    Needed to have a sewer line repair done. I shopped around a lot of different plumbing and repair companies, and AE had a competitive price and were very communicative. Juan is extremely friendly and patient (which can be rare with contractors) and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Would definitely recommend.

    First off, if I could give more stars I would! We recently had our tub drain replaced and we couldnt be happier with the service! Carlos was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to us and made sure we understood what needed to be done. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, with no mess left behind. My new drain works perfectly, and Im impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing repairs!     Juan and Carlos were wonderful to work with. I was being told I would have to spend 12-13k to replace pipes and that my sewer line was leaking into my foundation. Carlos showed up on time and cleaned the pipes. Juan confirmed that there was no cracks or holes after cleaning the pipes and saved me thousands of dollars.     Carlos and Juan are heroes in our house. They came out together on Friday to help clear some blockage in our sewer line. They worked tirelessly for four hours, always communicating and providing incredible service. They resolved our plumbing issue, saving us from having to dig up an entire portion of the pipe. I cannot recommend them enough. Theyre the kindest and most honest people weve ever had come out for house repairs.

    Our basement was leaking everytime we used the kitchen sink. We hired AE Plumbing services to unclog the drain. It was discovered that water was leaking from the basement floor and not the kitchen sink. Carlos and Juan came over, tore up the cement and found what looked like a three foot opening along the length of my pipes! They replaced the broken pipes with ABS drain pipe and also replaced the pipe that was previously replaced incorrectly. These gentlemen were respectful of my home and cleaned up all their debris. I now have almost a quarter of my drain pipes replaced and I have my kitchen back! I couldnt be happier! Thank you Carlos and Juan!

    We have used Eduardo as our plumber for several years, both at our home and our business property. He is efficient and does excellent work and is just generally wonderful to work with.We trust that whatever he says needs to be done does, no more no less. He is very honest and has saved us money from other plumbers who wanted to charge us for unnecessary work.We highly recommend Eduardo and AE Plumbing Services!!!Update 9/2024Carlos came to clear out both a basement floor drain and kitchen sink back up. He cleared both lines of years of gunk that gets stuck and builds up on our old cast iron sewer lines. Afterwards, he gave us a tip on how to keep the lines clear, so we wouldn’t have this problem in the future.This is why we use AE plumbing! They are honest and have your best interests in mind!!

    Juan came out to help me diagnose what was wrong with my electric water heater after I replaced the heating elements and thermostats (it still wasnt working). He helped me determine that one of the new heating elements was faulty and reading OLE. Thanks to him we have hot water again. Very professional and accurate with their solutions. Great work!

    Juan arrived on time with his son(helper). They diagnosed our situation (dead and gone hot water heater) and left to make another appointment and pick up a replacement water heater. The other appointment took longer than expected and he called to apologize for the delay. They arrived with the replacement and made the switch in a super quick fashion. When he fired up the new heater he observed a problem with the flame 🔥 and determined that there may be a problem with the venting. He climbed up on our roof and saw a problem with the vent. We had had our roof replaced several months earlier and the vent was improperly installed. He fixed it and all was good. Said that he wouldnt have been able to sleep that night if it hadnt been resolved. He will be the first one we call for our future plumbing needs.

Two experiences.The first was help with a toilet in which they made adjustments that fixed the problem at no charge! Unbelievable!Second was a shower arm that had completely fallen off. They were out the same day we called. Repaired and fixed at very reasonable cost. I will never call another plumbing company and have already recommended them to others!

    I called AE to replace dated inoperable valves and clean up years of shoddy fixes by the prior owner of our home.     My sump pump wouldnt engage. Causing flooding in my basement. Juan explained to me why the sump pump failed. And more importantly was able to correct the issue promptly and with a smile. His prices are on the lower end from the other places I called. Factor in the quality of workmanship and material and the pricing is even better.As with most types of home repairs, I hope to never see him again. But he is for sure the one I will call when I need plumbing help.

