The whole process was very easy and professional. Brian came out for an estimate, was extremely knowledgeable, gave me an honest price, and it was scheduled the same week. The electrician, Jobe, showed up on time, was extremely patient at answering all my questions, and got the job done efficiently. I did not get the name of the other electrician, but they were both fantastic. I will most certainly be calling Sundog with any electrical needs.

We have been using Sundog since we moved into our house in 2017. Weve used them about 4x now - our house is older (built in 1982) and I think weve finally fixed and updated all of our electric issues. They are absolutely top notch and we will go nowhere else for our electric needs and recommend them to anyone that asks!

Brian saved the day for us! We had some other electricians come to install some fixtures in our new home who were unable to complete the job correctly after two full days. Brian came in with two members of his crew, fixed the incorrectly installed fixtures, hung three more fixtures and a ceiling fan, moved a light switch, and even cleaned up some messes left by the previous electricians, all in 5 hours. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things electrical and patiently answered our endless questions. He is very friendly and professional and ensures all members of his crew are as well. His thoughtfulness in taking care of our new home was greatly appreciated, including vacuuming around their work areas when all the work was completed. He also has a great sense of humor! We give our highest recommendation to Brian and Sundog Electric!

Ive used Sundog Electric in the past and have always been satisfied. Needed an outside receptacle installed in order to add the Google Nest hardwired camera to my front area. Lots of work involved as they had to start from the attic and finish by drilling through brick of a 1930 bungalow and installing a USB outlet. Great job, great pricing and friendly professional staff. Jobe did a great job!

Excellent company. Very responsive, professional, and timely. We had Sundog install two chandeliers previously and readily went back to them for our recent jobs. Included installation of an EV charger with change to a 240V outlet, installation and hardwiring of a Ring floodlight, and hanging two bedside pendant lights with installation of switches for remote control. All of the jobs came out perfect and couldnt be happier with the service and value.

My washer wouldn’t start so I had Sundog come out and take a look at it and we’re here less than five minutes when they found the tripped GFI that I forgot was In the laundry room and we’re very happy to tell me that they were still going to charge me the full hourly rate. I had totally forgot the GFI was in the laundry room and that’s on me but to be charged so much just doesn’t sit right with me**soon after posting a one star review I received a phone call asking about the situation and what occurred and I was refunded $115 and only charged the trip charge instead of the hourly rate. The quick response to my review, and the nice conversation I had on the phone definitely improved. My customer experience enough to change my review to a four star.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Sundog. Andrew, Eli, and Job came out to drill and install 6 can lights as well as two smart dimmer switches. These guys are awesome! They were very professional, friendly, and highly detailed. We were dealing with a vaulted ceiling with multiple angles so it was definitely a challenge. Andrew was very patient with me as we decided placement of the cans. He modeled the configuration on the floor first and then used a laser to show me where the cans would be placed on the ceiling. He was very careful and precise. Our finished product looks amazing! Sundog also did a great job on clean-up. I highly recommend this company!

Our house is 115 years old.That means knob & tube in one room, cloth wiring in another, low voltage in another, and modern wiring in another. It means funky three-way switches and random buttons that turn off a light 3 rooms away.Every room is different, and every fixture has its own needs.Sun Dog dealt with them all, and priced out their work accurately to the penny beforehand.If there was a question about what to do with a certain room due to legacy electric tech, our technician would double check and call the office to confirm what he was doing was the best solution.After discovering some wackiness in multiple places ions, he headed to Home Depot and picked up the parts needed at no extra charge based on our original discussion.At 115 years old, something is bound to break in the future, and Sun Dog will be my first call.

We recently moved and they came out to install new lights for us and were prompt, professional and gave us great advice on why the lights we ordered from Etsy were not fire safe. They suggested an alternative and a date when they would be able to come back to finish. I have nothing but good things to say. We appreciated their open communication and problem solving. Really enjoyed working with Sundog Electric. They were professional the whole time from the initial estimate to completion of project. It was really a breath of fresh air to work with them! They are booked out several weeks but it is for good reason and worth the wait. We had quite the to-do list for them including installing fixture boxes, a new outlet on a peninsula, a ceiling fan and a bathroom exhaust fan. They were communicative the whole time about what was being done and got my input when needed. Were very happy with how everything turned out!

Ive hired Sundog Electric numerous times and theyre truly the BEST. They go above and beyond to do the job right, at a very reasonable price ! I just bought a fancy new Cafe induction stove that cost a fortune and wasnt fitting against the wall, because the outlet was too high. Sundogs team came over and safely lowered the outlet so the stove now sits beautifully against the wall, and spent a very long time trying to wrangle the incredibly heavy stove so it sits level and flush. It now looks PERFECT! They tested the outlet to ensure it will perform as expected, and did a great job explaining things to me. I absolutely love them and will be hiring them for all our electrical needs ! FIVE STARS !!!!!

Figured out the problem, gave us an estimate for the job on the spot, we agreed, and they got it done quickly, neatly, and ended up being less than what we thought it would be. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and no doubt knowledgeable. The difference between them and the previous company was like between a kindergartener and a college grad lol ... I had my wall unit for my thermostat go out on a Sunday in the middle of winter. My biggest nightmare come true. In a panic I called Sundog and my hero Brian reached out and gave me a few things to troubleshoot over the phone to determine if issue was the controller or HVAC. After determining it was the wall controller he left his family gathering 5 days before Christmas on a Sunday and replaced it for me at no additional cost for weekend/after hours call. He far exceeded my expectations and you can bet I am going to use him and refer him to everyone I talk to! Thank you Brian from the bottom of my heart!
