about this company. Cody got back to me right away and talked through the issues we were having. He had the office get in touch with me immediately to schedule an appointment and a technician was there in less than 48 hours. Dawn in the office was very friendly and scheduling was easy. Louis was our technician and he was on time, extremely professional and very informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and he was able to schedule a follow up appointment on site as parts needed to be ordered and he had to come back when they came in. The original appointment was on a Friday, so he got the furnace running again for the weekend and he was back first thing on Monday to install the new parts. He was also able to install a Nest for us and walk us through the setup. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Would highly recommend FerguSons for A/C repair and maintenance. Living in a townhome with an A/C unit that is difficult to access, they were responsive to my communitys request to service our units. They have been extremely responsive and communicative -- quickly letting me know if they needed to re-schedule due to weather concerns and alerting me via text message when they are on their way. When I had some water leaks, Cody and his team went above and beyond by not only fixing some insulation damage and but also sealing some cracks they found on my roof that may have been contributing to the issue. Excellent company to work with!

Please take a moment to read this review about the AMAZING experience that I just had with FerguSon Heating and Cooling and to specifically give praise to Louis Hernandez. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on the same day for service (which I know is rare this time of year), but Louis even arrived early.This heat of summer is terrible. When your AC goes out, its the worst. I initially called a big local company to come out and was told that I needed to replace my system to the tune of $9,500 -- and that was after I paid the $100+ service call.Something wasnt sitting right and my intuition told me to get a second opinion, and Im sure happy I did. Thankfully, I was referred to FerguSon Heating and Cooling and was lucky enough to have Louis come out. He was awesome, professional and competent. He not only allowed me to, but encouraged me to watch what he was doing to ensure that I understood what he was looking at. Louis took time to explain things, point things out, make suggestions, and answer all of my questions.After taking a look at my outdoor AC Unit, Louis wanted to dig deeper and to help diagnose the problem. After doing his investigation, he found that it was in fact my capacitor, when the technician at the other big company didnt think that it was. It was a matter of mismatched wiring and oversight (I believe unintentional on the other technicians part). Louis walked me through his diagnostics and helped me understand and feel confident that my AC unit still had more life to go! And now Im in my home, and its cooling down for the first time in several days!Of course, its an honest mistake from the other company that anybody can make. We all make mistakes. But unfortunately, that oversight nearly cost me $10,000. And in this economy, who can afford that? Im not here to speak negative about the other company, thats why Im not naming them.I cant say enough good things about my experience with FerguSons and especially Louis. I intend to receive annual maintenance from them. And when the time comes to replace my unit, I know who Ill be calling first.I implore you to call FerguSons FIRST for your AC needs. If youre lucky like me, Louis will be your technician. Cant thank him enough!

FerguSons has been very responsive and timely in helping us with our various HVAC needs - they initially came out to help us diagnose a problem w/ our AC unit that turned out to be our radon system - they slogged thru the deep snow to figure it out for us! They have since come to help figure out why our furnace wasnt turning on, ended up repairing it and helping us replace the filters and determining some duct improvements so we can get heat into a bedroom thats been too cold. They are professional and work until they find a solution, all for a reasonable cost. We highly recommend working with FerguSons!