    Answers when you call. Juan was onsite within a couple of hours to repair a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. Had him come back to replace my hot water heater the next day and he made short work of that.     Appreciated the fact that I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon. I had spent 3 hours trying to replace the leaking valve and things were looking as if the leak was getting worse. They fixed the problem for me after explaining how I could do it myself. After replacing the water valve we discovered an additional problem and after explaining what was needed to fix it, I decided to do that fix myself.     We had used Juan Eduardo when he was with another plumbing company and for several years requested him for plumbing issues. We have always trusted him to do the best job in our home.When he was with his former company, we had several issues with broken old galvanized pipes and our hot water heater was nearing 15 years old. We had him redo all the plumbing in our home and install an on-demand hot water heater. He did an amazing job and, luckily, found a badly corroded joint before it burst that would have been our next flooding issue.He also installed a circulator on the hot water heater, so that we wouldnt have to wait so long for and waste hot water. It didnt seem to work, so he came back yesterday to get it to work properly. With some tweaking, he was able to get it to work exactly has it should and, even though he installed it while working for the other company, didnt charge us for the work.When a building we own had continual sewer issues for our tenant, she called another company who said that there was a break in the sewer line that needed to be repaired for $6,500.00. Eduardo met me at the building with a scope and we saw that the break in the clay pipe was nowhere near the clogging and, based on its positioning, was not in any way able to create the clogs.As he continued to scope the sewer line, he saw and showed me that our tenants contractors plumber had installed the Y joint backwards and the effluence was going back up the line to a sink in another room, causing the clogging and backup.Eduardo said that he could fix it, but that she should get in touch with her contractor and ask that he have his plumber redo the joint correctly. He, also, said that in the interim, if at the end of each day they ran water in the affected sink for a few minutes, it would keep the sewer line clear until she could get it fixed. This trick has worked like a charm, while she is trying to get her contractor to make the repairs.Eduardo has since gone into business for himself and we continue to use him, as opposed to using his old company. Eduardo is the one we trust and recommend for any plumbing issues and are delighted that hes gone into business for himself.He stands behind his work, doesnt overcharge or suggest work that does not need to be done and, if work is needed, makes sure that he recommends the most cost-effective manner in which to do so.We highly recommend Eduardo and AE Plumbing Services!

    I called Juan out for a burst pipe on Christmas Eve. First of all, he actually answered the phone! He gave me a ballpark figure for what the service cost so there weren’t any surprises, and was to my house within the timeframe he estimated. When he arrived, he was clean and personable. He explained all of what he was doing and seeing and how he was approaching the repair. The job was more involved than normal (pipe was burst in two places, and in an area difficult to access). Still, he had completed his work and cleaned up in an hour and a half. He kindly gave me phone numbers for a restoration service, an HVAC company and a tile guy that he said does good work. He even called the owner of the restoration company to get that started, if we decided to use them. Considering we were dealing with an unplanned and unpleasant event on a holiday weekend, it was a very good experience. I heartily recommend Juan and AE Plumbing Services.

    Juan Mejia imaged the clay sewer pipe system on my 114 year old house and identified the roots blocking the sewer, showing me the problem on his screen. He used a new chain grinder that cleans the clay sewer pipes thoroughly, and re-imaged the area to show me the excellent results. He then diagnosed our 10 year old hot water heater, which had leaked water all over the basement floor through the water relief valve. He manipulated the relief valve several times to clean it of sediment, and says it looks good for now. Juan also miraculously fixed my Franke bridge faucet by finding a plastic fragment that was blocking the hot water flow. A different Master Plumber previously was unable to fix this problem, or the leaking side sprayer. Juan fixed the leaking Franke side sprayer with new “O” rings and plumber’s grease! OMG I’m so happy! The price for his services was beyond reasonable. Juan likes what he does, is smart and experienced and enjoys helping people. Highly recommend.
